All newly done and to a good standard. Kitchenette had everything we needed for making breakfasts in the morning. Bed was very comfortable and smart TV in the apartment had all the streaming options (Netflix, Disney, prime etc.). The location was excellent, right in the town Center with all the sites as well as lots of restaurants and Tabancos within walking distance. Access was very easy via a 6 digit code which you use for both the building and the room. There are a choice of parking garages nearby that you can park in from around 7 Euro / day. We parked in APK2 plaza as it was the cheapest and about 3 min walk from the apartment.

There were a few small niggles, e.g. all the cupboard doors opened the opposite way from what you would expect, no hooks for coats, or int he bathroom for washbag etc. but nothing major.

Friendly reception staff, easy check in & access to our rooms. The suites are in an excellent position to enable exploring the city. The rooms have everything that you need although the bathrooms are a little small. I would have liked a mirror near a plug to make doing my hair a little easier but that’s just me being fussy. The rooftop pool area is lovely as is the rooftop bar which can be absolutely buzzing or quiet and relaxing depending on the time you visit. The bar staff are really lovely lads who can’t do enough for you and chat to all the residents. Special mention goes to Jesus who accommodated are requests for cocktails that weren’t on the menu & encouraged me to practice my Spanish. I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I return.

From the off the staff on reception were friendly & welcoming, The rooms were well equipped with everything that you needed, (maybe filing the coffee daily or some black tea would have been nice) The lounge area was spacious, and the bathroom had everything needed but was a little small, the bedroom was lovely. The air conditioning worked brilliantly. The pool area was great although the pool was a little on the chilly side but it was fine once you were in. It would probably be easier to have towels up there and a basket to put the used ones in rather than have to get them from reception. The rooftop bar was exceptional, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to help and to talk to anyone that wanted to talk or that wanted help. The atmosphere was at times buzzing and at other times relaxing & tranquil. All the staff were lovely but especially Jesus who knew I was learning Spanish and encouraged me to speak to him in it rather than in English. Altogether a superb experience, we all loved it.

I wish the lounge was 15cms less wide and that 15cms was added to the bathroom as it was a little tight but that most certainly didn't detract from the enjoyment of the stay.

Excellent location in the centre of Jerez, loads of tapas bars just around the corner and the alcazar and catedral a short walk away. The train and bus stations are about 15 minutes away, with trains or buses to Cadiz and Sanlucar de Barrameda, where we spent two days exploring and swimming on the fabulous beaches. We stayed in a suite - 2 adults and 2 children - for 4 nights and had plenty of space. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace, good choice and friendly service. We used the swimming pool on the roof once, it was clean and a great way to refresh after a hot day out. The rooftop bar is busy in the evening, but the service is great and we enjoyed the view. All in all we were very happy and would stay there again.

Nothing we can think of

Beds are extremely comfortable and it was heaven to sleep and rest. There are black out curtains which is really great if you like to sleep in or have kids. Apartment looks lovely and new. Rooftop is really nice with pool and bar in heart of the Jerez. There is parking under (but not as part of hotel) for 9eur per day which is great. Everything is walking distance, mostly 10min away. There is soap and toilet paper which is not always the case in Spain. We gladly recommend this place for short term stay.

Seems that previous guests didn't wash the glasses they used and just put the back in cupboard... Not cool!

Completely excellent Perfect location for the landmarks, for public transport, and for taxis. Despite the busses stopping outside the noise in the rooms was not distracting or too loud. The top floor bar is open late, but we were not disturbed at all by any noise or anyone going in and out of the bar in the evenings. The pool was great to relax and cool down in. The service was friendly and helpful, even the cleaning staff were friendly.

I cannot think of any improvement at all. Just a note that didn't really like having to give so many details (passport etc) on a web portal, though we appreciate they are necessary to give, and the online format gives benefits at check in.

Clean and fresh and the size of the apartments was surprisingly big. The shower was amazing! Reception was very helpful, providing advice on where to eat and helped us book taxis which were sometimes hard to find. The air con was good (we stayed in May) and the laundry room was a bonus. The pool is small (and cold!) but nice to have and relaxing with very few people around.

The bar didn’t have all ingredients to make the cocktails on the menu. There was no safe which was advertised when we booked. The wifi was not good - too many people, not a strong enough connection. Our room didn't have a great view (overlooking air con units on another roof) but we didn't spend much time in the apartment anyway.

The suites are located in the town centre. Opposite one of Jerez most iconic buildings. You are a 2 minute walk to one of the main squares and around 5 minutes to the Alcazar and Cathedral. The view from the roof is amazing and the pool, although not Olympic sized, is ideal when you want to cool down in the hot sun. The room was really well laid out with mini kitchen, lounge area, great shower and toilets and a nice bedroom. The view from the property is great. There is also a rooftop bar that sold most brand spirits and local and international beers I would highly recommend these suites

Overall these suites are fantastic. I will be here again next time we visit Jerez. My only suggestion would be to have more choice for breakfast but that did not spoil the experience

Excellent location, friendly environment especially near an important covered market and close to sites of interest. Very clean. Good bedding and kitchen equipment, although a little basic. Terrace and pool probably very appreciated in summer.

Not very warm and informative reception. And besides, the employee had not recorded a paid late check-out that posed me problem with maintenance and building entrances and exits. However, I have graciously been reimbursed 30 euros for this error. Note, however, that late check out is only three hours for 30 euros, which is expensive.

Just one night here, as we were visiting the Horse Feria in Jerez, and we couldn’t have picked a better location. The bus to take us to the Feria was right outside the apartments . So location wise it was 100%. However the following day, we did have a look around the town, and again very centrally located for shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, and enormous double bed, and so comfortable . We would definitely stay here again. I was a bit worried about getting this PIN code to get in, incase we couldn’t access it on our phones. However, there was a lady on reception , so we had no worries. We arrived before the room was ready, so she took our cases, and they were in our room when we returned.
