Excellent location, great bar at the top of the hotel with the best view of Playa de Las Canteras. Comfortable beds.

Breakfast was very disappointed, everything was cold - eggs, beans etc. even when asked for more beans they were served tepid at best. There was no kettle in the room to be able to make a hot drink. Wi-Fi didn’t work.

The hotel is extremely well located at the far end of the beach, away from the less pleasant touristy parts of the strip. The rooftop bar had amazing views with great music, snacks and drinks, highly recommend watching the sunset here. The room was very clean, modern and very spacious. The welcome note on the TV was a lovely touch. The staff at the reception was super nice, he even called the restaurant to make a reservation for me.

the AC stopped working at night and There is poor soundproofing and you can hear everything, especially the cleaning staff. But I'd still recommend this hotel as it is very good value for your money.

No kettle in room

Brilliant location, so close to the beach and the view from the balcony was great. The balcony, although small, was enough and had sun on it all day. The room was clean with a little coffee machine and a fridge, which was a great touch. There was a safe but this was key operated and we weren't offered it given a key. The room was light and the AC was reasonable. Blackout curtains we're fitted. Beds were comfortable enough. There was also a hair dryer in the bathroom. TV was modern and a nice size and there was a WiFi router in the room with good quality internet. We booked a triple room but on arrival it was set up as a double. An additional bed was added to the room but this left little space to move around and made it hard to get to and from the balcony. This was a little upsetting as we felt it didn't match what was booked (and in the pictures) but it worked for the few days we were there. For location it's great. It's clean but really is just somewhere to sleep. This part of the island is fantastic so we would recommend this hotel, assuming you get a good price. There is a restaurant, which was empty so we didn't use. Breakfast looked reasonable but was 8 euros each so we went out instead. The most exceptional part of the hotel is the roof top terrace, amazing views and lovely cocktails, but they're around 8 euros each so we only had the one; it was lovely though! We would recommend and visit again.

Room was a squeeze for three. Coffee/sugar not topped up. Cups were cardboard. No milk provided. Facilities looked good but were lacking atmosphere, but that's probably due to time of year.

Decent breakfast,good location,we had a triple room with sea view at 6th floor,cleaning everyday,parking at a location very close with 10 euros/day. A small balcony,but perfect to stay a few hours at night. Shower very good,minifridge and coffee maker with capsules.

Wi-fi was not so good,but we have cellular data and for us it was no problem.

Beds were great and the location was excellent. The beach is close and lots of restaurants and stores are within a short walk. So much culture is right outside the hotel. I don’t recommend staying here if you don’t like being in the action. I thought it was wonderful. The staff were super friendly.

We were on the 6th floor and I think we could hear the chairs from the rooftop bar scraping the floor. It did not impact us at all, but just didn’t like the sound.

It was very close to the beach. Good location for restaurants and bars. Easy access to public transport and connections to other parts of the island. Our room was modern, with a balcony. We had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent cleaning service. Good restaurant in the hotel and lovely roof terrace with view for drinks and tapas. Good breakfast.

wifi wasn't great but it wasn't an issue for us.

The location was perfect, we asked for a sea view and our room was right on the corner with an amazing view from the room facing the beach. Friendly staff, big, clean rooms, nice rooftop bar, lots of shops nearby, good recycling facilities, huge bed and tasty complementary coffee.

The door to the balcony didn't lock and the walls were a little thin with a noisy neighbour. Complementary coffee and water for both mornings would have been nice.

The Aloe suite was lovely, particularly the spacious balcony and hot tub. The small kitchenette was handy for breakfast.

Proper loungers on the balcony would have been perfect and a full size fridge in the kitchenette, rather than the tiny mini fridge. The 'glass box' bathroom in the middle of the bedroom doesn't offer much privacy, even when travelling with spouse!

The location was perfect... It was slightly removed from the ocean front , situated on a street that had a supermarket right next door, an electronic store to buy a sim or other things like beach towels. You could literally walk just 2 minutes to the ocean . The view from my 5th floor balcony was awesome.

Nothing to not like.. it was perfect. The staff was professional , the location was perfect.. and the little restaurant buffet was perfect.. they had a really nice selection of food.. hot, cold, desserts.. coffee, cappacino etc.
