We thought the proximity to the airport and bus was excellent, couldn’t have been easier. The room although on the front facing the main road (and sea!) was so quiet. Shower was huge with lovely hot water straight away. The bed was super comfortable along with the pillows - bliss. No complaints about the air conditioning although it could have been a little colder, did the job though. Breakfast was truly exceptional. €7.50 for a top of the range full continental, with cold meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, a selection of 4 different breads and pastries, plus juices and coffee, tea etc, we looked forward to that every morning. All of the staff deserve a well deserved pat on the back, they were all so helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff also deserve a special mention, the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard when requested. Great!

The air conditioning wasn’t really cold enough. It was very hot when we visited though, so can’t complain too much, didn’t stop us sleeping!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room. Location outside the city had a nice view. Very good breakfast. Some members of the staff even spoke English (wasn't that important to me as I speak Spanish). Not a foreign tourist hotel. (A big plus!) Located between the airport and downtown Alicante.

The aircondition had the same temperature for the entire hotel. +23°C entil end of march, I was told at the reception. To have a cool room, I had to open the window at night, which was noisy because of the near street. Shower gel was never refilled, despite I made some remarks about it.

Hotel does what it says. Close to the airport via Airport bus from 4.30AM till 11pm ,15Euro to airport by Taxi. Loved view from our room out to sea. A Small car park shared by Ibis budget. Choice of food on offer.

Would have like our meal to have been served as a couple instead of separate. Would have liked our desserts as ordered. The reason for our not getting food was due to group from Ibis Budget arriving half way through who became focus of staffs attention ignoring people already seated. So maybe more staff needed. But food did have was great. But refund for missing food was unacceptable.

Very convenient hotel to stay overnight on a late flight as it is close to the airport and has free parking. The room was well cleaned, the bed was comfortable. A budget hotel that is also suitable for young companies. The restaurant offers fast food, the breakfast is good. The prices are excellent. I felt at ease as it was my first visit to the region. Everything is organized easily and conveniently for the guests.

The bathroom looks like an airplane cabin :) There is no brush to clean the toilet.

Clean modern rooms and nice staff. Close from the airport with the bus (airport and city; do not rely on the first one in the morning though) direct in front of it. Breakfast is 10 euros and fine.

The hotel is located far out of the city and there is nothing around but EUIPO and an English School. No supermarket or anything like that in the area. The bus, especially the regular one, runs rather rare.

Close to the airport and the city (right in the middle of the way), easy to reach, really good breakfast, nice comfortable room and shower (ibis style)

Really weird situation of being 32C outside and they have air-conditioning for winter and summer time setup, as we are in the winter time, there is only hot air… other hotels have the same in Spain, we had to sleep with the window open, strange and not comfortable but ok

The hotel was clean and in good shape and staff were lovely. The free private parking, really good breakfast for only 5/8 € and the awesome room rate were all big pluses for us! To put things into perspective, it was by far the cheapest hotel we booked among the 3 that we stayed at during our Spain trip, but also the best one out of all of them!

The location is a bit far from the old town, but easily reachable by car or bus (there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel)

Staff member who greeted us was friendly and efficient. Good secure parking. For us, proximity to airport and food/ drink facilities around the clock. Good value breakfast, good quality and available at convenient hours if you are travelling. Room was very clean, had everything we needed, including toiletries, extra pillows, great bathroom.

The only thing I would have liked would have been an extra towel in the bathroom. We had two bath towels but no hand towel and as it was late when we arrive d I didn't bother that staff for another towel. Otherwise everything was fine for an overnight stay before/ after flights or travel.

The staff were super friendly and could not have done enough for us on our stay. Our room was clean and surprisingly we had a lot of facilities which I wasn’t expecting. Really enjoyed our stay and we would go back

If you’re visiting Alicante, you will either have to walk about 45 minutes to get to the centre or pay €10 for a taxi, but this isn’t the hotels fault at all

Unfortunately as a coeliac I struggled to get any food even though website stated that one was available. Bar staff were not very polite constantly ignored us when we went up to order.
