Location, room.

The wi-fi did not work in all rooms, e.g. in room 1526 during most of our stay. The breakfast was fine, but we would prefer more healthy food, e.g. fresh vegetables, cut fruit. It would also be great, if the fried eggs were freshly made, instead of eggs that were dry due to a too long stay on the heater. Furthermore we miss the option of having freshly made omelets or pancakes.

The price of the hotel room was very good. The location is excellent. The rooms are fairly basic, but very clean, and we had a good view. The hotel has a pool and bar on the roof which is great, although on this occasion we did not use it.

The safe in the room was not working - maybe we had to pay?

The hotel is situated in a great position, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pubs, train & bus station. It offers a wide choice for breakfast & an excellent buffet dinner all at great value. The room could do with bed side tables, tea & coffee facilities in the room are extra as is the safe etc, However the staff are excellent throughout the entire hotel. Reception staff are extremely helpful, The cleaning was impeccable & the two ladies who cleaned the room went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & well catered for. The location is the key.

The hotel location was great! The staff was very friendly

Very limited parking spaces We were staying in the 11th floor with view to the sky bar and the sea. We could heard the noise and the music from the bar.

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out were straightforward and reception staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was ideally situated on the sea front. Housekeeping staff were also lovely and did a great job in our room. The beds were comfortable and the balcony had a table and chairs. There's a restaurant on site and a sky bar. We didn't try the Sky Bar but we ate in the restaurant which I wouldn't do again. It was just not at all to my taste.. The common parts like the stairwell of the tower were not as clean but that could be as we were in the same tower as the sky bar so heavy traffic. I would stay there again if I ever revisit Fuengirola.

It was very noisy at night in the early hours. I recognise that this is not the fault of the hotel but the guests returning drunk from a night out but it was really noisy for around an hour between 2 and 3am.

Location - Excellent. In the centre of the town with excellent transport links to Marbella town and Malaga. Room - On the smaller side, but a lovely balcony with a great view and was cleaned to a great standard daily. Pool Area - Lovely area, always a sun bed available. Staff - All very friendly and accomodating.

Staff - The security guards were horrifically rude and aggressive. Accessibility- Only lifts available to use and as there were multiple floors, was quite a slow service. Beach - the beach nearby was very very busy.

The location was amazing and the rooms, as requested, had brilliant sea views. The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff. The pool area is magnificent. Right by the beach with restaurants and shops on the doorstep.

I'm not sure if our air conditioning was working correctly in one of the rooms because the other room was significantly cooler. I did mention this but we only realised near the end of our stay. The lifts were not very efficient.

Booked this for the pool which was lovely. The hotel itself is really nice, staff very helpful and loved the sky bar and pool, easily the best selling point for this hotel. Waiter service at your sunlounger and nice food. Very happy.

Room was very basic, paper cups very low rent. The bathroom wall was basically a pane of glass with an opaque middle part to protect your modesty but it is still a bit weird especially when sharing a room with family! Who on earth would design a bathroom that you can see into? The lifts are appalling too, very slow to arrive and if you are saying in the tower section you have to keep running around the stations to find the first lift to arrive. Again, weird.
