The location was good and clean

The lack of facilities in the room ie a kettle and hair dryer and coat hangers

The room was basic but big. Nice big comfy king size bed but bounced around a bit when partner moved around. Only one not very comfortable chair. Poor lighting in bedroom and bathroom. Good sized TV but unable to get any English programmes although there was supposed to be satellite TV so we expected just to be able to get possibly some news in the morning. Room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Pool area was clean and open even though it was Christmas. Didn't use the breakfast facilities as we considered 12 Euros per person a bit expensive. Overall, we got what we paid for and were happy with our stay.

Better lighting and some English language TV.

wonderful hotel. A little bit old, but charming and give a good atmosphere. The receptionist is excellent and really helps with everything. The life around the swimming pool it relaxing with happy children In tho pool. (the Pinã Colada is very good) All staff are friendly and hardworking to give is a good holiday. Our room is a family room with bunk beds for your kids. Big and soft bed for us. Good air conditioning. Perfect view to the pool. the hotel room was properly cleaned every day. only one negative detail. The bathtub's enamel is half gone - But it's just a small detail that means nothing to a good holiday. The staff in the restaurant are really nice and helpful. Especially one who deserves great praise.

We had a garden room by the pool, it was lovely and clean, the lady came round every day and did a great job. The beds are extremely comfy, wifi isn't great unless you're in the hotel but who cares you're on holiday, it's not necessary all the time. The man who looked after the pool was also very good. He washed the sunbeds down and kept the pool nice and clean. It's in a great location, close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Their was a fridge, hairdryer and toiletries in the room, along with good air con. There's also the parrots 🦜 flying over, they're quite loud but funny to listen to.

A kettle in the room would have been nice , but again it's no big loss, we just went and bought one.

Very nice quite small hotel. We had a big room with small balcony. Beds were very comfortable and air-con worked well. Poolarea was nice with pool-bar for drinks and snacks. Enough pool chairs. Location was good too, close to beach and busstop right in front of the hotel. We liked the breakfast. Not many using it, so maybe not put up hot items because they get cold.

Bathrooms need renovation. Earplugs were needed because of the loud birds.

Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were very pleasant. Really relaxed atmosphere and the bed was so comfortable. Lovely pool area and pool bar. Very good value for money. In the old area of town, which I liked but mightn't suit those who want to be right on the beach but you would pay more for that. Even so, easy walk down to the front. I would definitely stay again.

A second chair in the bedroom would be good. And a little table. Some of the rooms ( think a small number) don't have balconies. Ok maybe for the business traveller, but not for all holiday travellers. I originally had one without s balcony but was able to move to one with.

The room was spacious. Bed was super comfy. Staff were very helpfull. 10 minute walk to beach. Pool area was nice and quiet plenty sun loungers available.

Not a lot of variety for breakfast. The hot food was sometimes cold.. Also when we booked we booked a room with a balcony but room did not have one.

The hotel is lovely and spotlessly clean. Our room was serviced every day. The pool area is very nice and there are always sun loungers available. The pool bar does lovely food and it's cheap. All of the staff are very friendly. I had requested a room with a balcony, and we got one with a lovely pool view. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location was excellent, pool very clean. It was lovely to see none of the other guests putting towels on the sunbeds and not using them. It was lovely having a fridge in the room and the pool bar did some great snacks at reasonable prices. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The shower wasn't a great design as it would leak onto the floor if you used much pressure , and a another bedside table would have been nice on the otherside of the bed as their was only the one. It's a shame groups are allowed as they were disrespectful to others at times, but to be fair staff did ask them to calm things down when complaints had been made.

Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Enjoyed having air conditioning that you could easily control the room temperature. Staff were very helpful and the pool area was an added bonus - especially as you could get delicious food and drinks at the pool bar. Location was good - not too central but an east 5 minute walk into the center. Room was quiet and we all slept well. Breakfast buffet is quite good for the price - lots to choose from, but don’t expect customised eggs as they don’t have a cook on site at that time.

The property is somewhat dated but the price is good. The artificial turf around the pool really should be replaced with something else as it was quite grungy especially by the pool steps (really don’t want to think about all the bacteria in that - yuck!) Shower pressure was good but the set up was such that the water goes onto the floor and toilet.
