Very good service at reception. Very comfortable and excellent breakfast.

Not about the property but of the price that booking. Com charge. A High price without given option and not given a free breakfast . Maybe it is the last time I booked with you.

It was clean, roomy, and very quiet. Surprisingly quiet. Great location for connecting to train or even getting to / from airport. The walk to the center of town is pleasant, safe, approximately a mile, maybe less.

Long wait for elevators when a large group was leaving, all w sizable luggage one morning. The two elevators were too small to accommodate more than a couple of people at a time. I found the stairs and was good. If I were not up to walking I would go for something in town. But for me this was really great, loved the spacious, quiet room, the cleanliness and overall feel of the hotel. Staff were great, welcoming and helpful, even after I’d checked out and needed help w a train ticket.

My room was huge, too big for just me but not a complaint. I didn't use the gym (I was in Malaga for the marathon). Breakfast was great, lots of variety and excellent coffee. The location was good, a little out of town but not impossible to get there and walkable in 15 minutes. Or the train station is right around the corner

One unusual thing, on my last night I came back to my room in the late afternoon and my bed and pillows were damp. I didn't mention it at the hotel at the time as I just let everything air out and it was dry enough by the time I actually went to bed

The staff were amazing! Such a warm welcome from Sandra at reception. She was friendly, welcoming and highly professional during check in and throughout our stay. On arriving early and asking to leave our luggage at the hotel until a room was available, Sandra immediately offered us a wonderful upgraded room with a terrace. When leaving we had to check out very early for a flight and again received similar friendly helpful service from Alex. They both made our last day in Malaga memorable and we look forward to returning to this hotel again.

We stayed in the room with a terrace. It was a really good size and the outdoor space was invaluable for us as it meant we could still enjoy our evening as the baby slept inside. Complimentary bottles of water and sweets were a lovely touch. The bed was huge and very comfy. Parking directly below the hotel was a bonus.

It was a little further out of the old town than we realised but that wasn’t really an issue. It was also a bit noisy out on the terrace with a main road below, but it didn’t impact us hugely. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location, close to excellent restaurants and shopping. But most important, close to public transportation to the airport, the port, buses and trains. Being that it is located next to a transportation hub, of course there are people looking to take advantage of others but I felt safe. This is located right next to a great mall where you can get groceries and jackets or whatever and still catch a train or bus! I did enjoy my stay here! Very clean and comfortable bed! While not on the beach, I was able to walk there and visit the port in an easy 30 minute walk!

Hate to say it but the gentleman who checked me could have been a little more kinder but I am used to it. I backpack, by choice, people think less of us everywhere. We are normal humans who choose to live with the least we can carry and hey, I can afford to pay to stay in this place!

I liked the professionalism of all the staff, especially Sandra on reception who arranged our late checkout and who's attended to our needs on previous visits, also the maintenance man who fixed our toilet and replaced our safe batteries when both those things were not operating properly. When I reported the faults they were attended to within five minutes, unbelievably quick. We have stayed at the hotel at least fifteen to twenty times before so I think that speaks for itself. The hotel is easily accessed from both the Railway Station and the Bus Station, great if you're anticipating an away day. A good selection of local Spanish bars in close proximity.

No complaints, hotel has always come up trumps for us, we'll hopefully be back.

Our room was upgraded from standard free of charge. They had a better room with balcony available. That was nice. The balcony was very big and had a nice view. The room was large and comfortable. It was very clean. The hotel is at a walking distance from the beach.

The property is very nice. No negative comments about the property. The nice restaurants around the hotel opens at 8 pm. If you want to eat earlier it is not easy to find a good place at a walking distance.

Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Good matrass, aircondioning easy adjustable and not noisy, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The only minus was the bathroom where one can hear the guests in the next room rather well, especially when they talk loudly at midnight. But other than that it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is just a few steps from the train station Maria Zambrano and the bus station, which is very convenient and with very good connections to other cities (public bus, intercity bus/train, etc). It's a 20-25 minute walk to the old town and city centre. In the surrounding aerea there are also things to discover in the Paseo de los Tilos and Calle de la Union.

Breakfast was excelent. The bed and the pillows where really comfortable. Room cleanning was done every day. Parking lot was spacious, was undergound, but not free. Location was ok, restaurants and beach are near by. City center is at 20 min walk. Mini bar, safe locker and tea making facilities were available in the room

Really slow elevator. There is a big gap between the floor and the door, which means that light and noise from hallway will come in the room (but in general was a quiet room). The floor surface in the room seems a little bit old. The hotel restaurant menu had not so many choises and the prices were a little bit higher compared to normal restaurant.
