Fourth time to stay here. Room disappointing this time. Was one of the last rooms to be booked. Christine that we have met numerous times was on hand and she is Amazing. HS assured us that when we go again she will make sure everything is 1000%. SHE IS AND HAS BEEN SUCH AN INSPIRATION TO US ON LAS PALMAS AND HER MANNER AND ASSISTING MY HUSBAND WHILE I WAS IN HOSPITAL IN LAS PALMAS WAS UNREAL. SHE IS SUCH AN ASSET TO THIS HOTEL AND KNOWS HOW TO TREAT HER GUESTS ATE EXCELLENT. We will.be back becaof her for sure. We are Irish, living in Lanzarote. She would entice anyone to visit her hotel. Perfect English and so perfessional. Fabulous person. We will return shortly to Sercotel. X

Lovely to.have at least one English news channel and movie Channel.

Absolutely incredible support from the hotel staff, and especially the director, Cristina! We had an unfortunate incident of leaving something behind in a taxi. The staff jumped into help--literally "round-the-clock" assistance. The hotel director went so far as to set aside an hour of her time to accompany us to the nearby police station to file a report. With her support, we were able to recover our lost property. We've never experienced anything to compare to the kindness and readiness to go the extra mile to support their guests as we did from this wonderful hotel!

It's impossible to find anything not to like. Close to the most beautiful beach in all the Canary Islands. Great breakfast. Clean, modern rooms.

1. Great location - close to the shops, public transport and the beach. 2. Staff was very polite and helpful, always with a smile. 3. Breakfast was small bus fresh and delicious. Pancakes surprised me! 4. Room - everything new and well planned, I felt cosy there. Plus, the view to the port is beautiful. 5. Rooftop - the view is amazing and it is a nice lounge. The pool size is definitely enough for this size hotel.

1. The cleaning could be better as I found hair in the shower + the shower had a smell (luckily only when you enter it). 2. There was a coffee machine in the room but you need to buy pods. It is disappointing. You'd rather charge a few euros more but give complimentary ones. 3. During the check-in credit card details were taken - they took the card and just copied the info that "was needed". The receptionist told me that not all the numbers were copied but it does not make the situation better, it is private and I don't want to share it (I haven't experienced it anywhere else).

ALL GOOD! maybe the breakfast could be a bit more clear as we didn’t know the portions were going to be very small we didn’t ordered all on the menu, but overall fine!

The central location was really good , your in the heart of Las Isleta for that city feel & 5 minutes walk to the beach front. Best of both worlds .Friendly staff , Little gem of a rooftop jacuzzi & city views from the rooms are great ( floor 3 ).

Rooms just slightly on the small side , but well designed & functional. Only one pillow each . A spare one would be nice . Be careful of the sharp corners on some of the fittings ( desk , wash basin etc ).

We came about 4 pm and we got room but it was not clean. So we went 5th floor pool area and call reseption and they told room is ready. I went, not cleaning. I have to go reseption again and they said sorry. And they gave 2 keys new and old, unfortunately old didnt was ok , so i went down reseption and got new key and it was ok. This all took much time. We got breakfast free for that but tehre where sign offer breakfast 3,50 € And room cost almost 200 €

Loved staying at Sercotel! Was very happy with the proximity of the hotel to the beach with plenty of restaurants too choose from. The room service was amazing, with a change if sheets and fresh towels every day 😌 best of all was the front desk staff, especially Fredricko - he was very welcoming and gave us amazing tips and advice on the local restaurants and a list of must visit places, making our time there that much better 😊

When we arrived at Sercotel we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Our room was clean and comfortable and just what we needed. Anything we asked for was no problem and staff were so helpful. They also gave us some lovely recommendations on places to visit.

Unfortunately the pool was out of order but that was not at fault of the hotel as these things happen. The rooftop bathroom needs a lock on the door.

Very clean hotel in center of Las Palmas. I liked the sea view from room on the 5th floor, actually it is view on port. Close to the bus station, city beach and aquarium. Lots of facilities in the room, kettle, WiFi, fridge... comfortable bed. Breakfast is OK, basic and every day same.

Room with balcony was very big and spacious. Nice furniture. Soft bed. Quality toiletries. Friendly staff :)

Construction is going on and very noisy. Not a good place to book now :). Terrace furniture at top is old and somewhat dirty. Pool is very small
