Great location, modern room, comfortable bed, great directions to the hotel and easy checkin/checkout. Was able to check in 3hours early no problem!

There was a strong smell of cleaning fluid throughout the facility, in the room I was able to open the window and later turn on the A/C to improve the air quality, but it didn't quite vanish, so the room unfortunately didn't smell perfectly fresh.

The location is amazing. If you are trying to go to the museums, the restaurants and the nightclubs in the Huertas district of Madrid this is a great location. The staff was helpful and caring. They kept the place clean and well organized. I used the laundry facilities while I was there and they were adequate. There was free beer and juice available. The air conditioning worked great during the scorching Spanish summer.

My room was just big enough for one person. I had to do some organizing to keep from stepping on my luggage and the minibar. Another shelf by the bed for the kettle and the nespresso machine would have been ideal. The other minor issue is the lighting on the bathroom. While it is more than adequate for general use the light above the mirror made it difficult to shave my face. Adding light on the same wall as the mirror would fix this problem.

The room is extreemly small. Definitely not what I saw in the pictures on booking. There were barely a space for my bag. I was expecting a window with a view just like the picture. But my window was facing a wall or a building shaft. For the money I paid, the room size was not as I expected.

The place was super clean. It had a huge bad, super comfortable with lots of pillows. And the aesthetics were very cute. The host had left some wanted and chips which made me feel welcomed. And to top it off the location was the best. Walking distance to Grand Via and Cibeles and the park.

The positioning of stuff was a bit off and I kept bumping my legs into corners. Also the bathroom wasn’t very spacious, but for 1 night it didn’t matter that much.

This place is located perfectly, close to Center, Atocha station and bus stop to Airport. It has very simple self check in, which is also big plus. Bed is comfortable, kettle and nespresso in room, everything is super clean. Also, it has lockers where guests can leave a luggage after check out. There is a lot of to tell but the main point is the place is great and I'll definitely stay there during my future trips.

The location was very good. It was quite clean and comfortable. Great scented shower products and mini bar were perfect for a tea lover like me.

Having a disposable slipper made of sustainable material will complement this comfortable stay. In addition, the code gave an error when I entered my room for the second time, which was a bit unsettling for me. But the problem was solved.

Loved the colour scheme, design is lovely and all the extra attentions, the free water and snacks!!! Awesome to have a kettle. Bed was comfy, bathroom perfect. Self checking and info via whatsapp worked better than expected. Very good to know your team follows up.

I struggled with the A/C or ventilation, it was too cold/drafty for my liking and despite writing to the team and getting tips on how to use it, i was unssuccesful to get it to work better. We can hear the next room neighbours chat and use the bathroom...

The localisation is perfect so you can easily walk everywhere. Nearby are bars with great tapas and beer. I was suprised with gratis things like chips, juice, coffee, etc. There is a kitchen also so it's possible to cook something. Full set of cosmetics was also a great thing! Digital check in and out is a plus.Generally I would recommend it for a couple.

The room was quite small but that was mentioned during the booking. Due to that it's better for short trips.

The position of the guesthouse is perfect and the beginning cleaning was super good. The bed was very comfortable (not the pillow). You can use the kitchen and the owners leave a little snack for you every day. I was surprise, in a positive way, when we arrived and we found in the room two bottles of water for free. You might not see anyone but if you have any problems you can text them and they will answer you super fast.

Between the bed and the door of the bathroom there was a very little space that make difficult going to the bathroom. Moreover, there is not a cleaning service during the stay: for four days it could be ok, but not for more days.

The best thing about it is the location, very central, near the main art galleries and close to metro and walking distance to the main Atoche station. I didn’t use the communal area but it would be useful if travelling with a group and you wanted to cook and eat there.

There is no reception, and the check-in PIN number for the front door didn’t work for me. The staff I phoned were very helpful and someone came to let me in, but it was a source of anxiety at the time.
