Amazing room very nicely done with a nice interior. There is the most amazing rooftop bar that overlooks the whole city and has the best frozen margaritas and very nice barman. The breakfast buffest was very nice and delicious.

The lady at the check-in counter that worked in the afternoon was not very nice and we felt like we were a burden to her by asking for beach towels. The only problem we had with this hotel was the check-in staff. Also, we asked the check-in staff to order us a taxi and they ordered a van for two people and we had to pay 50€ (on the way there it was 15€) so we were not sure if it was someone they knew and wanted to ear some extra money so make sure to ask.

The bar and restaurant are not open Sunday, Monday or Tuesday which I don’t think is acceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4 star

Friendly staff. Good location, near public transportation. Nice decorations. Nice rooms with aircon and comfortable beds.

A cockroach in the bathroom (we had to throw away our tooth brushes and clean all our stuff, as we didn't know where the bug was roaming over night), nails from other guest left behind the door, and the fact that we reported on our second day of staying at the hotel that the WC was leaking, but it was never fixed, despite we were told that maintenance would take care soon...

The building itself is attractive, very modern and stylish. Staff were profressional, friendly and polite. The location was great, a short walk to the nearby beaches, resteraunts and bars. The site was also on a main road meaning it was incredibly easy to flag down a taxi!

The rooftop bar was disapointing. We were saddened to find out it wasn't open Monday to Wednesday (albeit it was our fault for not checking prior to booking) however the bar did not make cocktails, which was where the true disapointment lied, as many nearby hotels did offer cocktails on their rooftop bars.

The hotel location is excellent and the rooftop bar has amazing views over the port and city. I liked the simple, elegant, clean styling of the rooms and the shower. The daily cleaning service was fantastic. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for a beach/city vacation!

Personally I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast offering but prefer to have “desayuno” in one of the many cafes en route to the beach anyway.

Nicely decorated, nice views, spacious bathroom. Rooms and hotel really nice overall.

Breakfast was quite small, wouldnt say 4 stars quality, more like 2 stars. Staff running around the restaurant during breakfast, have to watch out not to bump to them.

The location was perfect. The staff helpful. The breakfast was plentiful , even for me , a celiac … there was choice.

One design fault … our shower room706 drained so slowly you were effectively trapped in the shower , if you opened the door you would flood the entire room. The beds were comfortable but if you leaned against the headboard the bed pushed away from the wall as the floors were smooth… so your pillow ( there was only one ) dropped down the back . Also the huge beautiful sink in the bathroom was far too high as a 5’4 female … it was level with my chest ! It was even too high for my 6ft husband .

The location was excellent 5 min walk from bus station bars restaurants shops and 15mins from beach rooms were nicely decorated and great shower large selection for breakfast

If I had to find a fault it would be no blind in bathroom window which let a lot of light into the room

Nicely furnished room. Enough space. Central location close to harbour and promanade at the sea.

We did not like that toilet was "open". Also we found very unusual, that you have to pay for early check in. Either a room is available or not. But we have never experieced before that we had to pay if we wanted to check in before the indocated regular check in time.

The breakfast was exceptional - plenty of fresh delicious fruits :) The room was good, the beds comfy. We had a view over the city, which was cute.

The toilet has no sound isolation. There is just a glass door. It is not see-through (TG) but there is still 0 privacy. I have seen such bathroom design already (open type bathroom) - only possible for solo travel imho.
