The hotel itself is very very pretty. The gym is very well equipped, the spa thoughtfully done, restaurants spacious and luminous, wonderful ocean views.

The furniture in the room could be updated, the good was ok but it wasn’t great in terms of flavor and cooking (tuna and chicken overdone, shrimp not clean), although the variety was fantastic. Something that was truly a turn down was that one of the pools was supposed to be heated but when we asked we were told that since it was sunny the wouldn’t heat it up, NO one was using any of the pools because the water was still very cold. coming to this kind of hotel and not being able to swim in the pool is just…unacceptable.

Beautiful hotel, clean, the pool is great, nice location. Tasty grilled fish and meat, the bars were good.

Only 2 restaurants, at the night only one is open, buffet style, that was kind of boring. The chinese food was bad, and if I want chinese I go to a buffet at my home country. Programmes only inside, the pool bar closed before closing time, the disco for the adults was cancelled.

The pool area is truly resort-like, and the views from the room were fantastic! The entertainment from the animation team, I especially enjoyed the aqua fitness! The restaurant the mirador is quieter and has nice views

The bed was not comfortable, the mess with serving the drinks for paying customers (half-board customers have to pay for drinks separately) The hotel is located very remote, there is nothing else in the area beside a diving company on top of the hotel. It is perfect for an all-inclusive stay with good weather. The bathroom is very old fashioned, the shower head is not possible to be moved. There was not any hair conditioner nor body milk, only a dispenser of shampoo and gel combined. If you arrive at night, it is very dark and the signs are very confusing and the colour of the text is not easy to read. They need to clean the window glasses in the restaurant the mirador more often, they were very dirty.

Very nice, restful and clean hotel komplex with really beautiful views. Super equipped fitness. Super large pools and really beautiful surroundings, cared areas. Large comfortable bed, quiet at night. Good food, enough choice of dishes. It was not overcrowded in the restaurant and by the pools.

I miss the beach. There is nothing around the hotel, everything is far away, the nearest beach is about two kilometers away, if you do not have a car, it's problem, you can only take the bus to the town on the hill. No supermarket, you can't even buy water and foodstuffs. A bottle of water is not free in the room, as in other hotels. Generally poorly equipped room for four stars. Unfortunately very noisy neighbouring family with a small child. Not strong coffee, not much taste.

the high security vibe in the food hall was bizarre and a bit off putting. no coffee after dinner in the food hall is just weird. should have better veggie food options readily available although they do have a custom made veggie menu - one of the chefs was lovely about this, one not as much. the veggie poke was not good. pizza not good.

We spent very nice time here, kids club has a lot of activities, pools area was nice and with lot of sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff was very friendly and food was also good. There was a variety of the food every evening. Beach is reachable, we had a car, so with no problem.

Beautiful area, scenery, hotel grounds, atmosphere. This is definitely one of the best resorts in Canary Islands. Delicious food, friendly staff, cleanliness. This was my 3rd visit and can't wait to be back again.

I would raise the temperature in the heated pool. Can't find any other issue.

I traveled with my wife and 9 years old granddaughter. The staff was very friendly and helpful and all time we had feeling as welcomed. The organisation in light of COVID safety measures was spotless avoiding any confusion, really well done job. This is the most beautiful resort I've ever seen. Practically, all resort is well designed and maintained garden with typical local flora. The design of the pools is very interesting providing variety of possibilities for all types of swimmers (children, beginners and advanced ones). Our granddaughter had a lot of fun in the pools. Majority of food was very good and we always found something convenient. Mini disco for children and evening entertainment for all were very good. Compliments to animation team.

As I already have said generally looking the food was good but time to time some meat based meals were poorly cooked. A beef in sauce was over cooked and chewing and time to time grilled meat unseasoned. Some black pepper only was offered as additional seasoning. Some of chefs really need better training how to marinate and season meat.

Beautiful property, love the pool area and where it’s situated on the island is always the warmest part of the island!

Sadly the Volcanic ash has the property in recovery mode as the pools and all but one restaurant and bar were closed. It’s a massive job and we were very impressed with all the hotels work in the restoration. Cant wait to come back with its up and running at 100% again!

Very nice place with good food, heated pool and nice weather. Take a room with a view, amazing sunsets from the balcony.
