We stayed 3 nights and the room was big enough. I liked the bathroom for the same reason. Clean, well insulated from the outside noise,with a nice balcony with a view to the main street.

Definitely the underground parking. It took us forever to get inside it because it is very,very narrow. Once we got the car inside,we did not move it until we left. Both maneuvers were very stressful. I would not recommend it, not even for skilled drivers. The hotel is warning the customers about it, though, and offers to give as an alternative,for the same price,a parking spot in public parking situated across the street from them.

super location for sightseeing, close to everything. very nice interior design- new and modern. the receptionists were very pleasant and showed us where to go, how to get there, recommended good restaurants

there was no coffee and tea available in the room. the coffee machine in the breakfast area - cappuccino was only slightly warm and milk with no foam - it looked like a low fat milk. there was no option for non- daily milk for breakfast

Specious, lovely decorated room. Great location, only about 10 min walk from Alhambra and few minutes away from lots of restaurants, bars and cafés. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

€20 per day for parking felt a bit expensive, but on the other hand that's how much you will pay using a public parking nearby Shame that the roof terrace bar was closed, as we really wanted to enjoy few drinks with the views over the Alhambra. Next time!:)

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious with a king-size bed. We had a beautiful big window that opened onto a small balcony with a fine view of the square below and the distant mountains. There were two comfortable chairs in the room for relaxing. It was in a great location for all the sights in Granada. There was a very handy car park opposite the hotel, which gave us a discounted rate of EUR20 a day. There were excellent breakfast choices in a tasteful breakfast room. The bathroom was very clean with a walk-in shower. The room was quiet, even though we were on a busy street.

The top floor (5th) has smaller windows than the other floors. Choose floor 3 or 4 to get better views.

The hotel was very close to the city centre. This is good for discovery walking, you can walk eveywhere worth to see. However if you come to the hotel by your car, it would become a big problem to come to hotel because many streets in the historical city centre is closed. The parking area is very small but you can park your car across the street, it was a better way. In general if I come to Spain again, I will try to find the closest Eurostar hotel for accomodation.

The variety of the breakfast was not satisfactory, I think they can improve the quality and variety. The additional bed for our child was so uncomfortable, but when we asked for a change the staff immediately accept our request.

Our deluxe room was large, modern and bright, with a very comfortable bed and beautiful views towards the mountains. Powerful, walk in shower, with bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Very hard to think of anything negative, but the one thing we found puzzling was the provision of coffee and milk in the room. There is just enough of each to make one small cup of coffee per day! Every day we had to ask for more coffee and milk, which seems very odd as it is such a small (and cheap!) item to supply guests in larger quantities.

It is beautifully furnished and lovely location so convenient to every direction but in an open space with buses and taxis readily available so felt very safe for solo traveler, even for late night excursions. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were incredibly nice and conscientious. And the roof top terrace bar was lovely!

The hotel’s only flaw is the glass “doors” to bathroom. It’s pretty much like no door. As solo person it was fine but I would not stay as a couple or family if you need privacy. Other than that it is a perfect hotel.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and a modern look to it. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful , showing us all the places to visit and marking them on a map . The hotel was very central with plenty of tapas bars and restaurants around it. They told us the best mode of transport to places and estimated cost. My husband was surprised with a bottle of champagne when we returned to our room in the evening as it was his birthday. I would highly recommend this hotel Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

There was nothing to dislike.

Staff were exceptional! Cannot be more grateful. We were greeted with the warmest welcome on arrival. The room we arrived in wasn’t quite what I had booked and a new room change was made promptly. Facilities were so clean. Fresh fruit and citrus water available at anytime was a perfect touch. We chose to get breakfast on one of the mornings and it was exceptional value for money, fresh and quality produce. Amazing rooftop bar which over looks the city- beautiful at sunset.

Beds not the most comfortable

The reception staff were so nice and super helpful in answering my questions. Everyone at this hotel went above and beyond to provide a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Bed and pillows comfortable. Corridors were very well lit which was a plus since I was Traveling solo. Hotel walking distance to restaurants, shops, the Cathedral and other point of interest was a plus.
