Boutike Cibeles

We have stayed in these Cibeles suites several times before this trip which is why we are repeat customers. If you want a clean, comfortable accommodation with easy access to museums and major galleries of Madrid then this place is for you. Plus it's walkable distance to the shops and sights of central Madrid. Staff at Reception are amazingly helpful, kind and informative about the area, and on this visit went way beyond their duties to assist us with my husband who was unwell. There are plenty of eateries of different types nearby and the Retiro gardens are not far from the nearby Puerto de Alcala. Atocha Railway station is a short taxi ride for trains or car rentals. We like the small Juliet balconies on rooms at the front on Alcala itself, and when the doors are closed it is certainly quiet despite street traffic. All kitchen facilities and a washing machine are included. Breakfast is available on a rooftop floor, but we self-catered. Our room had a shower over a bath which we prefer for flexibility. We will definitely stay here again, and hugely thank the staff for their many kindnesses.

The location was very convenient to visit the major sites of Madrid. The rental was a large and very nice apartment. You could very easily live there full time and be extremely happy, everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of space. We held of on the breakfast, as we thought we might have to get out too early to make use of it, but we ended up getting it everyday and it was very good. The kids especially liked it. It really was well worth the money and overall for what you get it was a great value. The staff, both at the desk and the kitchen were all very friendly and helpful. I cant stress how well this place worked out for my family on this trip. Totally recommend! Also, if you take the express airport bus it stops right at the corner - so simple.

The first wonderful thing I want to mention is the incredible staff. I unfortunately did not get the names of the gentleman who assisted us with our check in or the young women who came on duty after him. Boutike should be thankful and proud to have such great employees. They recommended restaurants, websites to purchase local venue tickets from, which Flamenca was the best. They truly made the difference in this being an exceptional stay for us. Second, I want to mention the spacious, comfortable, Master Suite we had. There were four of us and this room gave us plenty of space. It was at the end of our two week trip and space was good for all of us. Nice large beds, two bathrooms and best of all, the terrace was on the same floor and only steps away from our room.

Location , location , location ! The apartment was right next to the puerta de Alcalá , in the corner of the Retiro Park, 5 min walk to gran via (literally) Anca is so sweet and amazing ! The hotel staff are super nice and always helpful , The breakfast is good and will give you a good start , There is a pub next door and restaurants. This place was perfect for our family , we are a family of 5 so it wasn’t easy finding a safe apartment with the customer service of a hotel .

location of the appartment is excelent, in walking distance of centre of Madrid , metro station, restaurants, etc.. Retiro park which is 5 min walk is highly reccommended, service was excelent and staff very helpful, reception has 24/7 service, we had appartment with big terrace, appartment is very comfortable, with two separate rooms, two bathrooms, very comfortable for two persons in business trip

Great location, easy to find and we were able to check in early which was a bonus. The apartment is very spacious but as others have mentioned the furniture is dated. There is one bedroom with a king bed and a door, a very spacious bathroom and a second area with a king bed but no door (more like a den). Both beds were comfortable and it was pretty quiet but you are in Madrid on a busy street so you will hear some noise. The breakfast room on the 6th floor was very nice with a wide selection of food and eggs made to order.

Dated furniture made the apt less appealing. It is a large apt and would be spectacular with a paint job and a few new pieces but that's just being picky.

Lots! We wanted apartment style so we can self cater if we want. Really spacious. Great location for that end of Madrid, but equally nice long walk to royal palace. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Despite 1st floor street facing apartment there was no issue with street noise or light.not 25mins to airport via Recolletes train station

Needs a bit of TLC in places, eg sealant around bath black in places, mirror broken and sellotaped, 2 shower risers?

Location was great, and staff was very friendly. The room was well equiped with a small kitchen. I had to book a stay here last minute but It exceeded my expectations. Its not that big or fancy, but it makes up with everything else.

I suppose they could modernize the rooms a little bit more, the furniture is a little old but still comfortable, more than a complaint it would be constructive criticism.

Excellent location near Plaza de Cibeles. walking distance to many places and metro stop only two blocks away. Also near the Airport Express Bus. the apartment is a newly remodeled old building, very spacious, modern features, kitchenette, washing machine, big bathroom with double sinks, spacious closets. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that right next to the apartments there is an Irish Pub and for two consecutive nights there were very loud and rowdy Irish soccer fans (I think their team was playing against Barcelona).
