The very long check-in procedure.

The Hotel was easy to find and well located. Car park was secure and easy to access. Check in was efficient and the staff very helpful. The room was amazing, separate lounge area with the bedroom an en-suite off it. Comfortable bed if a little on the cosy side for Two adults, definitely not a king size. Our dog was well catered for too. Located right next door to a pet friendly shopping mall.

There wasn't a bar or restaurant for evening meals or just sitting having a drink. However, the shopping mall had a food court and we found a lovely little Tapas bar opposite.

Internet Check in is available. There are choices of private parking, outside or underground( 6€ ). We parked our car in the underground parking as we could take the elevators( need to use a card key of the room for the safety ) to go up to our room directly. A small living room with its kitchenette was very useful as the night we stayed, the restaurant of the hotel ( and no room service) was closed ( national holiday) : We went to the shopping center next by to buy some takeout food and used cutlery and dishwasher in the cabinet.

Shower head was too big ( would like to have big one on the top and a small one to use in the hand ). The personnel of the restaurant of breakfast was very strict, we arrived 10:04 and he wanted to refuse us but finally we were accepted. ( we should arrive before closing time but when we are traveling sometimes…and there were still enough people taking their breakfast )

The junior suite was spacious. Great to have a separate room for sitting in. Nice to have the kitchenette! Good choice for breakfast. Only a 15 minute walk to the old town and although next to a busy road it was very quiet. Handy to have a shopping centre with eating options on the top floor next door.

A kettle would have been handy. Had to heat drinks in the microwave. Initially hard to find the way in to the parking area.

Parking is free outside or a small cost underground. There’s a shopping centre next door with petrol station that’s good value. Junior suite is large, very clean and good facilities-couldn’t work out the cooker but then was never going to use it. A kettle would be good, as cooker not working used the microwave to heat up water for coffee. This is a great stop if travelling through Spain, lovely town with great bars and tapas. I will stay again next year.

Room is getting a little tired now, flooring is worn but it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Very comfortable hotel. Reasonable size of room. Good bathroom. The hotel was busy but we weren't disturbed by any noise in our room. Very good breakfast. Staff were excellent - very helpful and informative. Plenty of parking.

If you're looking for an unusual hotel in a central location this is not for you as it is more like a business hotel and is next to a garage and shopping mall. This didn't bother us at all.

Perfect for travelers with doggies! The hotel charges an extra fee for your puppy (higher than other hotels), but in exchange you get upgraded to a bigger better room, with a separate kitchen and a custom made, very comfortable dog bed - you can tell they care for the wellbeing of your pet above all, and that’s totally appreciated. There’s also a great walking/park area across the road with lots of grass areas, and a huge pet shop next door.

The living room was spacious, and the toilet too, the bedroom was a bit smaller, but wasn't cramped. Staff was really helpful and accomodating.

Not many cookware, just a frying pan and soup pan. And wasn't connected really well at night, one bus every hour only Fridays and Saturdays.

Hotel is at walking distance from our business partner. There is big shopping mall beside the hotel. Including cinema and restaurants. Rooms are large. Breakfast fair.

Shower head is not well fixing the position. In minibar is e everything necessary. At the desk is some glass and optical mouse does not work.

Junior Suite big enough for 2, little kitchen, you get new cleaning set upon arrival, big shopping mall right next to it, parking available, free coffee at the lobby of the hotel, firm mattress

Cleaning needs to be upgraded. Lots of hair everywhere (on the floor, on the body cream in a tube, bath), stains on the bedsheets
