I had no breakfast here, so no experience at all. The rooms are very clean and got cleaned every day. The staff is extraordinary friendly and helped us with everything. The rooms are equiped with a coffee machine, kettle and hair dryer.

the bath rooms! I will never understand why hotels choose transparent/glas walls for bath rooms, including the shower and the toilet. Seriously, what exactly you want to achieve letting room mates watch each other sh*tting or showering?

- Great location with many optional places to eat - Housekeeping cleaning your room everyday and changing the towels - Check in was very smooth and we even was able to check in 1 hour earlier - In the room is everything you need: place for clothes and luggage; coffee machine; kettle; big bathroom - Friendly stuff Some people complained about the noise, we didn’t had it only until the first night, when there was a music festival, but we didn’t really struggle to fall asleep.

- We had issue with the shower, water go out from the area of showering if you put pressure strong, so we have to use light pressure - When you come back to the room after being outside you can handle a high stuffiness in the room

Extremely clean hotel, the rooms get cleaned every morning, the location was perfect, and the staff is great. It is less than a five minute walk to the main beach, and 3 minutes from the main bus station, which makes it very easy to get around both to other towns, and to the old town of Las Palmas. Would highly recommend. Plus it used to be a bank, so the building and the interior were really charming. The roof terrace is also beautiful, but the weather was unfortunately very windy during my stay so we couldn't fully enjoy it. Hope to be back soon. Plus they give you different pillow options, so you can choose the pillow that suits you best, which is a huge plus for a comfortable sleep.

The location is excellent you can easily get around Las Palmas from here as most tours start or pick up from Santa Catalina park which is a 3 min walk from the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants all within walking distance and the beach is a 10 min walk away too. The hotel is really clean and quirky, decent breakfast in the restaurant definitely adds to the experience as it’s in the old bank vault! Hotel also has a nice rooftop bar that gives you some nice views, staff are friendly and helpful too.

Only criticism is that they don’t fill up your teas or coffees in the room…what you get is for your whole stay, not a major thing but found it unusual for a 4 star hotel, been to a few places and this is the first time I’ve come across this.

The room and overall feel in the hotel was great. The theme is really well executed. Staff always greeted us when they met us which made us feel very welcome. Nice breakfast at a reasonable price I think. Our room had an attached balcony which was great for lounging a bit during siesta.

Our room had the toilet facility attached with no room separation. It was ok for just a few days but we would have preferred a more separate bathroom.

Leo checked me in. Professional,charming and friendly. This is always a good sign. My room was very well furnished. Best of all in a bustling city like Las Palmas I did not hear anything whatsoever. It was perfectly quiet. Consequently a wonderful nights sleep. Centrally located near to all amenities. I’d happily stay here again.

Amazing room very nicely done with a nice interior. There is the most amazing rooftop bar that overlooks the whole city and has the best frozen margaritas and very nice barman. The breakfast buffest was very nice and delicious.

The lady at the check-in counter that worked in the afternoon was not very nice and we felt like we were a burden to her by asking for beach towels. The only problem we had with this hotel was the check-in staff. Also, we asked the check-in staff to order us a taxi and they ordered a van for two people and we had to pay 50€ (on the way there it was 15€) so we were not sure if it was someone they knew and wanted to ear some extra money so make sure to ask.

Hotel was in great central location, walking distance to many excellent restaurants, beach, central bus station and shopping centre. Staff were helpful, polite and breakfast very good and varied.

Rooftop lounge area often played loud music in the afternoon when trying to relax and read. Should encourage the use of the lovely ground lobby more. Didn't appear to be used despite there being a bar area.

Excellent hotel in a good location for visiting the old town and exploring the island. Close to the beach and local amenities. Roof top bar perfect for the evening sun. We would certainly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

A separate en suite bathroom would have been preferable and the option of a king size double bed rather than two single beds.

Friendly staff. Good location, near public transportation. Nice decorations. Nice rooms with aircon and comfortable beds.

A cockroach in the bathroom (we had to throw away our tooth brushes and clean all our stuff, as we didn't know where the bug was roaming over night), nails from other guest left behind the door, and the fact that we reported on our second day of staying at the hotel that the WC was leaking, but it was never fixed, despite we were told that maintenance would take care soon...
