The location is excellent - just off the main square. The staff, especially those on reception, were very helpful and got us tickets to the Spanish horses and English Tour of Gonzales Byass. The room was larger than in most cities and was very comfortable.

A small thing but whether or not the mugs and glasses in the room got cleaned was very hit and miss. We could have done with more sockets for charging phones, etc and one for the kettle that didn't involve having the kettle on the floor. But these are small things in what is otherwise an excellent hotel.

Hotel is in the center of Jerez, 100 meter of the main square. The room was comfortable and nice to stay. We liked the small wellness with sauna and hamman. Jerez is a small but interesting city to discover: lots of sherry houses to visit (Tio Pepe, Sandeman, etc.), Royal Andalusian Horse School, the Alcazar, the cathedral and lots of beautiful churches. Nice and rather cheap restaurants and tapa bars. Friendly local people.

Breakfast was a bit poor for 4star hotel. The window of our beautiful room didn’t close properly, with a little noise during as a consequence. The shutters however made it possible to make the room very dark and comfortable to sleep.

The space is very clean. The towels are nice. The staff are all very nice and very helpful. They were very helpful with a late checkout.

Wallpaper is peeling a bit and the floors are a bit wonky. Some of the lights aren’t working and none of the door stops are there any more so everything bangs. They don’t check each room thoroughly because there was a KitKat in the fridge that the wrapper had been opened and some of it eaten out. Shower leaks all over the bathroom and the water in the shower does not come out in an even flow of temp. It comes in waves ranging from cold to boiling. There is a power socket on one side of the bed but not the other which seems like a massive oversight.

Location is excellent for historic part of city and bars and restaurants, Rooms were clean, Bed was large and extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Spa is included

Even though tea and coffee facilities supplied, the coffee and milk was never replaced had to ask every day. The gym is only a couple of weights with basic bench would be nice have maybe a multigym.

Above all, the location of exactly what we were looking for - it is just 20m from the Plaza de Arenal which is pretty much the centre of town. Nearly everything was within a few miutes walk from here. There is a nice bakery across the road which opens at 07:30 on weekdays - perfect for breakfast if you are not dining in the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel was extensive and provided some hot options too. We were in an adapted room (107) on the first floor and this room had a large walk in shower. 2 lifts are available. and the hotel is wheelchair friendly except for the pool area on the 4th floor of the building.

A little annoying is the door to the bathroom in room 107 which is entirely frosted glass. It filled the bedroom with light at night if one got up to use the facilities. Also the lack of accessible plug sockets - there was one on one side of the bed and one in the bathroom. If you wanted to plug in the kettle that was provided then you had to scrabble under the desk and disconnect the table lamp to use it's plug socket.

The location was very good, the room was nice size clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the public parking is just next to the hotel.

We had high hopes for the rooftop pool but it was very disappointing. It's desperately needs renovation (all the pool area...). Breakfast was good but not as good as other hotels we have been at. And last (minor but annoying- power plugs are expected at both sides of the bed and not only one...

the property was in a fantastic location just a couple blocks from the Jerez Cathedral and the Alcazar. it is also just next to the Plaza del Arena where just about every street was lined with Tapas restaurants. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious! Although the hotel does not have parking there is a garage right next to it and the hotel showed us how to prepay online and get a discount. The receptionist, Raquel, was so friendly and helpful. when I was having difficulty with reserving the parking she helped. She also gave us directions and held our luggage after checkout while we did some more sightseeing. we would definitely stay here again when back in Jerez!

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The hotel and facilities were very good. The rooms are a generous size and well equipped. Located in the centre of Jerez. Very close to the Alcazar, Cathedral and the Gonzalos Byass visitors centre. It was my 3rd visit to Jerez and for quality of hotel and location it is without doubt the best combination. Car parking is a public car park 25 metres from the front door.

Modern, fresh. The rooms felt luxurious with the bathtub and separate shower. High quality furnitures. Very price worth and central next to the city, just 20 metres. 15-20 minutes walk to the train. Very service minded staff.

The shower towels didn’t get changed to new ones, only one time for a week. The breakfast was not in good condition.

space space space!! location location location!! Ciean!! Delicious breakfast!! Wonderful friendly staff fluent in English. Our favorite was Rachel vibrating positive attitude. She’s awesome people person . Very welcoming making great first impression upon entering the facility at night. Shower & bathtub on the same room. Wifi free but “Open” my security adviced to me. Huge comfortable bed. AC strong. A safe small fridge & packs of coffee with hot water kettle in room. Fantastic location in Plaza Arenal in the midst of the action!!
