Great location close to beach and facilities. Attentive staff who responded promptly and politely to requests to make our stay more comfortable. Gym was great including fresh towels. Street view over cafes. Complimentary toiletries and cold water appreciated. Fridge. Early check-in was most helpful. Secure bag storage after check out was great.

Difficult to keep the room cool. Some night time noise which we expected in the City. The door to the room was a little dangerous as it bounced off the door stop and both of us separately got knocked by door. No facility to make tea and coffee although there was a vending machine in Reception.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas close to the beach , restaurants, shops .

The breakfast is served in the NH Imperial Hotel located next street . The breakfast rate is higher than you pay for a decent one in the nearby cafeterias, restaurants.

The incredible location and the truly awesome staff that made our stay wonderful. They where attentive, welcoming and friendly whilst answering all our questions and helping us with everything we requested.

The hotel is super positioned, the bed is comfortable, I found parking on the streets near the hotel, every day.

The window does not offer insulation against the outside noise, but it's ok, it's not very noisy.

It was nice stay and location was very good. It played beach tennis tournament there and event was very close.

Maybe could been washing machine with dryer. Without took long time to get clothes dry.

Great location at the end of the las canteras boulevard with lots of shops and restaurants. 2 nice centro commercials in the neighbourhood. Rooms are clean and have a decent size. Close to the nicest beach of Northern Gran Canaria, playa de las canteras.

The street can be a little bit loud. In our room the badroom was outdated. The pillows were way to soft so could not sleep well. Also the breakfast is in the other NH which is a 1min walk, just around the corner.

The staff was excellent

I had two rooms and the second room didn't really have any window, it was opening up into a shaft. The room was very comfortable and clean

For a first timer, the beach might have been a bit quiet with not as many young people on holidays there. If you’re looking for a more entertaining beach with a younger generation, the south of the island is rather that. Other than that, I did enjoy myself here and was able to taste a little of their culture.
