Close to airport. Very clean and tidy.

We had thought the hotel provided its own shuttle to and from the airport. This was not the case. Cost was 7.50 euro per person, I suggest mentioning that in the hotel description

Comfortable and good breakfast.

Using card key to access elevator. Didn’t work smoothly. It would of been nice if the airport shuttle could of been arranged through the hotel.

Almost everything was good. The woman on the reception was kind, the room was great, clean and very comfortable, with little space for sitting and big excellent bed. The pillows were perfect! The hotel doesn't have it own transportation, but communication with shuttle bus was ok and it work correctly. The location is near to the airport. However, I give up from visiting of Madrid since the connection with the city centere was little bit complicated, and there is no good public conection with the bus lines or metro... Therefore, I don't recommend the location if you want to visit Madrit, except if you can afford taxi. Breakfast was very goog, including eggs, sousages, some ham, cheses, ceralies, fruits , some croasons or similar, coffee from machine, etc.

On the back side of the hotel there are some machines ( pumps or similar) making huge noise all time, which was expecally disturbing by night. I stayed only one night waiting my morning fly from Madrid Airport, and I was so tired so I felt in sleep somehow..But, for another night I would ask for changing a room or even hotel. Pay attention and ask for room on the front side of the hotel if you are sensitive for noise.

I liked the hotel also the staff were very friendly and polite. It was clean and tidy and the breakfast was really good.

There was nothing that I did not like but only one suggestion if they could get a small microwave and a mini fridge in the rooms this will make it much better as sometimes maybe guests will buy water as it can get very hot and it will be nice to keep it cold and likewise the microwave it will be nice if the guest happens to take food into their rooms it will be nice to get it heated as opposed to having cold food. It's just a suggestion that will make it a much better experience all round for the guests.

Brand new facility. In room tea kettle. Crisp sheets and blankets. Friendly bi lingual staff. Recommended airport shuttle company was fantastic (communications from them seamless and timely)

Breakfast area was not kept up (kinda trashed) from guests leaving earlier. Full breakfast is available from 7 am but the hotel kindly leaves toast machine and coffee fixings out for the early departures. Staff began putting out breakfast service at 7 but didn't bother to clean up the area.

The hotel and the staff are excellent down the hotel side. The rooms great apart from on chairs theta was stained but very comfortable. The gun is great and the pool area relaxing . The bar area is very nice and welcoming. Breakfast good selection but vey disorganised.

There was no fridge I. The room. There was tea and coffee but no milk. Ask at the reception and they said nothing that they could do. :-( breakfast good selection but very chaotic and has to wait for the food to be replaced several times. Same with the buffet lunch very nice but had to wait for the food to be replaced. And each time had to ask

it’s a Brand New Property so everything was new & shiny! Bed & shower was great! The food at restaurant was excellent. Just remember That a lot of restaurants in Spain close down between the hours of 3 to 8 pm, so just ended up waiting to eat, but it wasn’t a huge deal. However, if you find yourself starving, you will need to take a taxi somewhere that is open.There are vending machines in the lobby if you need a snack. They also offer an airport shuttle service through a 3rd party. And I needed a little help booking the shuttle service, and the staff went above and beyond to help me get it done even though that’s not part of their job!

Unfortunately, it was hard to find (hotel being new & not matched up on the GPS.)the taxi driver got lost. But, thankfully the taxi driver shut off the meter while we were driving around, so that helped out a lot. Also, there aren’t any restaurants close by.

This is a good stop for a night, close to airport. The pool is nice. The bar and restaurant are ok. The meals are very ordinary, and poor in quality. The meals were constantly mixed up or wrong for a lot of guests on the night we stayed. They were also slapped down and staff run away before you could say they had wrong table. Rooms are a decent size with good variety of international tv channels. Very clean. They have kettles and tea/coffee in room. Plenty of parking under hotel.

The restaurant and bar let the hotel down.

The room was a good size and the very clean. Security seemed to be good and there was a complimentary breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The issue we found with this property was that it was far from shops and there where only two restaurants within walking distance. We went in on a Sunday and all the nearby restaurants were closed by 16:00

They didn' t have airport shuttle,tho this was specified in theirfacilities,and they did not give us information about getting to the hotel,there wad public transport cheaper than the taxi,as we fond out later.The pool was a joker,I mean the dimensiona,the programe from 12,who îs staying at that hour?!?
