Comfortable bed, nice to have a coffee machine available. Reasonable sized room which was clean. Free electric car charging points. Not expensive but there are reasons for that.

Quite a distance from the city centre, about 3.5 miles walk albeit pretty flat. The hotel is quite close to a very busy main road so it was a bit noisy. Apart from a couple of other budget hotels there didn’t seem to be anything else nearby. A small point; there was a coffee machine (Nespresso type) with a couple of capsule but no milk, neither liquid or powder form. Luckily we both like black coffee but not everyone does.

The ratio comfort and prize is very good. The hotel is very well situated for going to the citycentre by bus, it can be reached by the bus (take busstop IBIS) and the exhibition centre is nearby to. We didn't travel there by bus but by car but I guess taking a taxi there isn't expensive either. The rooms are well cleaned and the bathroom is well equiped. Breakfast is reasonable prized and offers a broad range of products and diner is great. Freshly cooked and again reasonable prized. Bed I can't comment on as that's personal preferece

We arrived very late at the hotel due to late flight arrival. Room very quiet. Room was very good with very comfortable large bed. Bathroom perfectly adequate and all clean. Was a very small fridge which was useful. Free teas/coffees in reception area. A handy overnight stop. (Dont expect a seaview lol)

Paid extra for the breakfast (10 euros each) which was not really that great and disorganised because the person organising the breakfast buffet, also had to do other jobs. Also could say limited but adequate, considering u had no other places to go in the vicinity.

The hotel is good and very well equiped according with the proposal. Staff is perfect and received me proper. Hotel has some advantages and some points that I like a lot. Is practical and well localized for what I need.

Nothing to complain. It is a nice hotel. They need to keep the attention with politness and good welcome, including the team of cleaning. I recomend the hotel and hope to stay there again. Good place.

Stench of cigarette smoke in the room and cigarette ash on the work surface around near the window.

Location of the hotel is quite good + big parking space available for free (in the middle between the airport and Alicante center (I reached Alicante by car but for others it might be important). The check-in was really fast and comfortable. The coffee machine available in the hotel (24/7) and the full-time reception was really helpful.

I bought the hotel breakfast ad hoc but it wasn't that good experience overall so I regret this now. Dishes were really basic not too many things to choose. Based on the price tag of the hotel room + additional charge for the hotel breakfast I expected much more selection.

For one night stay just perfect. Everything okay. Didn’t have to wait for hot water and it didn’t stop coming. Breakfast had all you really need. Staff was more than friendly all the time. Nice to get your car on the hotel’s own fenced parking area.

Woke up more than once for other guests talking at the corridors. Can’t get to the beach for a walk. We looked from the map and thought that we would be able to go for a walk at the beach - there’s fence and a railway so no way getting there.

nice, clean and quiet rooms and staff was very helpful and friendly. we felt very safe in the hotel, area and city as teenage girls. warm recommendations !!!!

the walk to the city centre was quite far from the hotel, be prepared to take the bus or a taxi if you don’t have a car !!!! the prices for the bus are around 1,5-4 euros per way and the taxi is around 10 euros.

Very kind staff, clean rooms, great wifi, view on the sea, nice breakfast, great location if you have a car (there’s also a bus stop right before the hotel)

Maybe pillows (a way too soft) and the fact that there was no kettle in our room. Otherwise, everything was great.

Staff very welcoming. Hotel clean and bed very big and comfortable. Superior room with sea view. Food in evening from menu very good choice. Although we only stayed one night prior to flight home would very much recommend. 8 mins from airport by taxi booked through Hotel 13 euros.
