The room was easily accessible from the lift and the air conditioning was on and the room lovely and cool. We had a small balcony and the view was across the town. Very quiet and peaceful considering the size of the hotel with easy access to the town centre. Also good parking for our motorbike. A good base for anyone looking to tour through the Pyrenees. Breakfast was very good as well with a great and varied selection available.

This is the same for most hotels in Europe, there were no facilities to make a cup of tea/coffee in the room, ie no kettle!

Outside bar staff were great and parking for motorbikes is free and easy.

The lady on reception was a little abrupt when checking in and when we went for breakfast we were met by a lady who was very rude when asking for our room number and then just waved us away giving us no information or instruction . Very different to last time we stayed here. A little construction was going on which would of been nice to have been informed when checking in.

I loved the location, pool, room and the very friendly and efficient staff. Thank you for making our stay so great. The breakfast was good value for money. I loved that the extra bed for my son and the crib for my baby were set and the temperature of the room was perfect since the AC was on prior to arrival, which is highly appreciated after a long trip in the car. Thanks, we'll definitely be back..

Mini golf needs a bit of maintenance.

Excellent location in city centre, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable room and beds, great mountain view. Very nice pool and sitting area. Balcony (but no furniture). Parking free on site.

Nothing really significant but....no bar open at 1430 on our arrival and the garden bar seemed permanently closed. Restaurant (no outdoor dining space) seemed rather old fashioned, and the menu not particularly creative. Towels had seen better days. One of the two small lifts out of order when we arrived (no notice posted) and still not working when we left.

Very comfortable room, plenty of room. Terrific hot shower. Had dinner in their restaurant and had the best roast lamb we’ve had in a long time. So delicious. Hotel is just across the road from the old town centre where there are plenty of bars and cafes. Parking on-site was good.

Very easy to find in the centre of this cheerful town. We had room to park our motorbike in the small car park. The room was functional and clean with a balcony overlooking the small garden and pool (not in use whilst we were there). We had plenty of room to store our bags and motorbike clothes. Overall this was excellent value for money and would stay here again if we were in this area.

Our beds were a bit hard but other than that this was a great place to stay.

The hotel has been totally renovated and feels quite clean. the staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast is amazing , definitely worth getting when you book your night. Will definitely come back. Here is a the view from the bedroom. Thank you

Great location in the centre of town, with a lovely pool and a large communal lounge, so bring your board games!

A fridge in the bedroom would have been nice to keep our water cold.

Excellent location, a two minute walk, to a beautiful town centre with loads of beautiful architecture and tapas bars. The Cuidadela, old garrison, is only five minutes walk and Canfranc-Estacion is only about 12miles by car. The outside pool was a bonus for an afternoon swim as the temperature was hot, (35°C). The breakfast was excellent. Spotlessly clean all around. Perfect.

There were no fridges in the rooms.

Check-in was quick and efficient, the location was ideal for access to the city and easy to find from the main road. The hotel was well equipped, clean and modern. The pool and surrounding area was a great bonus especially with the high temperatures over our stay.

The bar/restaurant wasn't open through the daytime which would have been nice to have had that option whilst using the pool to relax.
