WiFi working very good. 10 out of 10 Streaming Netflix all great. Room super cleaned All staff don’t speak English but super kind Beach near by good All inclusive and even they have snack& bottle of waters for good by amenities. I recommend bring all cook stuff with all stencils with cook fan and cooking self Or beach has restaurant. Super good deal for sure worth! Near have lot free park on the street. Mecadona supermarket pretty big Must be bring own car like us. We did rented. Before or after stop by at Portugal just great day trip Only two part con side 1.till 12:00 music loudly 2. Food not tasty at all

Breakfast and dinner were both really good with plenty of tasty choices definitely something for everyone 👍 ... fresh cooked omlette for breakfast was fab ! Cocktail bar was very nice with good choices of basic cocktails for only 6 eur :) Beautiful swimming pool and surrounding area with lots of sun loungers ( although 25 Eur per day for the lovely double bed style sun beds is a bit on the pricey and we didnt use) All members of staff we encountrered were very ö+pleasant and helpful We were both very very happy with everything and booked an additional day it was so good ; )

Overall, my friends and I had a great time at Estival Isla Cristina Hotel. The pool was large and clean, the buffet food was delicious and varied, the internet was fast enough for remote work, the staff were friendly and fun, the Halloween closing party was a lot of fun, and the location was right on the beach.

There was some confusion at the beginning of our stay. We had booked single beds for all three of us, but when we arrived in our room, we found a double bed. We also had to wait for sheets for the third person, as well as towels and dishes. The staff immediately corrected these issues!

The staff were so polite and friendly. They always greeted us with a warm smile. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was great and there was always a good variety of foods that changed from day to day. The gym was very complete and the pool area was very nice. The hotel is located right next to the beach, so it is in a perfect location. Our room was clean and perfect for our needs.

Our kitchen fridge froze basically everything we put in there. Fortunately we weren't relying on it too much as most of our meals were included. We mentioned it to the front desk staff and they sent someone to fix it, but the problem wasn't resolved.

The hotel has different meal plans including all-inclusive. We took half board and we’re unpleasantly surprised that all the drinks except water are charged separately during the dinner time, even the draft ones. There were no signs and no one warned us about it. It’s not a big deal to pay extra, but it just looked weird - the hotel put drinks on display and people pour it freely and in the end you receive a bill to pay. Charging for wi-if nowadays is also kinda cheap.

This was our second stay at the hotel. They have made improvements at the pool and bar area with more comfortable furniture. The whole area looks very attractive now. As we were only passing through, and staying a night, we booked a normal (no special view) room but asked for a high floor. From the balcony of Room 401 we had a lateral view of the sea, a view of the marismas and a beautiful sunset directly opposite. The room was very quiet day and night. The room has a small kitchen, and I really like the system where they ask you if you need kitchen equipment when you arrive. I believe this adds to the cleanliness of the hotel as the equipment comes spotless but isn't always sitting in the room gathering dust. Every member of the staff we interacted with was very friendly and courteous. There was a problem with the IT system when we arrived but rather than keeping us hanging around waiting for it to be resolved, we were given the keys to the room and asked to come back at some point later in the day to complete check in. The waiting staff at the restaurant were very helpful and polite. The cleaning staff always gave a cheery good morning and asked if we needed anything. Drinks prices are very fair at the hotel and they do make some lovely cocktails at the pool bar. Staff super friendly there too. And then there's Emilio! I'm sure the hotel is aware of the diamond they have on their staff, but he really does go above and beyond. Always enthusiastic, he's as energetic at midnight as he is at 11a.m.. We loved the dance he performed with the mantilla the other night. What a showman! Looking forward to our next stay at the Estival.

Our plans changed so we thought we'd stay another night, but the hotel was completely full. Happy for them to have full occupancy but definitely our loss.

Food was pretty good, very well made, fresh fruit and fish and a lot of variety. The gift they give on checkout was a nice touch. The pool size is adequate for the number of guests, never felt crowded. Location is also good, could get to town center by walking, by bicycle (rented on site) or by catching a road train (kids loved it and the driver is nice, allowing people to step out for a walk and step in later to return to the hotel) Cocktails are well made :)

Night entertainment was adult focused, it would be great to have additional entertainment focused on kids. During the day the activities could be extended, for example water pool was only for 1h. there's enough space for allowing more playtime. Having to leave the pool by 20h. there were a couple of days we could've stayed a bit longer. The kitchenette is there for decoration only, there's nothing else other than the furniture. Not even glasses :( The play room had a few machines out of order which was a bummer. Towels shouldn't be changed everyday and the sheets in 7 nights were never changed.

The quality of food was disappointing. We had the breakfast and dinner half board deal. The hotel would extremely benefit from improving the recipes and foods offered. There was a good selection but the flavour of the food was not very good overall amd there is a lot of food wastage because of this.

Incredibly friendly accommodating staff, with a special mention to Lola who ran a great fun and engaging aerobics session. Beautifully clean hotel throughout, a lovely pool, plenty of sun beds.

Evening buffet was ok and limited local restaurants open early evening, most open from 9pm. Not a massive amount to do/see locally.

Staff were amazing. Nothing a bother. So friendly. Excellent huge variety of different food every night. Different theme. Plenty of choices also for vegetarians.
