I really liked staying at Hotel Trafalgar. The staff are exceptional as they are so helpful and accommodating. I needed to send a suitcase with FedEx, and they helped me print out all the documents and kept me informed of the pick up. They also were flexible with a late exit for me as I had a meeting on Zoom at the normal checkout time. Every staff member I came across was friendly and kind. I was visiting my daughter in Jerez, and we felt very secure and comfortable in the hotel. It is a simple hotel but excellent value. My room, which was a good size, was kept very clean every day, and the breakfast was ample and had a good range of items to choose from. Air conditioning worked really well in the room. The location is excellent as you can walk to all the main sites and the station in under 15 minutes. If you want a safe, secure, clean, comfortable, not a luxury hotel but for a great price and in a great location, Hotel Trafalgar ticks all the boxes.

Nothing, really. A couple of minor things were not functioning well in the room, but nothing that I needed remedying during my stay.

Very good hot and cold buffet breakfast. The publlc alameda in fromt of the hotel was pleasant..

Staff were willing but sometimes not very competent to assiist non-Spanish speakers. To get a boarding pass printed took about 1 hour. The 'ramp' from the hotel doorway to the pavement outside left a 4 cm step which effectively made it useless for unaccompanied wheelchair users, the bottom of the ramp should be flush-flat with the pavement

Location great, staff great, price great and for €6 they let me park my motorbike in a secure and handy underground garage. Super breakfast included in the excellent price. Jerez definitely worth a visit. Loved it 😎😎

Bathroom was badly designed so you had to sit with your legs at an angle to avoid the bath. Pretty minor really as excellent value.

Very nice staff, they even helped me with some extra wishes that I had for my room. Amazing breakfast buffet, I expected toast and jam but they really had everything I could wish for!

The room I was in smelled weird when I got there, but after I turned the AC on the smell was gone

There is no shelf for cosmetics in the bathroom. Keeping cosmetics on the washbasin is inconvenient. There is no face light next to the mirror to do makeup or shave.

Lovely stay in our spacious modern room in this wonderful relaxed city We had a lovely big en-suite bathroom & access to a roof terrace. Plus the serve yourself continental breakfast in the dining area was very nice. It was great value for money & the staff were very helpful We thoroughly recommend it

Travelled with friend, affordable price enabled two of us to book single room for privacy and quiet, plus excellent typical western breakfast. While staff may not be conversant with English they definitely provide prompt service with a smile.

6 euro charge to park our 2 bicycles seemed a little unnecessary, but as the room was so cheap we didn’t mind too much.
