Stayed May bank holiday 2024 and this property was brilliant, literally a few minutes walk and you are in the port, with all the main restaurants, brilliant location as it's slightly set back from the really busy part, which meant there was always somewhere nice to stop and have a drink even though there was eight of us. Apartments is enormous, and the view is stunning, you literally look over the expanse of the sea from the balcony that wraps around the outside, it also comes with loads of seating and even a couple of sun loungers. I would stay there again immediately, the only criticism I have, is that there was some building works going on directly above, which they failed to tell me, but it was only during one day and to be fair, we went out pretty much straight away, so it didn't actually impact us much at all, but the point remains, they should have forewarned at reception.

A central location, easy access to all bars and restaurants & marina. Taxi rank close by. It could not have been better. Would definitely go back as a group. We were warmly greeted by the Staff who were friendly and accommodating. The apartments were excellent value for money, clean, air conditioning, very spacious, a good nights sleep with no noise.

Apartments could do with updating however excellent value for money. Electrics were in need of updating, some plugs worked and some plugs were very loose and not working, as the days went on more plugs became unusable. No hair dryer at the property.

Apartment was huge and right in the centre of Puerto Banus A little dated and no glass in the Tables obviously people keep smashing them so might be an idea to replace with marble or wood Aside from that it was very comfortable with a little balcony for great people watching

The Entrance to Block B isn't great but I guess it seemed safe and quiet No pool !! But that was my oversight as ists more of a residential block But good overall

The location of the hotel was great. Rooms were bit out dated but the space available covered up. We had taken a sea facing room. The room was very large and was serviced each day. It was perfect for 3 of us and barring dated interiors, rest was perfect.

The apartment was bit dated and needed renovation. Parking was very expensive and could have been part of the package. Complimentary breakfast could be have enhanced the value.

It's a large apartment (about 150sqm) with a big saloon and a lovely terrace / a good quality-price / The area around is quiet day&night but in the same time you're only 4 minutes walking to Puerto Banus Marina or to the beach

At the moment the furniture inside and the bathroom are dated but you can close an eye because the price is very good and also start a project to rebuild all this winter

Absolute perfect location for the marina and bars/resturants. Just a few minutes walk away from shops and all amenities you could need during your stay. Right on the beach front also.

Interior could do with updating and modernising but wasn’t a problem for our group as we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Excellent location just minutes from all bars, cafes and restaurants with an amazing beach outside the door. The seaview was one of the best I have seen from a hotel window. Puerto Banus is an excellent location for any age but particularly good for over 30s, 40s with its choice of bars and restaurants.

The apartment could do with some updating, however, I found the accommodation more than adequate.

We were on a Hen do and the location was perfect! The hotel is within walking distance from the Beach Clubs we attended as well as the beach, bars and Marina, which was great as we didn’t need to rely on taxis at all!

There was nothing we disliked about the property, if I HAD to choose something, it would be the decor was a little dated, but didn’t affect our stay at all.

The apartment was very large, much bigger than we expected. A huge terrace with a sea view. An excellent climate control system throughout the apartment. Large cuisine with all equipment.

The rooms are quite old, there was no shampoo, unpleasant soap. No latches on toilets and interior doors.

The 3 bedroom apartment was excellent with 4 balconies that had great views of the sea and local area there was also a very large lounge with two sets of sofa's and a kitchen with washing machine. The location was excellent with restaurant's and bars just outside the apartment and a short walk to the main harbor where there were more restaurant's and bars.

The apartment is a bit tired and could do with a bit of a refurbishment but this did not have any effect on our very good stay.
