I absolutely loved the hotel it was gorgeous, the decor and memorabilia felt like a piece of 60’s Italy in Ibiza the hotel captured this perfectly. Music by the pool reflected this also, plus the live singers was lovely touch, maybe have them earlier in the afternoon when people are by the pool would be better as only small number were there to see them, maybe poster up informing guest live singer here today between 3-4pm. Hotel spotless, all staff amazing and very attentive, Christina on reception was amazing, helped us change our room to sea and pool view which made our holiday and anniversary perfect.

Recommendation, a couple of chairs to the left of entrance as you enter to sit and wait for taxi as we had to stand and wait.

Comfortable bed, stylish rooms, great amenities, good breakfast. Friendly staff!

It can get very warm in the room despite it having AC. Probably too much classic Italian music played in the pool area (I get it, it’s the hotel’s theme but you are also in Ibiza!)

The hotel is stunning, even better than in the pictures! Where to start, the common areas are vast and it feels like you step into a vingate Italian movie. I spend most of my time sipping cocktails by the pool on a double bed with sea views! The room was large, I'm pretty sure I got an upgrade as the seas views were spectacular. Muchas gracias.

I wasn't happy that my vacation had to end!!! But i'll be back...

Breakfast was good. It good be improved especially the bacon. Coffee machinery kept running out of coffee.

They could have provided beds for the beach. The bacon at breakfast was a bit too oily. And the fact house keeping did not replenish the water after it was finished

Wonderful. Room, staff, facilities, breakfast, everything was better than expected. A brilliant stay. Would recommend.

Breakfast was fantastic, as was our room. One of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed in of late, service was a little slow by UK standards but staff were very kind and friendly. We will certainly return! Book room 136 for late afternoon sun on the private terrace.

There is a well stocked mini bar in the room with drinks that require opening, however no bottle opener. We asked if one could be provided and were told someone would come to our room to open each individual drink. The first time this took 25mins so we went and bought a bottle opener ourselves. I’d suggest if stocking non-twist too drinks, then a bottle opener in each room should be provided. A request for an ironing board took over an hour at which point, we needed to leave for the day.

Loved the terrace, the location, attention to detail, breakfast. All those things were super but the staff were excellent. They were professional, friendly, polite and extremely smartly dressed.

Couple of minor things in the room. There could be a little more attention paid to fixings to make sure everything worked properly (our vanity mirror couldnt be used as it needed to be screwed to the wall properly). There were no dressing gowns in our room upon arrival (but sorted within minutes of asking for them). These were only minor issues and did not distract from our enjoyment of the hotel.

We had a fabulous stay at the Mongibello Hotel. The hotel is exceptional, luxurious and so relaxing. The location is in Siesta which is just a short walk from all the bars and restaurants of Santa Eulàlia, however, there are some lovely restaurants in Siesta too. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and comfortable with large rooms and nice balconies. It was a real bonus not to have to wait for sun beds around the pool as there are plenty for everyone and they are super comfortable. All the staff at the hotel were so nice, polite and helpful, and always smiling. We were given free parking at the hotel and a courtesy room was available on our last day to freshen up before travelling. I could not fault the hotel at all, such a lovely ambience with beautiful music playing around the pool area through the day. Wish we could have stayed longer. Can highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The hotel was gorgeous, very clean. The staff around the pool were excellent. I read reviews that the service was slow but I didn’t find this at all. Marta was so lovely, always had a smile on her face. The rooms were lovely, very homely and bed was comfortable. Food was great also! For my first solo holiday I’m very glad I picked this one :)

If I had to think of something I would say the drinks were a little pricey (but I can’t really complain as the wine and cocktails were delicious!). The music by the pool was also a little loud. That is all!

Absolutely fabulous stay. The hotel is even prettier in person, totally retro and gorgeous. The staff couldn't be nicer, every single team member we came in contact with was particularly lovely and welcoming and seemed genuinely happy in their jobs. There was a really feel good atmosphere at all times. The breakfast is also incredible. They have everythinggggg. We ate so much more than we would normally for breakfast because it was so delicious!! Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Nothing really! There was a photoshoot for a high-end french fashion brand one day, which was fun to see at first but it was a little annoying that it went on almost all day, meaning we couldnt use the pool. It's an amazing setting for a photoshoot but perhaps there should have been an earlier cut off time.
