No Tea / coffee facilities in room or phone directory to call reception found out everything is on App which needs to be highlighted a wee bit more on checkin to save time looking in room for information. Reception was No 9 & Tea & coffee could be requested & delivered to room free

Magnifico! What a superb way to spend a night at the heart of Madrid Central! It's a modern hotel with modern facilities that has an eye-catching design of the room! Checking in was smooth and muchas gracias to Victoria for accommodating me in terms of upgrading my room with Gran Via views and making me feel belonged as a solo traveller! The room was very cosy and the lifts are amazing! I just went in and out of the hotel at ease and roamed around the beautiful capital centre with a warm feeling! Bonus mini snacks and refreshments in the room itself! I would love to go back and stay again real soon as mentioned to Victoria!

- Location, location, location. - Safe. - Friendly staff at the front desk (especially the lady with black hair and eyeglasses but I didn’t know the name). - A Christmas gift was given to me upon arrival. - I would come back and I highly recommend it. - I extended my stay from 14 December to 24 December. 👍👍

I’m just writing this for improvement: - Lobby has 2 chairs only. - No duvet cover for the bed! When I asked I was given a blanket. - The floor wasn’t clean when I had the room however I didn’t ask for a housekeeper during my stay (personal preference). - No iron in the room and when I asked for it I waited for more than half an hour but no one came and I had to remind them 3 times till I got bored and cancelled it. Neither iron nor apologies were provided! 😅 - I asked for a scissor but they told me to come and borrow it from the front desk! - No coffeemaker.

This is a great, clean, quiet, and modern hotel, located right on Gran Vía. It has a nice rooftop bar and restaurant. This area is the equivalent to let's say, Broadway and Time Square in New York and/or Hong Kong, so expect lots of foot traffic and people watching! With El Corté Inglés and hundreds of other high-end shops and restaurants footsteps away, you have so much to do and to choose from. The location was excellent, right by the Plaza Callao metro stop, and steps away from other metro stops like Santo Domingo and Plaza de España. With tons of theaters, parks, nightclubs, and other entertainment venues on this block and walking distance, you may not want to go anywhere else. A must try it you are in Madrid.

Because of the location, and the room facing Grand Vía, it certainly got a little noisy. You can hear the occasional police and ambulance sirens and outside street noise, but it is expected as a location with so much nightlife. If there is anything to complain about, it is that the balconies do not fully open to allow for you to walk on to them. They are limited access, just open enough to allow for occasional fresh air.

Location was perfect, room cleaner David was amazing and helpful, nice size of the room.

Reception staff unprofessional - you come to reception and she tell you isntaed Hi Good afternoon - Tell me. Totally unprofessional for one 4* hotel. Room without any small coffe machine. We booked first. Than next day they cancelled our booking so when we book again they charge us 100€ extra and without breakfast.

The hotel was great, the staff were wonderful and very helpful. We had dinner reservations at Restaurante Botin and the hotel staff helped us relay some questions which helped make it a fantastic experience. The rooms were great, very large, comfortable, and with great views of Gran Via.

Only got to visit the rooftop bar once due in part to our planning but also some cloudy weather. I don't think it rained that day, so I don't know why it was closed. It was really nice, though.

size of my room, I got a cinema room and big lounge with a big place of bath tub in wash room. very comfortable. location is excellent, on top of Gran Via. view was on back street, which was ok. breakfast was really good and so many options. staff was very friendly.

could be the wifi password didn't work, eventually they came in my room and resolved the issue with pw. coming inside with big bags and entrance doors were not that convenient. otherwise evrything was good.

Execellent location, in the middle of the La Gran Via. Metro Callao station is right outside. Breakfast was good.

I did not like the way that the lights inside the room worked, complicated to use. The other thing I did not like is the fact that you need to use your phone to open the rooms, some times it can take two minutes between your cellphone and the door Bluetooth connect.

The hotel location is fantastic, it is a 5 mins walk from restaurants, shopping area and other attractions. The staff are very helpful especially the front desk team. The breakfast is very good with a comprehensive selection of food and at a very acceptable rate. The rooms’ space is just right and clean

The facilities of the hotel are relatively limited. The pillows are not comfortable, the hotel needs to provide more pillows’ options. The TV channels are limited, the management needs to provide more options. The room rate is relatively high and has increased dramatically post Covid, managements needs to review their pricing strategy especially during low season
