Amazing pool and terrace areas, very relaxed vibes and the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Staff super friendly especially Mikel when we checked in. Muchísimas gracias.

There should be a toilet brush in the bathrooms. Also the room in places was a little dusty but definitely not dirty.

We stayed in the Xtra relax suite, which was lovely and spacious. Housekeeping was excellent. We spent most of our time on the rooftop terrace / pool / bar, which has fantastic views and sun all day. But there are 2 other pool areas to choose from Superb breakfast set us up for the full day, and on an evening we took the short walk into St Eularia and went to one of the many nice restaurants there. Check out was 12, and we appreciated being able to stay by the pool for the rest of the day, then use a “courtesy room” for a quick shower before getting the taxi reception had ordered for us to get to the airport late in the evening.

I’d have liked a kettle in the room. Despite the usual signs about being eco-conscious saying: keep your towels hung up if you want to keep them; on the floor if you want to change them, our Towels were changed so regularly (twice a day!) even though we kept them hung up. So it felt quite environmentally un-friendly.

Breakfast was fantastic so many options and really delicious food and setting to eat, I especially enjoyed the cocktails in the ginger bar, the room was great clean with a good shower and a nice view of the pool/seafront. The pool was so nice fresh and clean, sun loungers very comfortable, towels good quality. Staff very friendly and easy to ask questions.

No air conditioner in the room but it actually didn’t feel to hot so it was fine, the rooms felt slightly on the smaller side and there was a few rustic pieces of furniture but everything was clean so I was happy overall

Great location away from the busy party strip. 30 mins walk from the harbour where you can visit a small town with restaurants/night life.

We booked the largest suite with the big terrace but was given a much smaller terraced suite. I was then told that suite was on the same price range as two other smaller terraced suites and getting the big terrace was based on random allocation. I didn’t find that being fair if I’m paying for that price and the picture was used to advertise the room I wanted. The staff initially did not show much care and I was not given compensation by the manager. I would say if you’re looking for the big terrace for a family of 4, call up to check as it’s not guaranteed even if you book online.

The breakfast was very nice. During the busy times it was difficult to find a table but was able to get one after a couple of minutes. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. Beautiful views from the roof top bar.

We were given an option to upgrade the room to a junior suite in the new part of the hotel which we did. The room was half the size of a junior suite in the older part of the hotel we asked to go back to the original room. The WiFi in the room kept dropping.

room was clean, breakfast buffet was amazing with loads of choices, the pool areas and facilities were great too! We were also given a “courtesy room” for 30 mins on the day we checked out, as we had to check out at 12pm but weren’t leaving until 3:30pm this was great to have a freshen up!

room was a tad small, but not a problem for a couple for 5 nights

The breakfast was fantastic, there was such an amazing choice of food from all around the world. Loved the yoga every morning overlooking the sea. Loved the whitewashed exterior and decor

There could have been more sunbeds instead of the large double beds which you had to purchase to use. These beds were empty and all the sunbeds were full so it was difficult for the six of us to sit around the pool together.

Breakfast was amazing, best selection I’ve had in a while at a hotel. 8-11am. Pools were lovely and well kept. Roof top pool was great for evenings with a different environment with bar and live DJs. Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels and bed made. Staff were friendly.

Even for a remote a remote location, still attracts guests who go out late to clubs. We had to ask our neighbours to quiet down on their balcony at 4am. Sun beds no reserve, however most people ignore. Come down at 8am for breakfast, half the beds have been taken with towels and belongings. Then people go off have breakfast and don’t show until 10!!!! It’s selfish. Needs to be managed better by hotel staff and place in more loungers. Plenty space for more.

We had a sea view room which was amazing. Waking up to those views every morning was so tranquil and relaxing. The bed was huge and very comfortable so slept well each night. A lovely big shower and double sink. The breakfast selection was excellent and we also enjoyed the evening meals too. The rooftop pool and bar was great for chilling out as were the other pools. Overall the vibe of the hotel was very chilled and relaxing which we loved.

The pools were beautiful but very cold so couldn't stay in for long! Service at dinner was a little slow at times but staff were lovely.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and quality of food was also ok. The hotel has a nice view over the sea both from the main pool and the rooftop bar. Cocktails and snacks from the bars were also great. When going out, we were walking distance from all the restaurants and bars.

The room where we stayed (ground floor) barely had any wifi or mobile reception. This feedback was given to the staff as well. Some parts of the walls were also coming out and towel holders were barely holding in their place. The hotel could pay a little more attention to these details.
