Location is great, train and bus station just 10 mins walk away, the same with the Picasso museums, the Roman theatre, Alcazaba, Castillo de Gibralfari and other places of interests. There are several nice restaurants and bars within very close walking distance too. Room was very nice, bed was good, bathroom was very good. The cleaning is excellent. Breakfast is also very good. AND, least but not less important; the staff is very accommodating and helpful, with excellent knowledge of English. We easily recommend this hotel, and will no doubt stay here again if we come back to Malaga.

Not very important, but it would be nice if there were a bar or something in the hotel, but it's not a big problem with all the bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

The hotel was above my expectations for the price range. Enormous bedroom with a very clean and tidy bathroom. Pleasant decoration, although a little bit dated. More than decent continental breakfast with everything one could wish for. Simple check-in and check-out with very professional staff. The location is quite good if you are arriving or leaving by train - the hotel is literally across the road from an underground railway station where you can catch a train straight to the airport. Also close to Mercado del Carmen where one can buy excellent food.

Some of the furniture looks a bit dated. The location would be a perfect 10 out of 10 if it were a tiiiiiny bit closer to the centre, but to be honest the 10 minute walk to the city centre is nothing to complain about.

The room and bathroom, stuff in the bathroom (I forgot my razor and the had a complementary one), comfy beds, the location was excellent also, very close to the train stop, which was convenient when using it to get there from the airport and 10 min walk to the bus stop. For Cala Mijas festival it was a great location if leaving from Malaga. I would stay again in this hotel no questions asked. Also very clean, and friendly staff!! They gave us the location for nearby places to get to know in the city.

The AC in our room could have been a bit cooler, but it is not like it was hot, so normal temp.

Location, location as this hotel is a short walk from one train station and a few steps further from the main train station. Some excellent restaurants in the area (we went twice to the same one). The major attractions are just across the river including the cathedral, castles, and even the beach, all walkable. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start our stay. The staff were very helpful. I would stay here again if in Malaga again.

Only one minor issue was finding the breakfast room as a sign difficult to see. The staff directed us to the right location.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Room is spacious and beds are comfy. Breakfast is good, although not really up to the price of it. There is a free luggage storage, very handy to check out and explore the city (our flight was in the evening). Location is perfect, beach is 15-20 minutes walk and center 10-15 minutes. Train station is 10 minutes walk.

Although windows offer sound proofing (no noise from outside), the walls between the rooms are really thin. We were lucky as our neighbors were quiet, but in the morning we could hear their footsteps, shower, water splashing, voices. I thought someone entered our room. I guess at longer stay, it could be unbearable. It's not up to 4 star hotel standard. I give it 8 stars since our stay was pleasant (just 1 night), but if I had to put up with noisy neighbors, it would be 6.

Out townhouse is in Benalmadena. We were going to the evening soccer game (8:30 p.m.), so we decided to stay overnight. The hotel is about 100 yards from the Renfe train station (Fuengirola to Malaga). We arrived at approximately 11:30 a.m. Check in was quick. Our room was not ready; however, as opposed to putting our bags in storage, the receptionist upgraded us to a suite at no charge. The room was outstanding. There was a sitting room with a television, and then a bedroom in a separate section. We had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The bathroom looked brand new, with a huge shower, and two sinks.

Just a note, not a complaint; the Internet in the bedroom was not great. However, if you moved into the sitting room, the Internet was excellent.

The hotel is very well situated - about 10 minutes walk from the train and bus stations and 15 minutes walk from the centro historico. Staff were always friendly and helpful. They spoke to us in Spanish because that's what we wanted, but they also spoke good English. Rooms were all sizeable and well laid out with large en-suites. There was a good deal of variety at breakfast with plenty of fruit and some cooked options.

There is no bar or area serving coffee. This wasn't particularly a problem for us. There are plenty of bars and coffee shops in close proximity.

Location was great, close both to the centre of Málaga and the train station. Great value for money. The staff was very kind and professional. I could check in at 13.00, the room was ready. As requested, I got a room on a higher floor with a river view, but I could also see the sea an the mountain. (see my photos) There was an electric kettle in the room. Cleaning service was very good.

There was no water in the river 😀, but obviously the hotel has nothing to do with it

Convenient location for both station (and hence airport via 12min ride on C1 line) and Malaga centre. Both the town's main shopping centre, castle and beach can be reached on foot. Very helpful reception staff. Comfortable room and large double bed. Spacious bathroom with good shower over bath. Quiet thanks to being just a little way from busy road junction.

Non-descript from the outside. Breakfast was average in terms of content and quality... maybe because it was Monday bread and cakes were dry. No coffee making items in room, although kettle and teabags provided. Hairdryer was faulty.

Great location to the historical downtown. Easy to access the central bus and train stations, close to the airport bus stop. The harbor and two beaches are within walking range. A large shopping center (El Corte Ingles), the Central Market, the shopping street, and historical places are all within comfortable walking distance. The hotel is modern-looking and clean. The crew is kind and helpful. Our room was spacious, and well equipped, with a good bathroom. Each day the room was cleaned well, and all towels were changed. Although the room faced a road, it was nevertheless completely quiet. Besides air conditioning, the windows can be opened wide to get a nice look at the area as well as to get fresh air into the room.

The breakfast menu was a bit boring for a one-week stay, and we expected more fresh vegetables, for example. Although English is not very well spoken sometimes, we could manage things after a short while. The number of electrical outlets is low, so you should get an extension cable if you have many computers, mobiles, cameras, etc. that should be charged simultaneously, as we did.
