Of the many hotels on the beautiful coast of Santa Susanna, we chose this one and it was luck! Everything corresponds to a high level and 4* service. The hotel is kept clean at all times. The room can be cleaned every day if you request. But we didn't request daily cleaning. The rooms have enough everything for a comfortable stay. The plumbing is in good condition. Very friendly service at the reception, for any question and at any time. Fun, dynamic animation during the day and live vocal concerts in the evening. Children's club and children's discos in the evenings. Billiard tables and other slot machines for entertainment for every taste. Convenient elevators. The pools are clean, there are several of them on site, including a jacuzzi on the upper terrace. The buffet food is tasty and varied, fast service. Although we only had breakfast, we were always full. Location in the center of the resort, proximity to the railway station, as well as convenient access to the beach. Lots of shops and entertainment nearby. I would also like to note the wonderful sports and SPA complex. We managed to visit there twice. It’s a delight, so many pools with different temperatures, a steam room and a sauna! Real relaxation. An excellent solution when the weather turned a little bad due to rain in early June. Highly recommend for families with children. We felt very comfortable with you, like at home. I really want to come back again. The service and conditions exceed expectations and are fully consistent with the price. We wish you prosperity, see you again!

There was only one nuance, which, against the general background of satisfaction, I would not even mention. But it's important. After we left the room, I think the staff discovered a fallen marble slab from the sink in the bathroom. It happened suddenly. I was frightened by surprise, because when I grabbed the towel bar, the entire slab suddenly collapsed onto the floor. It’s good that it wasn’t my child and no one was injured. The plate is very heavy. We left it as it was. The staff was not informed immediately, I have attached a photo. To be safe, it makes sense to inspect the bathrooms of your hotel. Good luck!

Enjoyed my return to Aqua , but the time went so fast..wish I could have stay more .. left behind the beautiful sunset and lovely people, the warmth and kindness every day has fulfilled my heart again, the room was cleaned on daily basis and always been asked by the kindness ladies who cleaned tirelessly all the rooms , may I thank to all amassing members of staff in the rest and across the hotel /Bar and the chef for tirelessly cooking our meals every day and the wonderful waitress for checking on us and making sure we are happy ! Will Miss this place till next year!

There is nothing I can say that I didn’t liked , everything has been done to a very high level!

Plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool, very clean,. bedding and rooms made and cleaned daily, hire of beach towels.reception staff very helpful, plenty selection of food. Somewhere to shower and keep your cases secure when leaving later than the 10am deadline.

The black painted flooring around the pool, is too hot to walk on, so make sure you wear flip-flops to and from the pool. Drinks are a rediculous price.but you have a mini mart next door. Music around the pool area, when not doing activities. Paying an additional fee for spa.

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua hotel . We had a family room booked with two separate bedrooms . It was exactly like on a pictures and were pleasedwith the size and cleanliness. Beds were changed every day , fresh towels , soaps . Extremely nice buffet and very helping staff . Even go extra mile when we forgot to pre order our lunch before going away .

Air condition worked as a heater on all settings . Inside pool not available to children under 2 , will be nice if it would during the low season as it was too cold to swim outdoors. Would love if dinner could be available a bit earlier as it was very close to the children’s bedtime .

Beautiful place to stay , for family or couple , facilities to a very high standard , from the friendly reception to the food area where everything is magic , friendly approach and meals for everyone taste. I will definitely comeback again , people so friendly and kind , costumers service 10 , cleaning 10 and facilities 10 , amazed about this beautiful place 😊

The hotel is huge, and next to the popular tourist lane. It is clean and has all the facilities expected from a resort hotel. Bar was well stocked, not way overpriced, Rooms were clean, staff was courteous & warm. The breakfast spread was good, and overall we found it similarly priced across areas. It has a good spa with good therapists. I will recommend it for a hassle-free stay.

Room Size is small to my taste, especially when sharing. When I travel, I want to open my suitcase and plan on the go for a few days. This wasn't possible here. And Toiletries need an upgrade, though it's a minor issue.

The food was exceptionally delicious. Chapeau to the cook and the patissiere. Every day different dishes, with lots of daily surprises. Extremely happy with the food. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning ladies were really kind. The hotel staff were always supportive to our needs and requests, including the SPA staff.

The distribution of sunbeds needs to be better organized as there was no system at all. The entertainment was quite fine, but it would have been appreciated if it could continue until 12:00 as in the other hotels around.

This is a fantastic place for a family holiday. We were travelling in Spain and booked this hotel for 3 days. We wanted to go more south in the car, but decided to stay in this hotel for more than 30 days. We liked it so much.

Very good place to stay. Great customer service at the restaurant, highly organised. Great customer care, hardworking staff, always ready to assist. Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Excellent breakfast and dinner with attention to the details. High quality food and customer focused staff. Very close to train station. Would definitely stay again next time. Highly recommended.

We have returned again to Aqua Marina , the has remained a beautiful place for everyone, the hotel has maintained his beautiful spot centre of Santa Susana, very private and exceptional members of staff !

Being a very busy hotel who caters for tourists you can expect to be very busy , but there is option to be accommodated at different floor or different room to avoid the crowds.
