The description of the room is correct. The room is large and spacious. Everything is clean and tidy. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the bus and railway (for arrival from the airport), a few meters from the shopping center and a few minutes from another shopping center. The center is ten minutes' walk away. The staff is always ready to help and is very kind. We thank them for allowing us to check in before 1 pm and for being able to stay an hour longer on the last day.

Although the room is almost identical to the pictures, in reality it is not like that, in our 209 the door to the room and the toilet are badly damaged by moisture, which reduces the experience of being in a 4-star hotel.

This what a four star hotel should be; simply everything comfortable and reliable at a reasonable price. Some examples: 1) Super friendly staff. 2) Our room (at 4th floor and not facing the street) was absolutely quiet! 3) Curtains actually fully block the sun and cover the entire window. 4) Little filled fridge in the room. 5) Excellent breakfast possibility

1) The WiFi connection via a laptop demands accepting outdated security certificates and/ or does not work. Other mobile devices (phones and tablets) do connect smoothly. 2) The water pressure of the shower was very low. 3) The roomservice is just a referral to a commercial delivery service (but with lots of restaurant options and with possibility to order by phone).

Location is perfect. The train and bus stations are nearby and it is very easy to come from or go on an airport. Two very good shopping malls also nearby. Quiet neighborhood during night. Old town 15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast is stunning, great variety of food and drinks.

Rooms are poorly soundproof and you can hear the voices from the hallway or steps from people in the room above. But fortunately other guests were quiet. More comfortable mattresses would be nice.

Very near railway and bus stations. Pleasant and helpful staff, particularly the maintenance man who arrived within a few minutes to fix the safe in my room. Excellent breakfast.

Tasty breakfast with many options to choose from: (Fruits, Cakes, Ham, Cheese, Coffee, Nutella, several types: juices, teas, breads, yoghurts, jams, cereals, milks and more). The room was clean and generally fine. The bed was comfortable. Without reservation, we would love to come back here again in the future for your excellent breakfasts!

Great location- all main tourist attractions are within a 10-15 walk. Parking- there is a shopping mall 1 min away from the hotel. If you park on the second floor you can access the hotel directly. The hotel charges €18 for 24 hours. Make sure you validate your card at the hotel otherwise it costs nearly €48 for 24 hours Breakfast-. Standard continental breakfast but everything was clean and well organised. We all wore masks and gloves when at the food buffet section.

It would have been nice to get some complimentary water bottles on arrival to the room. However there is a mini fridge with drinks/snacks for one to purchase.

The room was spacious and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. The staff were excellent and gave us maps to negotiate the city. The location was excellent as the old city was within 15 mins walk. The breakfast was very good and plenty of variety.

We would have loved to have a restaurant or bar in the hotel. Also to have some english speaking TV channels.

Great location, staff were brilliant especially the front desk who gave us advice on the best places to eat, which were absolutely spot on.. We only had breakfast once during our stay and we were not disappointed.

The only problem was the heating via the air conditioning unit as it did not start until 7 in the evening unfortunately Malaga was having cold weather at night.

Large room, very good bathroom. Location next to a shopping mall and within walking distance to old town. Interior a bit old fashioned but overall good experience. Checked in early as they had room available. Breakfast was plentiful, and up to the standards of a four star hotel.

Bed was firm and on the smaller side. Hotel in need of some refreshing but it is still a good place to stay.
