The staff were so helpful and pleasant, they really tried hard to help me enjoy my stay here in Ibiza. Situated 5 mins from the beach and 2 mins from streets full of restaurants yet away from the main strip it really was an ideal location. The pool was an added and much needed bonus.

Good value for money (as it was fairly cheap) and a perfect quiet location. Pool was larger than expected! Towels provided and changed each day and rooms were very clean.

Decor is a little dated. Our room on the third floor was the only one that didn’t have a card access, and instead used a standard key to access- although we locked the door each time before leaving, we found every single day that the housekeepers left the door unlocked after cleaning!

I was more than pleasantly surprised during my stay. The hotel offers everything you need and has a very very friendly and competent staff at the reception! I had all my documents, cell phone etc. stolen in Ibiza, the hotel really did EVERYTHING to help me. Therefore definitely more than two stars has earned the staff at the reception, both young ladies and gentlemen. Avril deserves a special mention! Thank you very much for everything, I will be happy to come back! Best regards from Germany!

The breakfast was an improvement from the last time I stayed 18 months ago. Selection of juices and tea / coffee and grit / toast/ pastries etc. excellent location. Pool didn’t open until 10.30 and closed at 19.30 along with the bar. Helpful staff , no hairdryer in room as advertised. However would stay again.

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pleasant and well set out and maintained (croissants were delicious!) The pool area was well maintained and not overcrowded. The hotel is quiet because it is in a residential area.

The air conditioning in the public areas was not particularly effective with outside temperature of 35 degrees centigrade and this made using these areas a bit uncomfortable.

What a lovely hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. My room was basic but I loved it, everything you need and a little balcony looking out to the hills behind Santa Eulalia. Air con was brilliant. Bed was comfy and there were spare blankets. Super location - near all the restaurants and shops and 2 minutes walk for the bus station. Pool is modern and super clean. Nice bar area which does pizzas and paninis. WiFi was reliable and didn't drop out once. My transfer didn't leave until the evening but I was able to leace my luggage in the lock up. They allowed me to use the pool all afternoon. I was even able to get ready for the plane in the ladies. I cannot fault this hotel. I'd go back definitely.

The property is very simple no frills value for money. It’s located in a quiet street but very central. The staff are both friendly and helpful the atmosphere is very relaxed. If you just need a a simple air conditioned room and a laid back pool to chill. This is perfect

location overall close to bars restaurants and the beach. also the ferry terminal is within walking distance. great hotel lovely pool area. did not eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that. rooms were cleaned and fresh towels. no complaints

Location is superb a short walk to restaraunt alley and the beach. Facilities are basic but they were as expected. I would highly recommend. The pool area is also very good.
