We booked a two bed room apartment on the 2nd floor. The balcony size and view were amazing, although a new phase of building was going up in front of our building as their level is lower, hopefully they will not block the panoramic view of the sea. On a clear day, we could see the atlas mountains in Morocco. The apartment size is very generous and well equipped. The reception desk were very helpful. Two pools with restaurant and bar plus a small shop/coffee shop were very useful and enough to cater for your immediate food and drink needs. A very quiet and relaxing environment.

There is no 24 reception desk, we left our keys one evening and there was no way we could access our apartment because the reception desk closes at 9 pm. We were lucky that our friends were staying at the same location, otherwise I really don't know what we could have done! Spare keys perhaps need to be left with the security guard.

Great location, high up on the hills above Estepona. Easy check in, good explanation of the resort Its walkable downhill, but we just used uber, super-quick. We stayed in the penthouse on property number 17. Inside it is very contemporary, slick white, very well designed kitchen and lighting. The real star was the outside area, it was enormous with a wrap around balcony. The property is perfectly south facing, so we had amazing sunrises to the east, sun all day and then sunsets to the west. The main pool was great, lots of space and food and drinks were great. It has a massive gym and leisure facility and everyone seems to play Padel. We were only hear to relax. We also loved the little deli, the girls that run it are great fun. A very good selection of meats and cheeses. On our only night of rain it was lovely to pick up some dinner and stay in. They even have a little beer tap, and allowed me to pour my own glass. All in all it was excellent.

This could easily have been in the section above. The property is expanding with more properties being build. My first thought on arriving was oh no. but I tell you this we never heard a peep. They would work all day, using cranes that made no noise. It didn't bother us at all.

This is an exceptional resort, newly built. Beautiful views of Estepona, and even Gibraltar and the coast of Africa on a clear day. The apartment was fabulous , very spacious and clean, we had a two bedroom ground floor apartment and so benefitted from a terrace and garden. There are two pools, both with snack bars, reasonably priced and friendly efficient service. The resort is about a 10 min downhill walk to Estepona, taxi is about 10€ back up the hill. There is a small shop on site, good for the basics.

There is not enough sun beds by the pool. It can be busy and a lot of people leave their towels on the beds early in the day. There were several days we lay on the ground. There are larger day beds at the poolside, some of which lay empty all day but we were told these were booked for the summer.

Great location, perfect with kids as the pool area was large and safe for small kids. The restaurant by the pool had decent prices. Safe area and beautiful views of Estepona from our terrace. Took about 25 minutes to walk down to town. Taxi home is about 7 eur. All in all a very good place that I will return to for sure.

I was expecting some kind of cleaning of the flat but there was nothing during our stay for one week. They did however change the bedding once, but I would much rather have had some cleaning every other day to keep the place clean. There was a broom and a mop, but no vacuum cleaner which is kind of necessary if you are to do your own cleaning. With kids, it gets quite messy very quickly. This should be improved I think. Also there was a lot of ants everywhere, both inside and outside so be careful with leaving crumbs/food in the kitchen.

This place was immaculate In a nice location away from hustle and bustle The staff were so helpful, polite and friendly The bar staff worked their socks off The reception lady was so informative and readily available for anything we needed The facilities were amazing. The two main pools by the bar were beautiful and clean as were the loungers and beds Just a short taxi journey from the old town at around €8 All the taxi drivers and restaurant staff were chilled and kind Wished we could have stayed longer Cannot recommend highly enough for adults. A few kids there too though who seemed to enjoy themselves There’s a gorgeous shop/cafe by the apartments on the complex which sells the best wine meats and cheeses and such like We were offered a cheeky wine tasting session which was fab! The lady in there was so lovely I’d recommend it for groups of adult, couples and those with babies/young children for a relaxing stay Thanks to everyone at Estepona Holiday Hills!

Lovely complex and a lovely apartment. Excellent download speeds from free WiFi. Pools looked very nice too but we didn't have time to use them. Reception staff very friendly and I liked the informative WhatsApp messages prior to and during our stay. Food at the pool side restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

The onsite grocery store is very expensive and would be better if it had the basics at a reasonable price. There was a little bit of a drainage smell in one of the bathrooms.

The apartments were in the most beautiful setting. Each one was so spacious and clean. Perfect for hosting our group! The staff were so helpful and attentive. they were in regular communication in the run up to our stay. the pools were so spacious with lots of loungers and the fact their were two pools to choose from was amazing!

Although there were some cleaning supplies we were lacking washing up liquid, bin bags and cloths.

Family of four (two teenage girls).An excellent place to stay. 2 bed apartments are very large and fully equipped. Both pools are beautifully maintained and have great little snack bars with reasonable prices. An excellent on site gym and padel. You can walk into Estapona in 15 minutes and a taxi back up the hill is approx €10. Would definitely go back.

We really had a great stay. Even if there isn't a 24h reception and arrived lately we had a great welcome with all needed communication upfront. All staff very nice : reception, bar of sportclub,... Apartment was perfect.

For April a heated pool would be a plus.

Beautiful and secure area and really nice and helpful staff. The apartment was clean, spacious, calm and well-equipped and there is 2 nice pool areas.

Terrace was nice and big but not so clean. A little bit ants in the apartment and the construction caused a bit sand and noise to the other pool and terrace. A little bit faraway from the services so you will need a car to access the restaurants, beach and other services.
