The hotel looks much bettet than on the website. Simpel but elegante style. A lobby you can relax on a hot afternoon. Attentive Guest relations. Most of the employees were willing to help with a smile. Good breakfast. The rooms were very clean. Good size. We had a room facing the main road/roundabout but we sleep well without noise interaption. I highly recommend the hotel. Will definately use the hotel again.

The pool was way too small to match the size of the hotel. Guess you have to alternate in turns to swim. The location is way far from the city centre/shopping district and attractions. If you like walking then its manageble.

Clean and fresh hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Rooftop is a nice space. Rooms were modern, clean and fresh.

The hotel was just too far out from the main area for us. It’s a 28min walk into the main part or a 10min cab ride. The jacuzzi and sauna wasn’t open for our final day which was disappointing. The shower on the 6th floor needs a lock on it for privacy. The rooftop would benefit from a bar in peak day hours. Mini bar prices were pretty horrible. A small pack of oreos for €4 was a stinger.

We had a superior room that was upgraded to a suite for free at the check in. The staff made sure we had a pleasant stay :) We ordered meals from room service when we didn't want to go out. Also it was easy to order with Glovo as many restaurants are nearby. At breakfast there's a good selection of fresh produce and you can ask them to make omelettes by your choice. Really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are big and clean, there's a minibar and coffee/tea. It's easy to arrive with a car and also ordering a taxi to the city or airport is convenient.

A possibility to connect your phone to the tv for watching Netflix etc would be a big improvement and would make the rooms more modern.

Hotel very clean, good room size, very comfortable bed with full air condition. We stayed for 6 nights and we had to check out very early to catch our 7am flight. The hotel arranged for a takeaway breakfast and taxi for us. All staff are friendly, and vey helpful. The breakfast was great. We will definitely stay in this hotel again. If you visit Alicante this is a place to stay, you will not be disappointed. Great place to stay 👍🏿

Overall, It was a great stay, and we were happy to choose NH collection as it did meet our expectations. If you care about how comfortable and pleasant your hotel room is during your holiday, then it is the right place where you can have a proper rest after sightseeing or before you start your exploration. We stayed in a junior suite. It's worth the money. Rooms were very spacious, the bed was extra large and really comfortable. Moreover, I'm a light sleeper, though it was quiet over the nights so we slept really well. The shower and bath were nice too. We enjoyed our breakfast for 3 mornings that everything was fresh and well made. In addition, it's walkable to the city centre, there are also plenty of buses going directly to the centrum. One more thing, you will find a pretty big supermarket right in front of the hotel that makes it even more convenient.

There are minor issues for sure. However, nothing really bothered us, so I wouldn't say that there are things we disliked. For instance, lights were pretty dim in our rooms(Jonior suite), slighty chilly inside temperature wise, a dirty bed sheet(new one) once, sauna and jacuzzi were not warm enough, and no ketchup for scrambled eggs or omelettes(breakfast). Other than that, everything was spot on.

Wide variety of really fresh ingredients and all sort available for breakfast. Extra attention and options for kids and for allergy/intolerance issues. Staff is very helpful. I dont remember to see such a variety and quality offered for long time. Coffee from machine was ok but the best,but thats really the only thing.

Terrace door was not 100% closing well,and the close motorway noise is very strong also during the night if doors are not closing perfectly. Needs watch out,but once is fixed,the noise is minimal.

beautiful room, junior suite with balcony and side sea view, modern and comfortable, bed amazing! big and comfy, bathroom very nice and lovely shower, everything was new and clean, 2 TV’s, one in sitting area and one in bedroom, lots of plugs, staff super helpful and nice, would definitely stay again, worth the price, for us 5*

Little bit far out from the city, 1 bus (10 mins or less) is only a few mins walk from the hotel. Some nice lunch restaurants nearby or for a drink but not a lot of dinner options so headed into the city most evenings

It’s not the first time I stay in this hotel and it met my expectations also this time. Rooms are clean, bright and big, bed is comfortable and staff is friendly and helpful. I also experienced having dinner in the rooftop of the building and the restaurant staff is kind and friendly, I will definitely come back.

There is not much to work around the hotel, it’s a residential area, you need to take a taxi to reach the center, but the ride is less than 10 minutes depending on the traffic. If you don’t book a superior category room or above, you are not entitled to have coffee or tea facilities in the room.
