We stayed 3 nights and the room was big enough. I liked the bathroom for the same reason. Clean, well insulated from the outside noise,with a nice balcony with a view to the main street.

Definitely the underground parking. It took us forever to get inside it because it is very,very narrow. Once we got the car inside,we did not move it until we left. Both maneuvers were very stressful. I would not recommend it, not even for skilled drivers. The hotel is warning the customers about it, though, and offers to give as an alternative,for the same price,a parking spot in public parking situated across the street from them.

The property was in a great location, staff were amazing, even called me to forewarn before arriving about cycle race on the day. I would stay here again, halal food only 6 minutes away. Walking distance to Alhambra palace. Car park 3 minutes away at reasonable price.

Would be good if water was provided in the rooms with the room rate.

Great location right in the center. Easy to walk around to the restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good and the lady working there alone kept it well stocked and very clean.

It's a bit noisy as people sit outside below our room at all hours. A higher room would have been quiter. Balcony can not be sat on as it is a juliet balcony. Having to book a slot for breakfast

The hotel is located in the city centre overlooking a plaza with cafes and a pretty fountain . There are lots of shops and restaurants very close by and the cathedral is 10minutes walk. We took a taxi to the Alhambra which cost only 5 euros. There is a taxi rank and bus stop in front of the hotel. The rooms and all parts of the hotel were spotlessly clean and our room was very spacious, comfortable and with large bathroom. The staff were excellent - always friendly and very helpful. A good choice at breakfast.

It was a shame the roof terrace was not open.

A luxury hotel in a good location. A public parking garage is across the street. Front staff gave clear and informative advices where to go and what to see. Main attarctions are at walking distance. The room had a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. It is nice to sit on the roof terrace of the hotel with a glass of wine. We were offered a free sauna and gym, but we didn't use them. The breakfast selection is wide, but the coffee is really not tasty.

4 star hotel could offer a free bottle of water in the room.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, right in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants. The parking, as others have described, is difficult to find but worth noting is that you must tell the hotel staff your registration plate or you will be fined as you will be driving in a restricted area. The room was clean and modern.

The size of the room was very tight. Small rooms but otherwise comfy. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast, the scrambled eggs were super dry and like cardboard, the buffet was just a small selection which would have been ok if it was replenished regularly and of good quality. I went to get a banana but the last one was taken just before I got there, the pastries were not replaced either so it was slim pickings - the 40 minutes we were there these were not replaced. I rarely complain about anything but I did cancel my breakfast for the following morning as it was not worth it. Save the money and walk 2 minutes to get a lovely breakfast from any number of nearby cafes.

Parking! Unbelievable challenge, even we do not have big car!

Staff was helpful, room was wonderful, very comfortable beds, and quiet. Well located hotel and easy to access. Room was well-organized and had everything we needed. They also arranged a same day laundry turnaround at reasonable prices.

All staff persons were great, but it was frustrating that there was only ever 1 staff member available at the front desk - I had to wait awhile several times to ask for assistance, because the person was busy checking someone in. It would be nice to have even 1 extra person at the front desk. Also, the breakfast was good but the breakfast area is bit cramped and difficult to move around. Also there is so much demand for the coffee the line for the machine was very long and slow. It might be nice to have a pot of coffee available on the side as well. (We are American tourists, so this may depend on how many people are happy with American-type coffee, as opposed to Espresso drinks.)

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is great, and we had a junior suite which was lovely - a little stark with no pictures on the walls, but very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. We would stay there again, but in a quieter room

Our suite overlooked the street, which was fascinating in the day, but then very noisy at night, despite being on the 3rd floor. The A/C didn't work so the nights were also very hot, but we didn't want to open the window because of the noise. We assumed it had been turned off centrally - as often happens at that time of year - but in fairness we didn't ask. The only other gripe was the shower - huge and beautiful, but the temperature wasn't constant - it cycled between being perfect, then getting hotter and then a blast of cold! We took breakfast one day for 13 Euros - the price is reasonable for a hotel breakfast and it did the job, but I'm not sure we would bother again. We didn't use the sauna or the gym.

The location was ideal, close to the old center and major sites. The staff was exceptional, especially Elena who helped me through a frustrating start Even though we were on a busy street, the sound proofing was amazing and we were very pleased with how quiet it was in our room.

The whole parking situation was a complete frustration and it started our trip out in a very bad way. I chose this hotel because they said that they had private parking in the hotel and I wrote to tell them that we would like to park there. The address for the hotel did not indicate that one could NOT drop bags off at the door and that they were directing us to public parking across the street. Granada is EXTREMELY difficult to bring a private car into as many streets are closed to cars (except taxis) or are one-way. All in all, we ended up parking in the public parking lot and angering many taxi drivers as we had to park in their area to drop off our bags before parking. Thankfully, Elena at reception was very adept at handing irate customers.
