I was very stunned by how lovely the Hotel was! The location was very convenient, adjacent to all the Landmarks, Shopping malls, Cinemas, Stores, Souvenir Shops and the lovely Gran Via! The Hotel has very good quality hygiene standards, was very clean neat and the ammenities always available. The Organisation was splendid! The Staff very friendly! Abd each time an issue came up, they solved the problem immediately! The cleaning Staff, Gastronomy Staff, The Reception staff was very friendly professional and very helpful! Laura the receptionist was exceptionally very helpful and gave me all important information i needed! And the gentleman who always worked with her during the shifts was also very friendly and assistive abd patien, and attended to every questionsbb . I will always come to this Hotel when i visit Spain. I was very impressed and i must say that this is one Hotel i honestly value, above all Hotels i ever visited!! It is so much better than the Five Stars Hotels l ever spent on. Hoy

The Elevators were extremely slow, something should be done about this..it could get really frustrating tryingbti The Restaurant room service for breakfast was way very pricey and not many varieties of dishes. Sadly most of the time when i wanted to order something, none of them was available on phone.

location was fantastic being next to Gran Via. the room was tidy and bathroom very good. view not great from the 6th floor but if you want a quiet room this works fine. gym was a temptingly good standard and air conditioned. staff were all very helpful. terrace was great although did not use the pool. breakfast was fine and again staff were pleasant and helpful.

if you want a view i would ask staff but with it being on a side street only the top rooms would offer this i guess. there is building works going on next door at the moment but this doesn't affect the hotel particularly.

Location is perfect for access to the sights of madrid, restaurants and transport. The staff were welcoming and friendly and always available to help. Breakfast was good and offered a varied selection. Shower was fabulous.

Food and drink in the hotel on the expensive side and wasn't always charged the same price for the same drink. Rooms are not very well insulated for sound and you could hear every noise and sound in the corridor. On our last night there was a party in the terrace bar on 12th floor. When the music started it woke us even though we were four floors below. No problem with people having fun but paying guests should be given more consideration. Lift was very very slow. Breakfast was not always as hot as as it could be and the water from the coffee machine was never hot enough for a good cup of TEA.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating to requests. The location is very central so you can walk everywhere. Rooms are big, nespresso machine is a plus, rain showers were lovely. I would stay here again.

Bed and pillows were both too hard for my taste. My room had a door adjoining to another room. This meant that we could hear each other VERY clearly, not ideal with strangers and makes it uncomfortable. I was unable to change rooms as the hotel was fully booked the first night, however the second night the staff did not put anyone into the adjoining room, thus solving the issue. They tried their best and sent a bottle of wine the second day as a gesture (which was lovely but did not include a wine opener, had to wait 45min to have someone open the bottle and then we were only allowed to drink in the room, not downstairs at the empty bar... so the sorry present might need some additional thought...)

Nice ambience when you entered the lobby with easy chairs and TV. Staff very polite and speak good English. Very nice rooms with beverages and water included. Lovely rooftop top terrace and bar with a pool for soaking (not big enough to swim). Good management of TV issue (see below).

The TV didn’t work for 2 days which is a loss when you want to chill watching TV. The manager was very understanding and we received a nice meal to compensate. I was impressed with the way she handled this unfortunate issue. The price of breakfast (if you had not booked a breakfast inclusive deal) was expensive at €20 pp per day.

Hotel was walking distance to shopping, great restaurants, and meetup points for all my tours. Staff recommended the best flamenco experience I've seen, and were very helpful. Restaurant area was beautiful and the food was delicious. Served the famous Serrano and Iberico ham on the breakfast buffet. Amazing experience!

Every time I thought something was not ok, the staff fixed it! Can't really complain about anything.

Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Starting with the room it was spacious, had a super big bed, nice shower and bathroom and the room in the morning had no sun getting in. No noise from the street. Perfect location. Nice pool and nice sun deck.

The door to the room was heavy and hard to push and pool, but that’s a minor problem

Location is superb. Breakfast was mediocre and I wouldn't pay for it. There are plenty of great places around for breakfast. Pool was freezing cold.

There is construction outside the hotel for quite a few years already. It should be stated by the property that such thing is taking place. If you're looking for quiet rooms, don't book this hotel. Pool was very cold.

Staff were excellent, so friendly. Our room was so quiet it was amazing. Breakfast was good with an extra small menu for fresh cooked food for even more choice. Pool was refreshing with great views from that height. Location for stuff to do in Madrid was spot on.

Only 1 lift seemed to stop on our floor!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were plentiful.

Booking.com offered a room with a patio, but unfortunately, they didn't send this information to the hotel and we didn't get a room with a patio. The hotel explained they didn't have a room with a patio available when we checked in. However the delightful staff found a room the next day and moved us.
