In general, it’s a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and professional, the grounds are amazing and the breakfast was first class.

We got an old room, cheap finishes, dated bathroom but everything spruced up a little with some modern touches. Nice but not up to our expectations based on photos I saw on Booking. I now realize I’m partly to blame for not checking more but then again when booking there are actually no photos for this room and rate (obviously). Very disappointing as I would have gladly paid a little more for the next type of room. We may come back but it certainly left a bad aftertaste.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at Huerto del Cura for a few days of our summer holiday. Staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very nice and clean, breakfast was excellent, and the pool was big enough for everyone to enjoy in August. The city of Elche is also a great place to visit, as the city centre is at 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and it's full of nice restaurants, bars, and shops. We'll be back, thanks, Toni and Laura.

There were no umbrellas in the pool and we had to move around our sunbeds trying to find the shade as it was really hot in August. It wasn't a big problem with it, as the staff did help and accommodate us.

Beautiful surroundings, a true escape! Good breakfast, very clean and great beds. Nice, friendly staff and great location. A must!

One minor thing was that getting towels and gym card was through the reception (with return the same day)- which meant a whole lot of reception visits. Also, (and this is not specific just for the hotel) the restaurant was open until 16.30 and then reopened at 20.30,(also downtown) which meant that there were no dinner options until pretty late. Coming from the nordics, that was a bit hard for us, but then again, I understand that there is a different eating culture. It would be nice though if some kind of eating option was available during the afternoon.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The serene and relaxing environment, coupled with the impeccable cleanliness and comfort, made my stay truly enjoyable. While the pool might not be expansive, the abundance of comfortable loungers provided the perfect opportunity to soak in the surroundings. This is a place I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a tranquil getaway.

It would be great if the hotel restaurant expanded its offerings for people with celiac disease and took steps to prevent cross-contamination. I suggest they consider placing a toaster in a dedicated area for celiac guests or at least have a designated space in the kitchen for preparing safe foods. If that's not feasible, putting up signs informing about the availability of a toaster in the kitchen for staff use would be an excellent alternative. Additionally, having a menu with safe options for celiacs such as cheese, ham, and cut fruit would be very helpful. This would definitely make celiac guests feel more comfortable and well taken care of at the hotel.

This hotel is a gem. Set in lush palm gardens, it is hard to believe you are in Spain at all! We were upgraded without requesting it and the room did not disappoint! There was a large entrance lobby leading to the bedroom with bathroom off. The room was ever so quiet and comfortable with perfectly adequate air conditioning. The staff were all very helpful and efficient. Car parking was secure and easy to access. The restaurant was first class with a great menu and food quality to match; again serving staff were diligent and attentive. There was a huge choice of fare for breakfast. Wish we could have stayed for longer than one night!

It's just a beautiful area you forget everything around you and think you are on a little island. Dinner by the pool with lovely lights and sometimes live music are just magical. Breakfast buffet is just great anything you could wish for. In the winter time you have your dinner inside a beautiful comfortable restaurant and perfect staff to make it even better. I wish I could move in there !

Bed was not quite es comfortable. We had a different room and that was better. Could do a little tlc in a couple of areas in the bungalows but just miner problems

The ambiance of the grounds was lovely. The staff were extremely helpful and I would like to give special thanks to the night duty receptionist 20/4/23 who called an ambulance for my friend when he had a seizure. She was extremely efficient.

The only small items needing attention were a waste bin in the bedroom to avoid having to use the sanitary bin in the toilet, the shower door did not close satisfactorily in room121, the lighting in the room was too low. Paramedics giving initial treatment found it difficult to see properly.

Our room was nice but could have done with a little more light and maybe a table & chairs outside so you can sit outside, a kettle or coffee maker would also be a nice touch it was a bit frustrating not being able to enjoy an early coffee sat outside on a morning without having to go to the breakfast area. The food on the breakfast buffet was lovely we didn't get a chance to eat an evening meal we were out and about too much. The ambiance of the hotel was excellent very beautiful & relaxing.

It would have been helpful if the services were explained to us as we feel we missed out on the spa area, a kettle in the room and better lighting, and an outdoor seating area by the room would have been nice. Bit disappointed we were charged for parking at 10 euro's a day when we were staying for 10 days, we felt this charge was a little steep.

The hotel was amazing. The locatioon is very good....extremely quiet place - exactly for being relaxed! Imagine you are in the big palm forest without any presense of city noise. The staff will answer any your question and help with any your wish. The hotel also include the spa zone. I ighly recommend to try it services - because it was really good. If you will stay here you will need the car to come to the sea beach - we took the car for rent in Key go rent - so that you will need only 15 minutes to come to the sea. If you will need - there are usually free parking near the police station - just in 5 minutes walk from the hotel (because the parking in the hotel is small and very expensive). The food was good enough - and there are a good restaurant in the hotel as well if you will need to have a dinner. Also 10 minutes from the hotel you can find a lot of good places to eat local food. The hotel is highly recommend from my point of view!

The breakfast was very monotous but anyway good. The only thing which I wanted to change was the working hours of the swiming pool. It will be great if it could be open earlier, because many people like to swim before the breakfast time and until it will become really hot outside.

It is an amazing place and is thoroughly recommended. Check in staff were wonderful, the only thing we’re the staff in the restaurant and the bar. Not particularly warm and didn’t look like they enjoyed their jobs which was a shame as it slightly put us off and we ate elsewhere on last night. But otherwise an amazing stay. Restaurant food is incredible.
