Location was great and hotel looks out on to a large square. Lovely roof top terrace with shade and sun loungers. Beautiful old buidling. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nice lounge and bar areas. Loved the large shower. Room very spacious and beautifully light, looked out on to roof terrace. Good to be offered fresh eggs and bacon at breakfast. Lady preparing it was so very helpful.

Light next to my husband's side of the bed was broken when we arrived and no one came to fix it even though he asked at least twice. Safe did not work reliably and again we asked for it to be fixed but although someone apparently looked at it we could not rely on it.

Breakfast, terrible for the price. ( I can walk out the door and eat better food for 25% of the price) Value - not good, prices were jacked up for the moto GP week and we were a victim of this price increase, my sister booked her rooms last year and paid half what we paid for a much bigger room. Room was VERY small

10 minutes walk from the railway station. Basically, it seemed as though it was 10 minutes from the main POI. Breakfast was absolutely splendid a credit to the staff. Strong WiFi also!!.

Due to it's location it could at times be noisy after dark. Also after stormy weather, it was unexpected to hear a chainsaw operative using it at 01.30!!! Oh well if the Spanish must I suppose.

I loved the room which felt like home. Outside the Hotel has many adorable spots to rest, read a book, sip a beverage or just admire the place created with great care for details. Super clean. 10 minutes walk from bus/train station, supermarkets, amenities, shopping areas. Very easy to reach by foot from the station. Also a Welcome Drink is offered with a glass of Local Sherry to enjoy.

It was all wonderfully perfect.

Excellent accommodation with 2 rooms - bedroom and living room set in a classic Andalusian house tastefully and sympathetically converted into a 3 star hotel. Good breakfast and very central location was enhanced by staff with knowledge of best eateries, flamenco and other best places to go. A real gem.

Parking was in the Plaza Arenal underground car park about 7 minutes walk from the hotel. The front desk staff made sure it was very straightforward.

Character property, beautiful public areas, excellent central location - walkable from the station, tremendous breakfast, comfortable bed, large roof terrace for sitting out, delightful staff.

Wifi was flaky, and dropped off all the time (which could have been as we were on the top floor). Drains odour in the bathroom on some occasions.

Beautiful building, with original features, we had a beautiful room opening onto the courtyard. Delighted to say the air conditioning was efficient and QUIET! Great bathroom with a good shower, bed comfortable and delightful staff. The welcome glass of Sherry was a lovely touch. Great location too, we walked everywhere.

Great central location and stylish decor, complimentary glass of sherry in the bar. Comfortable lounge area, lift and air conditioning. no parking but there was ample public parking available nearby.

Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell of bad drains in our bathroom, possibly as a consequence of backing up after a torrential downpour.

Very good Breakfast, cooked eggs with bacon if you want. Also lots of fresh fruit and interesting Spanish delicacies.

The staff were a little difficult and they seemed reluctant to help guests with even the most everyday enquiries. Our safe would not open, and then when they opened it for us we couldn't open it again later. There was no hint of an apology. They said there was no Fino for the complementary drink, but after I stood my ground, she miraculously found a bottle in the fridge she had just looked in. No apology. But these things are easily solved, and overall we enjoyed our stay

very friendly. good local advice with a map and recommendations. spotlessly clean. lifts to all floors and a roof terrace. a complimentary sherry on arrival. a great location with easy walks to all attractions. the breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and good value. We would definitely visit again.
