The location of this hotel is exceptional. It's slightly removed from the front which affords peace and quiet whilst still being at the heart of the Old Town. The staff were truly professional and very attentive. We pre-booked car parking and the valet removed our car to the underground car park without any fuss whatsoever. A welcome glass of local wine was indeed very welcome and of outstanding quality. The hotel is located in a pedestrianised zone which potentially caused concern. Our concerns were quickly allayed. The hotel sent a video with easy to follow directions to help our arrival. Well done!

We had an apartment, which was very comfortable for our 4 days stay. Location was awesome, close walking distance to all the bars & restuarants in old town. Loved the little bar next door were all the locals would gather for sunset drinks. All the staff were super friendly & very helpful they parked our car in the garage which we booked as it was very tricky... Our airconditioner was leaking water badly, staff came and mopped it and arranged for it to be repaired the next day, unfortunately they couldn't resolve the issue. Our coffee machine didnt work, they tried to fix it, but couldnt so they replaced it, unfortunatley the coffee pods were horrible after all that. Excellent Service !!

the location and the facilities were excellent. plus the staff were lovely

we stayed early April and there was a heatwave which meant the room was uncomfortably hot. we asked about this but were told they don’t switch the aircon on until summer. this meant we had to sleep with the windows open and it was noisy. one night I had very little sleep and was frustrated they couldn’t just switch it on as I’m sure we weren’t the only ones who were too warm especially given the current state of global warming and crazy weather.

Fantastic location with very friendly and helpful staff. We were fortunate to have a room upgrade to an apartment which was located right next to the hotel but much more room and an amazing sea view. Bed was very comfortable with good bathroom facilities. Breakfast offered was perfect as it was a choice off the menu as compared to a set price for buffet. Parking on site was excellent and the contact with the hotel before arrival was excellent (via WhatsApp). This included perfect instructions to get to the hotel as we were driving.

Not a dislike but more as info for travellers - there is a bar right next to the hotel but we didn't find this too noisy at night.

The staff upon arrival were really friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink which was a nice touch and then given a free room upgrade to a fabulous penthouse room that overlooked the Bay. Gorgeous views.the location couldn’t have been better. We also loved the fact there was on site parking. We would never have found the hotel by car only for the fact that we had received a video message a few days before clearly showing us the route which I thought was very organised by the hotel. There were also a handy little bar next to the hotel if you wanted a drink on the way or on the way home.

Not much to dislike.

Staff were great; we received a welcome drink on arrival and appreciated that one of the staff spent time with us to explain places (eg. pintxos bars) to visit and recommended where to go to get good views of San Sebastian. Also, the location is perfect; situated in the old town, it is literally a 5min walk to anywhere you need to visit.

In the beginning, there were issues with the internet - it kept dropping out. Having said that, the staff were aware of it and posted signs everywhere saying it was being looked at; it was resolved quickly so apart from that, there were no issues.

The location for this hotel is incredible! You're right on the water and within walking distance of everything. Because of this excellent location, getting there by car is not easy and required going down one-way streets the wrong way. We were stopped by police en route, twice:) But the hotel gives you excellent directions to get there.

The staff was efficient, but the woman we dealt with was not particularly friendly. It could just be a Spanish thing, and a result of our Spanish not being very good. This was a very minor thing though.

Tha location was very good right at the edge of the old town. And in the heart of pintxos heaven . Step out of the hotel and you have a sweeping view of the whole bay . Beautiful sunset views from the bar next door . Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Andrea. The kitchen facilities were good and modern. The washing machine and drying rack was very handy.

The apt 5C had a sloping ceiling, which means you can only use half the space as advertised. One side of the bed is pretty dangerous as if you unknowingly stand up straight you will hit the ceiling ...after a night out ...this is always a possibility. Please check before hand what kind of room you will be assigned

fab location, really friendly hotel with great staff. thoroughly recommended but there is only parking if you have a small car and prebook. parking in public multistory nearby and drop off at hotel so its a compromise. Good breakfast but no dining as there are Masses of restaurants in the street next door. the streets are busy till the early morning and I mean 4 or 5 am but very civilised so not a problem for us.
