We stayed in a Queen room with balcony. The room had a kettle and a fridge and was a really good size. The balcony was supplied with a table and chairs and was perfect for enjoying a drink outside. The bedding and towels were changed regularly and the air conditioning worked really well. Hotel location provide easy access to the town and in addition to plenty of cafes and restaurants there was a supermarket very close by. All the places to visit (including the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art) were no more than an half walk from the hotel.

The hotel is very well located, the room was very spacious and the beds super comfortable, after that hotel I went to another city and stayed in a well known hotel and must tell that dona blanca beds were much better. The staff were very kind and polite, the only reason is not a 10 is that some areas would do with some updating, like th air-conditioning a chair in the room was a bit wobbly, just normal wear and tear really. And the breakfast was nice had the basics but would be good to have a microwave to warm up milk for example.

It's my 'go to' hotel in Jerez. Perfect location 2 mins from the centre of the city with loads of shops and restaurants. Popular area with the local folk who fill the streets during summer evenings. The reception staff were super and the cleaning staff always had a smile. Clean room with shower on suite with usual furnishings. Restaurant not used. Secure underground parking available. Essential for my motorcycle. Very good value for money off season. Aircon worked well but was mechanically noisy.

Bed was fairly hard as were the pillows so slept badly, not helped by another client screaming at someone at 4am.

Hotel was clean, with brilliant stuff, they helped me a lot, it was easy to communicate with them. Room was cleaned everyday. Very close to the central area (1-2min). Overall I liked it very much ☺️

Breakfast was not available. When I requested, they did it just for me, that was nice, but not a big choice. So I had breakfast at hotel only for once. You can use nearby bars with much cheaper price. Not a good view from room (inner room), but it was expected, so I have not any complains.

Room was very clean and recently refurbished. Comfortable bed and shower was nice and powerful! It was very good value for money - much nicer than I was expecting. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming

Parking at the hotel was interesting! There were spaces available in the underground carpark but some spots were very challenging to get into! I am sure there is other easily accessible parking close by

Easy to drive to with parking under the Hotel. Easy walk from the Hotel right into the heart of Jerez and all the bars, shops and restaurants. Large bedroom, good shower, balcony doors overlooking the street below. All clean and well managed. In 20 mins we walked to the Royal Andalucian Horse School, a fantastic location and worth a visit.

Only a minor issue but there was poor sound insulation between the rooms but not a real issue.

Excellent hotel position within Jerez & for travelling to the MotoGP circuit. The underground parking was extremely secure for our motorbikes, staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel well in advance of travelling due to hearing how busy Jerez can be. The price we paid was extortionate compared to normal prices, they certainly know how to make the most of the Moto GP weekend which is a shame as we found there were rooms still available at a fraction of the price, probably because of the pricing policy. Unfortunately we hadn't realised or we would have cancelled and rebooked at a more reasonable price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even let us park our car early before we checked in. The room was very big, the biggest during our trip, and it was nice to spread out a little bit. The location is great. It's within 15-20min walk from everywhere we wanted to be.

The parking garage is a hassle to get in and out of. The front desk has to buzz you down in the elevator, and if they forget to do it, then you just go up to other floors. Then, you have to get back down to the lobby and remind the front desk that they haven't sent you down yet. They forgot 3 of the 4 times we needed to get to out car during our stay. They also didn't tell us that we had to pay for the parking until we were checking out. Not that we minded, but it would have been nice to know before.

This hotel was off a main plaza and walking street. It was close to the old town and made sight seeing easy. It also had underground parking. The staff also helped me communicate with my bad Spanish. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much. The air conditioning worked well.

Our room had a small window but we really didn't stay in our room beyond sleeping.

Very comfortable room and loved the outside terrace. Most of the staff were extremely helpful especially Daniel who helped when Husband fell ill. Could not thank him enough. Quiet area but close to the centre of Jerez.

One female member of staff was not very helpful. Breakfast was good but there could be more variety especially for visitors who are vegetarian.
