Nice place, clean, confortable, good shower, quiet enough; good location, very close to the train to the airport, one block away practically. There is a big and nice supermarket downstairs, also close by to the Corte ingles, a really nice department store. Great breakfast and friendly personnel. Good value, O will stay at this hotel again if I visit Malaga again.

Not enough soap bars, which are very small also. The cups for drinking water are tiny and not enough of them available in the room. No closets.

We chose this hotel based on reviews, price & location and were not disappointed. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, there’s a super king-sized bed which is very comfortable, complimentary water, hairdryer and efficient AC. The only downside for us was no English speaking TV channels apart from CNN and France 24 (English version). It’s about a 15 minute walk to the historic Centro area where there’s a wide choice of bars and restaurants, but there’s also several local cafes which are convenient for breakfast and lunch. One very convenient point about this location is that the subway is literally around the corner and you can take the C1 train (towards Fuengirola) to the airport for €2.30 which only takes 11 minutes. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room was close to a school which could be noisy at times. No in-room tea or coffee.

The hotel was clean, quiet and well located for the city and transport links. We enjoyed comfortable beds, a good shower and the staff were always available.

We stayed for 4 nights and the hotel seemed to be designed for shorter stays. For example there was no off the floor area to store your suitcase, no bedside drawer or cupboard for personal items and no wardrobe - there was a rack to hang clothes on and three drawers for clothes. It all seemed to be done with an eye to cost - twin room for two people but one hand towel, one plastic cup in the bathroom. There was one desk chair in the bedroom which was not great for relaxing. The hotel did have comfortable chairs in a communal area, however they were a little grubby and so to us it felt like a hostel.

Excellent location. Large rooms, nicely furnished. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast that satisfies all tastes.

There was a weird noise coming from the ventilation system, but the staff agreed to move us into a different room.

Very nice, functional hotel in a convenient place close to Maria Zambano station (5 mins walk) and very close to public transport. No more than a 15 minute walk into central Malaga. Breakfast was adequate with a good selection of different food. My bed was huge (four people could have fitted in it!) and the shower hot, with towels and soap etc provided. Fridge in room was a bonus too. The staff on the front desk, especially Esperanza were excellent - she sorted out a complicated Taxi situation with a smile. Fantastic.

It was very echoey in both the rooms and corridor. Meaning a bit noisy when people were coming in from nights out.

1. Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff (A++) 2. Clean, outlets galore, comfy bed 3. Near (easy walking distance) to María Zambrano train station thus eliminating additional transfer time and cost. 4. Luggage storage policy allowed us a full day in Malaga (vs. 1/2-day), which we spent at Picasso Museum and wandering/eating/photographing in the Centro Historico. 5. Easy access to local shops and eateries (but recommend as elsewhere in Spain, hunt for neighborhood shops and eateries as opposed to locations of convenience).

Those links were very important to me because every day I had an excursion to different part of Spain plus Gibraltar. * big, clean and comfortable room no. 118 * good breakfast * lunch box * good housekeeping service

* Two USB ports next to bed didn't work. I reported it to the reception * No toilet brush * Very thin walls and can be very noisy. I was lucky that during my 3 nights stay was not bad with it.

Great location for the 13 minute metro train journey to/from the airport. A colourful hotel with a nice breakfast close to all the attractions in Málaga 10/15 minute walk, close to the Soho district with plenty of bars and restaurants.

The hotel was functional and clinical, the walls between each of the rooms were very thin and you could hear everything from flushing toilets/showers to bedroom antics.

Rooms are not soundproofed. Can hear toilet flush in adjacent rooms. Breakfast could improve by varying the buffet menu. Example, one day poached egg, and next day scrambled egg, etc. we had scrambled eggs every day. Only a small package instead of a box of facial tissues was provided in the room, and it was not replenished every day. There was one bottle of complimentary water for 2 guests in the room and not replenished everyday.

The hotel is close to the centre of Malaga in a quiet area. The Centro Alameda train stop is also nearby, so getting to the hotel from the airport is super quick and easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is always somebody on the front desk. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. Rooms are a good size and beds are large and comfy. This was our 3rd stay and would definitely return. Oh, there is also a supermarket right next door, really handy!
