The food, staff, pool.

There is a part on the pool, close to the outdoor restaurant with a constant smell of burning fuel. I guess its the smoke from generators or something similar. That part of the park we had to avoid. The animation tem is really the worst i have came across... I wasn't expecting that from this kind of hotel. The rest was very good and for some one like me that went to this hotel to rest is amazing.

The hotel is in a very good location. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic, as well was the staff working there. We want to give special thanks to Palermo, Susana, Germán, Lenaz and Isa Vazquez . They were very gentle and sympathetic, always with a big smile. The swimming pool and the garden are amazing. The access to the beach is very useful. In general was all very very good. All the staff was very nice and helpful...reception, housekeeping, bar, restaurant, spa. Thank you all and see you soon.

The hotel is enormous but very organised, so even with a lot of people there is space and places with tranquility. The beach is just in front and it is very long. Breakfast is good. Our room was big enough for our party of 3. The facilities are really clean and the building has some majesty, with plants everywhere.

There are several restaurants close to the hotel, but all have similar menu. In all of them the food is nothing special and pricy for the quality. We opted for having dinner at Ayamonte most of the evenings, where there are great restaurants.

The quality and abundance of the food was amazing. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room, elegant but relaxed atmosphere, nice and big pool, the location is perfect: at the proximity to the seaside, yet in the center of the town.

The WiFi was just not working. Maybe they do it by purpose to keep people relaxed and away from work :)

Very good breakfast and dinner, definitely worh ataying with the half board. We stayed in a ocean view room that was superb and very spacious and cleaned everyday very thoroughly. The pool had plenty of space for all guests this time of year and the animators were nice and not too pushy with the guests that did not want to participate in the activities. The beach access great and allowed to go for a swim in the pool and then the beach all within 10 minutes of each other. The Spa therapy (couple massage) was surprisingly good!

No plugs near the night stands in the room.

Superb hotel, airy and spacious and very clean. Had a junior suite with amazing views over the pool/ beach. Beds are super comfy - we slept like babies. Pool facilities are excellent and suitable for kids and adults alike. Top quality buffet breakfast with great range of food. Location ideal with direct access to the Paseo Marítimo/ beach. Animators and staff in general were friendly and full of energy. Very good value for money overall.

Hotel chiringuito was closed for most of the week, which was a bit disappointing. Late check-out not possible.

All was perfect, the facilities were very good, the pools are spacious and gives a lot of options. Pool chairs are enough and the life guards are very helpful. All staff is very kind and always ready to help, it's really a plus. The animation team and the program are also a big plus, there is always a different activity, very good team. The access to the beach is easy and lots of restaurants nearby. Thank you

The price was a bit high considering 2 adults and 2 children (3 and 9), maybe we didn't need to pay for a spacious room. If we will return, we check the room options better.

The pool towel distribution system. At check-in we were not given the necessary plastic card to exchange against the towels at the SPA. We learned about it once we asked for the towels at the SPA, just before they closed for lunch for 2 hours. By the time we walked to the reception to get the card, the SPA had closed and we had to wait 2 hours. Guests should be informed at check-in and towel cards handed over at that time and service made available also during the 2 hours of lunch time. Same with the service at the bar. We discovered that we had to register with reception in order drinks at the bar. These two things should be made clear at check-in time.

The location is great. The garden is beautiful and the cleaness is impeccable. The breakfast is very good with a wide range of choice.

The sunbeds filled with towels during all day and nobody around. We could not arrange any sunbed (unless we went at first hour in the morning). Should have staff looking for that, otherwise there are guests that can not enjoy the garden near the swiming pool. It is not acceptable this situation.

Beautiful family hotel, the facilities were spotless. Our group had big comfortable rooms. The hotel has of activities for kids and adults. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and had a huge variety of options for all kinds of tastes and diets. However, their best asset is their personnel. Every single person was absolutely courteous and accommodating at every moment. I would 100% come back.

One of our dinners at the hotel was kind of bland, but the waiter was responsive to our comment and we were not charged for the dish in question.
