the hotel is always very pleasant, the swimming pool very well maintained, the breakfast impeccable, my rental perfect. the cleaning (in particular done by Sati) very good. the restaurant staff always available and very friendly and above all very professional. finally the beautifully maintained green spaces. Thank you for this very pleasant and relaxing stay.

the gym is not maintained, many devices are broken or not maintained and not repaired. the room lacks ventilation, it is not possible to do sports after 10 a.m., it is too hot. which is dangerous for health (risk of heart failure). air conditioning is essential. I was not able to take advantage of the gym, although it is an important service. do you think you will do anything to improve this next year?

Good hotel close to Alicante Airport. Rooms are quite large and the hotel has good facilities too.

Check the price of a taxi from the hotel back to the airport before booking one!

Breakfast was great. Very large choice of foods….the only negative is the warm food did not stay hot very long. Possibly need to upgrade the heat lamps. Overall very tasty and good quality The Family Apartment was huge and suited 4 adult golfers, great balcony, spacious, air con was amazing !

As a mentioned before the hot food could have stayed warmer for longer. Rooms although clean are perhaps in need of a bit of decoration, looking a bit tired, as was the render on the outer walls… just needs a makeover…. But that doesn’t take away the enjoyment we had… very suitable for our needs

The rooms were lovely, apartments so me and all My friends were together in same room, they was huge and clean, very lovely. Breakfast and dinner was good, there wasn’t much variety however always something that I could eat, it was small in the restaurant buffet area but again it did the job and I was happy. The pool was lovely also very quiet but lovely didn’t have her up early to reserve beds.

The gym wasn’t well maintained - all Machines broken, and had to walk 600m to the gym which wasn’t really clear on website. Location was ok, but nowhere near shops 20 euros taxi to Alicante town

The breakfast was really nice. Something for everyone. It did get very bizzey? But if you got there before 0900 you mostly got a table. The location is very handy for the airport? But you really need a car if you want to get out and about. The reception are very helpful and will order you a taxi. They are good.

There could have been more sunloungers around the pool and maybe some nice spanish music playing in the background !

Good for the money, middle of nowhere which was fine as we knew that, didn't know they were relaying all the roads in centre of alicante so made the taxi rides a bit laborious.

Taxi service ftom alicante back to resort can be a long wait in queues in the heat, puts you off going out. Resort should have a food shop on site for essentials. Bar never had any ice cream choice in stock when we were there. Cant even buy packet of crisps or nuts at the bar. We have come three times but looking a bit shabby these days. Apartments could be better maintained.

The hotel is beautiful, we were blown away by the rooms. So spacious, clean, lovely big balcony Food in cafe bar was really reasonably priced and gorgeous food! Breakfast was lovely too. Pool area was gorgeous but there was wasps all over the smaller pool. They didn’t bother us but could put someone off. But water was gorgeous The restaurant/pool bar is nice,the food we had was gorgeous and really affordable, I didn’t try the al a carte.

We only stayed for one night as a stopover so was fine for us but I wouldn’t stay there without a car. Alicante town is 20mins away in taxi. Nearest shop is 10 min drive away. If it was more central i would definitely return. Also no entertainment at night. Could have done with even a bit of pool side music in the eveninin the eating area

A very welcoming place, ideal for families with children. The staff, the space available, comfortable beds, flat facilities, the pools, the daily convenience of breakfast and flat cleaning all contributed to a great experience for us.

The only negative experience was the gym. Ok, location was not great but understandable. However, the unmanned facilities and the number of machines broken, alongside the lack of air conditioning and clean towels were not really hitting the spot.

Very good value for money - not easy to find a room that fits a family of 5 into a family room - but this hotel had what we needed. The place had enough place. We stayed in principle for the quick access to Alicante Airport. The pool area was nice, the water was warm, kids enjoyed the large space where our toddler could stand straight. The food in the restaurant was also ok - breakfast also.

Lots of dirt from the birds on the balcony of the apartment; a bit noisy at the street side of the apartment but lucky not too much car traffic so we had a good night.

apartment was spacious reception staff very nice and helpful. fresh orange juice during breakfast. nice calm atmosphere in the hotel.

in the apartment kitchen no towels or washing liquids would be nice to have information in the apartment about facilities, when we arrived the temperature in the apartment was +15, would be nice to have prewarm rooms. food during breakfast was cold all the times, even reading previous reviews, thought it would change to better, but its not. We have booked dinner for 3 evening, and only last evening, 1 of the waitress ( cant remember the name, tall guy with dark beard) explained to us, that we can change the meals from the dinner menu to the main menu. 2nd evening in the restaurant we need to wait ages for the meals. Gym is not in the hotel, you actually need to drive or walk a bit to use it.
