Basically everything. Spacious rooms with beautiful views, massive comfortable beds, amazing showers and wonderful and kind staff. The rooftop infinity pool with the curtained sun beds overlooking the ocean is a real treat. The surroundings force you to relax.

Nothing - as long as you know that you are going to a quiet area - if you are looking for a place that’s buzzing this is not for you.

The location is wonderful and the views are superb. The room had everything required for a perfect stay. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They are all an asset to the company and really make the stay. This included the staff in the restaurant where you have breakfast. The location is wonderful and within easy reach of both hippy markets and a short drive to all other main locations on the island. The roof area with the pool is wonderful with Balinese beds for relaxing.

Prior to booking the hotel, we had not realised how popular the restaurant by the water would be for wedding ceremonies and other private events. It also naturally brings with it a certain level of noise from music and microphones used by guests for speeches etc - although we were pleased for those celebrating, you cannot escape the broader impact it has whether in your room, on the balcony or in the grounds. This also meant the restaurant was unavailable for the majority of the week which was a shame because the food was excellent on the day we were able to dine there for lunch and we hoped to return. Although there are a variety of restaurants in walking distance or via a taxi, it was a pity the restaurant was effectively out of bounds for the majority of the stay.

rooms were big and had a lovely sea view. very clean and the staff were great.

the only hotel restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner the majority of the time we were there. this is because they hire it out for weddings and parties, which means that you have to find an alternative place for lunch and dinner. the fact the hotel is so close to the marina with so many bars and restaurants took a lot of the pain of that away but it is worth knowing. they also have loud music on for the parties - although that usually was turned down by 11pm and didn’t bother us too much, some of the other guests found it annoying.

Everything, i booked this hotel as my mum was visiting the island for her birthday, so I asked if I could check in early to put her card in the room, Isabel and Jennifer at the front desk were amazing, they couldn’t have done more for us, so welcoming and offered balloons! When I brought my mum back they had even put a bottle of cava in the room ready with a note wishing a happy birthday. The staff were all amazing, the breakfast couldn’t have been better (more birthday cava!), they had sandwich’s and snacks through the day, fresh fruit water, the room was cleaned every day it was spotless and a great size, we loved sitting on the balcony watching the sea, the views are unreal you can even see Formentera. The infinity pool was also absolutely gorgeous.. the place really is a tranquil piece of heaven on earth!

That we had to leave

The view from our room was fabulous. Staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. A short pleasant walk to the dining room and you were greeted by welcoming staff and a very good breakfast, Walks along the coast were enjoyable and not too demanding. Pleasant 15 minute stroll to restaurants and the old town (worth a visit). Altogether a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel dining room was closed (except breakfast) for private functions on 3 of the days during our weeks holiday. So if you wanted lunch or dinner the choice was eat at the sister hotel next door (we did eat lunch there once and the service was awful) or walk into the town (which we would have done anyway).

This trip was one of nostalgia for me as I had not been to Ibiza for 10 years and wow it did not disappoint! This hotel is the perfect place for couples, the rooms are fantastically equipped and bed size is more than sufficient! The breakfast selection at the hotel restaurant is sublime, sometimes variety means a lack of quality but not here, everything was exquisite! Having a rooftop pool and bar service available makes it very easy to relax and even with Santa Eularia being the quieter side of Ibiza, where this hotel is situated means you have this lovely quiet cove meaning peace all night!

I can't really find anything to comment on, I had a perfect week away to relax and recuperate with my partner.

A beautiful hotel with huge rooms! It looked exactly like the images shown. Every day around 5pm, they would put out mini sandwiches and fruit, etc. for guests. Such a delightful touch! The cleaning staff did a super job. The balcony was just the icing on the cake, as was the view. Excellent!

The bed was a bit hard, I woke up each morning feeling bruised! Some of the buffet breakfast items were uncovered and there were some large flies settling on some of the pastries - I didn't touch them. The omelette was a bit stingy! A proper structured bar would have been nice, instead of some tables at the side. But not a big deal.

What you see is what you get! I suggest a sea facing room to wake up to magnificent views and setting the mood just right. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxed vacation, this is the ideal spot. No noise or light pollution as the location is about 30mins from Ibiza Town and the guests are more relaxed opposed to partying types. Best breakfast spread I’ve had in Europe, breakfast is served offsite at the restaurant which is also fabulous but bookings required for dinner. Breakfast offering is boutique style so the buffet is fresh and constantly replenished rather than overloaded and left to dry out. Delicious fruit and sweet baked treats alongside savoury. Junior superior suite is spacious, rooms are clean and crisp. The rooftop pool is a must, refreshing with spectacular views and enough space to service guests.

Rooms aren’t sound proofed, you can hear even other guests enter/exit their rooms. Beach front is quite rocky, need to be careful when entering to avoid slipping and not much beach sand to hang out on.

Friendly services. The hotel is located at a very quiet location. Suberb sea views. The breakfast was superb and the breakfast restaurant's location was wonderfull. For dinner one would need to make reservations in advance. We went off season. I presume this may be an issue during high season.

There was free parking on the street. Although we went off season we sometimes had to park further down the streets (not problematic), but I presume during high season it could be more problematic finding parking spaces. Also bear in mind that between the pool on the ground floor and the sea there is a pedestrian road, that people who do not stay out the hotel or joggers use. So no absolute privacy for hotel guest only; However, if you make use of the rooftop infinity pool you have all the privacy you want.

The hotel was beautiful with the best buffet breakfast we have ever had. All staff were so friendly, kind and helpful with recommendations and our room and balcony overlooking the sea was just lovely. The complimentary afternoon bocadillos and cake with iced water in reception was a superb touch. A classy stay in a beautiful spot. Thank you, can't wait to return.

only thing would have been to have found out about rooftop pool on day one - didn't know it existed (found it on day 2) so maybe some more information on everything in hotel at check in.
