The traffic noise was a little disturbing.

Great rooftop terrace, delicious drinks and live music. Tidy hotel. Very friendly staff, they even helped us to sort out a parking fine (we didn't notice the parking meters at first).

The staff was extremely nice, gentle, we loved it. I liked the room, and especially the big shower. be aware that you can’t open the window. The terrace is very nice too. I would choose this hotel again.

The only thing I didn’t like was breakfast in bed. I asked the night before to bring us breakfast in bed at 8:00 but they didn’t (and this was a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday.) I tried again on another day, they forget again, no breakfast in bed, I had to call them again. They should improve this aspect. Otherwise everything perfect!

I paid for ocean view and we got a fantastic balcony overlooking the small beach area. The room had a coffee maker that uses pods but we are tea drinkers so they brought us a kettle to heat water. The location was great for walking and taking local busses. Reception was so helpful (mostly we interacted with Carlotta or at least I think that was her name). It was great.

The hotel was not in that loud area like Las Canteras so we enjoyed the calm. We used the service of car rental, which was very easy and cheap. I suggest it. The lady in the breakfast prepared nice coffee for us form the machine.

I didnt like this plastic door to the bathroom. You can literally see other person doing his business there. Not super romantic. If you reserve the room with sea view - the view will be nice but there is a loud highway. We had a room without sea view and it was ok.

The hotel and staff was very good and everyone was helpful, breakfast was really good as well. Also the staff in reception were very helpful with directions to places.

We could not fault the hotel only lack of information from booking.com about where the hotel was situated and the noise of traffic from the 8 lane dual carriageway on the doorstep which meant lack of sleep on a holiday that was supposed to be relaxing.

So far the most beautiful hotel in the city of Las Palmas that I have been to. Very nice modern design and I definitely recommend the sea view room with the roof top terrace. You enjoy an excellent view over the Marina. I had an amazing stay, the stuff was very helpful. They speak even German if that is helpful for you. They Do not have a Spa/Wellness but they have a little gym with good Technogym machines. For me everything was perfect. I recommend also to enjoy food on the roof top terrace in their Lounge.

The bedroom and balcony were fantastic

We were refused entry to the excellent rooftop bar because there was a private function. We were not informed of this before or during our stay. No lunch available. No drinks on rooftop until 18:00. As a resident, I expected to have use of the heavily promoted rooftop bar when I wanted. The only cup for the espresso machine in bedroom was a big mug! Perhaps that's a bit fussy...

Very comfortable and a nice room. It was on the front so it was a bit noisy from traffic but the view to the sea made up for this. Breakfast was excellent and as we only stayed for one night we didn’t have any other food. It was close to the cruise port and as we were boarding a ship next day the hotel was ideally located.

The lighting in the room was a bit strange but maybe the designer of the system didn’t stay there!

Clean. optional cleaner every morning. complimentary bottle of water on arrival. Huge shower. massive comfy bed. various light settings which are automated. air con. very great staff who spoke decent english

the swimming pool was not open and I doubt I would have used it if it were as it was freezing. the gym is atrocious with basically 3 machines. the rooftop restaurant has an amazing view but my food arrived kind of cold which was disappointing. facilities are quite poor which means it's not a hotel you can stay in solely. you'll need to compliment it with going out

we liked the opportunity to have fresh beach towels daily and the staff was very nice.

the room’s windows do not open and this brings a certain smell to the room which is not quite pleasant. fresh air is important. the bathroom had mold unfortunately. and there was a misunderstanding in regards to the new year’s eve. we were initially told we could have drinks on the terrace regardless of not havingbought the entire menu in advance. on new year s eve we were told to leave the terrace at around 7pm. with everything being closed we had nowhere to spend new year s eve.
