We booked in at short notice and the hotel was very accommodating during a busy weekend . We had to extend our stay and again the hotel was helpful and allowed us to keep the same rooms. We ate in the hotel also and the food was of high quality. The staff was very helpful and understanding and the rooms were always spotless. We will return and would recommend this hotel. It’s in a great location near El Corte Ingles and the Old Town.

Nothing - it was excellent

Everything is perfect: the facilities, location, and the people are simply amazing (special thanks to Mariana for all the help!) The rooms are big, very well equipped, comfortable, the breakfast is very good, diverse, gluten and lactose free available and until 11 am, you can very easily rent a car through reception and leave it there, the late check out is cheap, etc. We have travelled many places, but the quality of the service found here in Malaga is simply outstanding! Thank you! Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located in a quite area just outside the historic center. The room was very comfortable and clean, though not shining new. The breakfast was good: wide variety of fresh fruit, salty and sweet food, though the quality might still be improved. What I found outstanding was the professionalism of staff: Francesca and all the other staff members were all always ready to answer proactively to any question/need I had with a genuine smile. They readily provided useful information about the city and best restaurants - among which I would very recommend Meson Antonio - and assisted me promptly in ordering a motorbike rental by Larios - also a good choice). I think the staff is the very added value which would make me choose this hotel again.

Price was a bit high overall, but I guess in line with the local market.

The room was clean and big, it was nice to have a separate bathtub and shower, the breakfast was wonderful. But the best part was the staff, they were super friendly and helpful! Will definitely book a room again if I come to Málaga.

The room was not very sound proof, but that was a just minor inconvenience.

Nice hotel, near the city centre and walkable distance to lot of restaurants and all the major attractions. We loved the beds and the other facilities. The loo is little too small and separate from the bathrooms which is good but its too tiny (feels like an airport toilet). Wifi doesnt work much which definitely needs improvement. Breakfast was ok as well nothing too great nothing that bad, we arent fussy so it was good for us. The Air conditioning was fake it seemed to us.. it was pleasant weather but we felt so so hot in the room, couldn't sleep on first night then we asked for a fan which the hotel staff was so kind to provide us and then the rest of the nights were ok. Thank you .

WiFi definitely needs to improve. Air conditioning needs fixing. It doesnt work at all just makes the sound as if its working but it doesnt. I wasnt happy with the fact that they charged my non international credit card before we even checked in the hotel without asking us which put me off a little as I got charged extra due to the currency conversion. I was meaning to pay with my international card but they did not even wait or ask for my permission before charging on my UK card.

Clean. Close enough to the old town. Friendly staff. Would not book breakfast. You can get great breakfast in the old town for similar price or less

Room smelled like someone using too much cheap deodorant. I think they pipe in room perfume through the air conditioning or something. Not terrible, but a bit annoying.

The location was superb, the room was fantastic - very spacious, comfortable bed, safe, mini kitchen was fantastic. Cleaning was excellent, all reception staff were helpful, glass bottle to refill with water from reception was an excellent idea.

We didn't eat at the hotel as we thought the cost of breakfast was too high.

Amazing location within walking distance from the downtown & all of the sightseeing and, at the same time, very quiet street. The staff was extremely helpful as always & cleaning was perfect as well.

The only thing I wish they had was a pool, everything else is above & beyond my best expectations.

Great location nice bed and room it was nice to have a bath and a shower.

I think cutlery would have been helpful as had a kitchen area but no equipment maybe just a teaspoon for the tea / coffee and a sachet of washing up liquid You can’t carry everything in your suitcase! Not a massive problem I just had to improvise.

Second visit - and the hotel is still simply great. The rooms, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, helpfulness, and location are perfect.

A little bit of noise from the room above on the first night, but it didn’t continue late and was probably just excited children!
