The rooms were very spacious! Great space both for couples and families. The staff were always happy and helpful, could not fault their service. Milton was incredible, be kind to him!!! Food was good, always something to eat. Lots of options for all. Self service all-inclusive bar was fantastic!!

The beds were slightly hard. If you had anyone sleeping in the living room there was no fan at all so very hot all of the time. Entertainment crew had no budget so it was abit cringey/ samey. Need to get fans in the entertainment hall as it is SO hot when full of people for evenjng entertainment. The pool bathroom/showers were so slippery and quite dangerous. We saw numerous people (adults and children) slip during our stay.

Such a variety of food choices for all times of the day. Excellent selection of drinks. Animación was really good with adults and kids. Was great to not be overcrowded in the month if August. Very relaxing and enjoyable!

On 2 seperate occasions false advertising on the food at the restaurant. Me and my son do not eat pork yet when you see a pizza margarita advertised you don’t expect jamón on the pizza and then another time it was advertised as Pavo and inside was jamón y queso. Good job I saw it first before my son took a bite! Unacceptable

The service in the dining room was fantastic. Many good and diligent people who work there, with good smiles and high professionalism!

At the reception were staff who were not very service-minded. We asked to borrow beach towels on the first day without paying the deposit, since we did not have money on us and there are no ATMs nearby and we could pay after we return from the beach, but we were refused. They could show more confidence and do the service for us. And secondly, we contacted the hotel in advance and asked about the extension of the stay from 12 to 14 with payment for it and received confirmation of it, but when we asked about this service on site, we were refused, although there were many available rooms this day, according to booking.com.

we were there over the Christmas days. The team arranged a lovely Christmas dinner. The apartment was spacious, clean and overall good. The all inclusive offer was fine, less choice but better quality than we had elsewhere. Great value for the money too. Staff always friendly and helpful.

The place is a five star place with clean and high quality stuff and food that we loved and enjoyed.The view out of our window was beautiful,the blossoms everywhere...Peace on Earth.We booked one night and intended to add much more.Unfortunately we had to check out because of young people partying until 3am.This destroyed the beautiful atmosphere of this lovely place...

We loved the apartment that we got, the reception staff was nice and especially the bartender / bar keeper in an evening bar was very friendly!! Also very kids friendly.

Pools and the cleanliness and as my wife is so fond of cats the first hotel to see that a cat feeding station provided to look after the cats made her so happy I know not as important as the stay but very thoughtful but coming back to the stay great choice of food and beverages would recommend on value for money
