Great location close to the beach. Also 300m away from Spar and Hiperdino and plenty of local cafes and bars. Really nice park nearby. Breakfast included, you have options for halfboard (+ dinner) and all inclusive (+ lunch). Good selection of food each time. Hotel has several pools, gym, spa, bar, restaurant etc. Had a room with a balcony and a seaview - this was great (but paid extra). Room comes with a safe box, fridge, TV (good selection of channels) - all good but nothing exceptional. Car parking is all around the hotel, its get full at times but didn't have any problem finding that one empty spot.

A coffee machine in the rooms would be welcome. I asked for a late checkout but it was not possible in my case. Both check-in and check-out involved waiting in a queue of people.

- extremely rude man from reception. the reception staff could be nicer for guests in general - long waiting time to the reception - room card constantly did not work even if I kept it away from the phone. absolutely nightmare cause I had to get back long way back to the reception. The hotel is huge complex. - if you want quite holiday without kids running around this hotel is NOT for you . I felt that hotel is designed for huge families and couples.

Great location, beach, great variety of food, friendly staff

The hotel rooms are in need of renovation and some general update. Frequent queues at the reception due to slow service and lack of personnel (around 30 min to check in!). The room was not equipped for kids (eg no step). Be prepared for additional costs for use of room safe, for calling room service (on top of cost of food), extra charge for water and drinks at dinner if you selected half-board package. The hotel’s “free” reception ahead of New Years dinner on 31.12 offered a glass of champagne with nibbles to all full-board customers, while half-board were invited, but denied even a symbolic seep of champagne on New Years Eve, despite quite premium prices for accommodation during the holiday season… Response from hotel management was arrogant…

This hotel is amazing... The food was really good with different options everyday. The bedroom was very confortable with every amenities you can think of (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion -amazing smell that reminded me of Rituals products, comb, hairdryer, beauty kit, etc). Clean pool areas with beautiful views to the ocean. Very polite staff, I always got a hello, good morning or good evening every time I bumped into somebody. Interesting activities to do all day. The location is also very good, just a few steps from the beach.

There are not a lot of negative things to say, to be honest. Maybe the water pressure from the shower was not strong enough for me but that's my personal taste. And the spa is not free, there is a 10€ entry to use the pool, sauna, etc.

food was all inclusive hit and miss but you can find what you want . the location of the hotel was good and the views of the ocean. the staff very friendly, and the hotel was very very clean

could do with a bar away from the entertainments not everyone wants to listen or watch the shows, a bar over looking the sea for a nice relaxing evening would have been nice, there is the space to do this. Annoying thing like all hotels are the holiday makers early morning putting towels on sunbeds which not needed as there are plenty of sunbeds,

The breakfast and dinner was really delicious and had a huge range of food. They allowed ample time to partake; if you weren't an early riser you could still get breakfast until 1030 and dinner until 2030. All of the staff was amazing, especially Stephanzia (I think that's how you say her name). She was extremely helpful when we were checking in and helping us to upgrade our room. The location was perfect; right on the water. The resort is within walking distance of stores and other restaurants. When it was time to leave, I didn't want to go back!

For those who pay for all inclusive there should be more bars or access to drinks or even beverages. It sometimes took 20 minutes just to be served a drink.

THE STAFF !! Everyone was doing their best to make us happy and smile. The reception ladies are extremely helpful and nice, the waiters are so welcoming and overall you feel very nicely treated !

Many sunbeds were occupied (with towels on them) and never attended by the guests, the respective hotel’s policy was not reinforced. Otherwise the hotel and the staff are just amazing !

We are very pleased with this stay. The hotel was great, the rooms clean and the buffet varied. (Dudoh was perfect with us 2) The staff was very welcoming and especially Néstor, a receptionist very available and attentive. We also had a good animation team, like Marcel, a very dynamic and always smiling animator, we recommend you his activities, we had a great time! This hotel is also very good for children, there are many activities and space for them.

The only problem of the hotel is that there is not necessarily a customer parking, which is not good for a 4 stars hotel.

some tiles are cracked and need to be replaced, and some of the bolts in the rooms or hangers or iron plates in the bathroom and in the sauna are rusty, they need to be replaced and kept clean, the mirrors in the corridors during my visit for two Sundays were not cleaned by anyone, so I wanted to take a selfie, but there were visible stains on the mirror also under the bed and upper shelves do not wipe dirty places but everything else is great

The facilities, food and service were excellent. Although the complex was very large it was bright and airy with space fore every one. it was exceptionally clean and well cared for.

A little niggle: some of soap and hair conditioner dispensers in the bathroom jammed and did not work. I asked for these to be fixed but was only partially successful. The immediate surroundings outside the complex lacked character but there were fabulous beaches along the coast.
