I liked the room was very spacious, clean, and had a lot of appliances. The location is very good as well, very close to the center but not in a loud place.

I had only two issues: I was traveling with my little sister and we did not feel comfortable/safe being on the bottom floor with our window being at street level, when I requested to change to another floor it was not possible. My concern grew when the door did not have a manual lock from the inside for extra safety. The second issue was that we got woken up at 3 am by a religious procession with tons of people standing by our window (we were at street level) it was very startling and scary since it was very confusing at first. It would have been nice for the property staff to have been up to date with the neighborhood activities and for us to receive a heads up in advance that this event was taking place and not get scared with 100 people at my window at 3 am.

Great location, quiet during night, nice furniture and everything is new. Cleaning service and linen change every two to three days is great. Every apartment for rent should have this.

Kitchen lacks dishwasher or drying rack for dishes. During night cochroaches were operating through the bathroom so somebody (owners, maintenance, cleaning staff) needs to address that problem. That is the main reason I would not return there again.

The location is great, very convenient to walk to the Train station as well as to go sightseeing. The apartment was very clean. The apartment provided the basics in the apartment such as dish soap, olive oil, salt and pepper, which was something we were not expecting and was a nice touch if you are planning on using the kitchen facilities.

The WiFi was not very reliable, as it was often too slow to be able to do anything more than basic browsing.

Fantastic location! So easy to find and just a short walk from the station. Our room was a great studio - clean, welcoming and the gifts were a brilliant extra touch. The kitchen was excellently equipped with everything you'd need. I was sad we were only here for one night as this would be a brilliant base to explore the city across a few nights such as a long-weekend break.

The shower doesn't drain very well and as the shower head is a (fantastic) rain head - the shower pan unfortunately fills up very quickly and pours out through the shower doors onto the bathroom floor.

I like that there are no keys so you don't have to pay attention to it (you go in with codes). The hotel is very clean (I mean really) with an amazing atmosphere and location. We really liked the high headroom which gave the whole place elegance. We could also find parking places nearby which are free. They really pay attention to the details. I also called their service one day and they speak English well, they were very helpful. The check-in is also easy and can be easily understood. I'm looking forward to book their hotels in other places as well

Maybe for the hotel guests, the place what they offer to keep your luggage at could be cheaper than non residents.

Localisation, comfort, design, amenities, very close to the centre, old town, metro, main bus and rail station, all 10-15 min on foot, very clean and modern apartment. Access to the laundry for free! Good communication with the customer service via whatsup chat or the phone - quick replies.

There are several rooms and if you do not ask previously and do not know, you can get a room without any view at all like with the opposite wall of the building or ground floor room with the gratings on the windows, unfortunately. You can not choose your room on the booking.com website. It is a random choose by the admin. I advise to send a query before making a reservation.

This is a fabulous find and in a great location. Everything I needed was nearby and once I found my way around. it was easy to get to the beach, to the attractions and even to the airport really easily. They have thought of everything from dishes, toaster and kettle through to cutlery and cleaning products. Felt more like a cosy homestay.

It is difficult to find things not to like, this was pretty much everything I needed and wanted and I had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed myself.

Very comfy apartment, their was no signal on our mobile when we arrived. Thankfully someone had positioned the wifi code so we could see it through the door. This enable us to get the door and room codes. Was easy to get to the main tourist areas, supermarket was just around the corner. Lots of restaurants close by. Left some coffee and tea, and a welcome present. Nice quiet location

Was all good, slight moan was that their was no where to leave our suitcases on the day we were leaving. They did recommend a nearby place that we could store them

Very stylish, super clean and roomy flat in a location less than 10 minutes walk from the bus and train stations. Little extras like the coffee machine, the iron and ironing board, the full length mirror and the illuminated bathroom mirror made the stay more comfortable, more like a home from home. The bed was great with nice quality linens too.

The code entry system was confusing and frustrating plus I had a constant fear of forgetting to take my phone out, thus leaving myself stranded outside. The instructions shown by the front door are incorrect and need amending too. Although the location is very convenient for transport links, the area around isn't well lit and if alone, you might feel a bit nervous returning at night.

The suite is big, spacious and well thought out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfy, the pillows need to be changed though because they are not your standard-sized pillows and aren’t very comfortable. Everything is provided in the kitchen and they restocked on our tea and coffee midway or stay which was a nice touch. The location is perfect and quite, 2 min walk from a subway and bus station so moving around is real easy. The airport can be reached with line C1 in 20 minutes. City center and the beach are reached 10-15 minutes walking. There’s a supermarket just and the corner and some awesome restaurants. We loved our choice of accommodation altogether.
