Location is perfect, just in one of the historical and typical streets. The owners were very friendly and served a nice breakfast. The whole old building was perfectly renovated with very good quality materials and excellent taste. Restaurants all around, the problem is the large choice... Rooms are extremely small but fine for two people if you don't bring a big suitcase (or two...). We really enjoyed staying here and would come back again.

It was perfectly fine for us but if you are the kind of tourist who needs to park the car near the hotel, it might be a problem since the hotel is in a pedestrian street. We managed to park the car at the beginning of the pedestrian street but there is also a free parking after the roundabout (Aparcamientos de la Cala, Avenida Litoral), 800m away. Although the experience was perfect, the room prices were a little overpriced for the medium season (if we think we paid less in the Parador de Antequera, where the rooms are 3 times bigger).

we had a ground floor suite with own entrance – very nice indeed. Hotel is located in heart of Estepona just a block from beach. Lost of good (value for money) restaurants nearby. Room was spacious, clean and quiet with needed features like fridge. WiFi was working well. Breakfast is served at rooftop – what a great place to start a new sunny day. Breakfast includes lots variety ingredients – tasty and fresh. There is a free parking approx. less than 1km from hotel. Estepona was a new place to visit for us – exceeding our expectation. I can easily recommend – both location and the hotel – thx team!

The continental breakfast was excellent with choices of cereal, croissants, toast, boiled eggs, yogurt etc. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. The position of the hotel is superb. In the middle of the picturesque old town, close to the beach, shops and main squares.

Our room was small but perfectly acceptable. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was entirely in keeping with a boutique hotel. Highly recommended.

What not to like. The location was perfect. Three minutes walking to the promenade and beach. Many, many excellent cafes and restaurants within five minutes walk, the nearest was across the street from the hotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The shower room was spacious, sparkling and everything worked. The buffet breakfast on the roof terrace had many choices and we have to recommend the home made cakes as well. Don't miss having a slice of apple sponge. Sundown cocktails on the roof terrace are a must. The staff were excellent and language was not a problem. Can't wait to visit again.

The only thing we didn't like was something the Hotel can do nothing about. There is no access to the hotel by car as it is in a pedestrian area. To be fair, there is secure underground parking only three minutes away.

the location was amazing. the guys who run the hotel are lovely and made us feel very welcome. all of the team there are excellent and helpful if we had any questions. I’d recommend to anyone. the rooftop bar was a great way to start the evening with a cocktail.

nothing not to like. our room was compact but it was plenty for us. in a location this good we didn’t spend lots of time in the room, but made good use of the local knowledge of the staff and the rooftop bar.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of the old town. Close to wonderful restaurants and bars. Good breakfast, catered for gluten free. Lots of selection of baked goods for non-gluten free. Boiled eggs, cold meat, fruit etc. Coffee and tea, and fresh juice. Staff were friendly. Immaculately clean hotel and a beautiful roof top seating area to relax and enjoy the sun.

There was a better selection of breakfast on some days than others, a little inconsistent but lovely.

This hotel’s prime location and elegant design made our stay a wonderful experience. The roof top terrace was a little gem, a great way to start the evening. The staff were excellent, our room was clean and bright. We had a problem with our return flights, Simon the manager was quick to respond and ensured the problem was resolved for us. He went over and beyond.

The rooms allocated were not next door to each other as requested but this was not a problem in the end. They were immaculately clean with adequate furniture although it did feel a little cramped for storing bathroom toiletries and accessories. Could do with bedside cupboards instead of just tables. Continental breakfast was sufficient but a choice of something warm would have been nice. Altogether a delightful stay and would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone visiting Estepona. From the moment that we checked in, to the moment that we left, the guys at the old town boutique hotel were absolutely fabulous. The room was clean bright and had everything you could possibly want. The roof terrace that also served as the breakfast area was delightful, and all the staff were utterly brilliant. I will certainly be using this place again and recommending it to friends

The hotel was centraly located, a lot of restaurants nearby and just a few minutes to the beach. The hotel staff was responsive and suggested a few parking options before arrival. The room was modern, clean, with a tiny balcony. We had nespresso machine in the room, a water heater and a minibar. The hairdrier was very good (important for long-haired people :)). Wifi worked well. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and it was a double like we asked. There was a safe in the room. We stayed only one night, but would gladly stay longer. Would definitely come back.

The bed was smaller than usuall in hotels. This did not really bother us, but maybe it is good to know for someone who prefers king size bed (maybe they even have bigger beds in other room).
