As we were celebrating a birthday, we paid to upgrade to a junior suite, which gave us more room both inside and out. We had a spectacular view across the bay and to the mountains inland, and had a large, private balcony with table, chairs and sunbeds. The room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay, towels and linen were changed regularly. The breakfast was a good quality continental selection and the service was excellent.

There was little to say that we disliked. Occasionally people were a little brusque, but we've noticed this more when travelling since 2020.

We had a very large balcony on the top floor with great views of the beach, sea, mountains and city. The staff are friendly, attentive and very good natured.

In contrast to the lovely, large balcony, the bedroom was small and the bathroom, especially toilet area, cramped and poorly designed. The absence of hooks to hang towels in the bathroom is very frustrating. Breakfast was adequate but range of fresh fruit limited- for example no papaya, watermelon or pineapple. Fried eggs varied in quality from hard and formless to soft-if youre lucky. Definite need for improvement here.

Great location on the beach, lots of shops, restaurants and facilities around. Room was quite nice, clean, beds comfortable. We had breakfast, which were nice, but nothing that special, it lacked some vegetables and maybe more variety. They had only small cups of salad consisting of valeriana salad, 2-3 pieces of cherry tomatoes and a bit of local cheese which wasn’t enough in my opinion. Everyday the same, so nothing that groundbreaking. Lots of options to choose in terms of coffee (very average tasting in my opinion) and juices, also fresh orange juice. I would prefer to have a kettle, cups and some coffee/tea to make in the room. We also did not have bathrobes or slippers in our room. Reception staff was polite and helpful. In conclusion we got nice 7 day stay in the hotel. The view was the best part of our holiday, would suggest getting a sea view and upper floor if possible.

Location is fab. We had a sea view which was amazing. Staff were so nice and attentive. Overall the hotel was spotless but the room could have done with a deep clean . I think that would involve more than just a day to day clean.

We had a look at breakfast which had no cooked vegan option and to be honest it didn’t look very appetising . The duvet on the bed was horrendous and kept separating from the cover. The bed needs upgrading . The bar seemed to only be open around meal times. A bit odd.

Best hotel option in the city, beach front location, great view of the entire bay, walking distance to multiple attractions in the city. Room was very nice, clean and the staff service was great.

The elevator stopped working and I got trapped inside of it for few minutes, they needed to call someone to go and open it. I understood it was not the first time it happened.

Check-in, check-out, room cleaning, breakfast, staff-all more than satisfactory. we are return guests and hope to be back again next year. Location on the beach is superior to all others in Las Canteras

A kettle (with or without tea/coffee/milk sachets) in the room would be much appreciated, a rail for drying swim gear on the balcony would be useful, a slightly wider bed (comfortable otherwise).

Large room with big bed and a sofa bed. Perfectly located by beach and many restaurants and cafes. Friendly staff. Good storage for clothes. Effective temperature control of room. Provision of toiletries in the room. Reception had citrus water which was appreciated. The gym was quiet and open for long hours (located in the other NH) round the corner. Clean towels provided.

Unsure if the fridge contents were complimentary as no information so didn’t drink the bottle of water on arrival. Turning on the shower was challenging due to placement of glass panel and meant getting into the bath to dance around until temperature correct. Door stop on floor at entrance to bath/shower is a safety risk. No view. The bicycle in gym not working. No air con in gym.

The location is perfection. You wake up right in front of the playa the las canteras, and you litterally have to walk for a minute. It’s full of restaurants and bars so it’s really cool area.

The property was nice, clean and staff were friendly. However I do think it is quite overpriced. Breakfast was 20€ per person, so we skipped that!

For the first time in Las Palmas. Room had good view of the beach. Many restaurants are close by. There are stores, pharmacie. Ideal for exploring the city.

The balcony chairs make a lot of noise when moved. A note to all guests to move the chairs carefully would be a good idea ;-). In the spring would be desirable to have a kettle

Location was superb! everything you could possibly want within walking distance. Staff were friendly. good gym at the next NH Hotel around the corner which was easy to get to and well equipped.

Due to COVID (I think) there was no tea kettle but they give you one upon request. housekeeping kept taking away our tea cups though which was a bit strange so we landed up having to just use drinking glasses for our tea. Beds were extra firm!
