A perfect accommodation, if you’re coming to Gibraltar you would be wise to consider booking here. Piece of advice, if by car, try to reserve the car parking as Gibraltar is awash with cars and limited or expensive parking.

Our vehicle was too high for the garage and so parking was a challenge, however, our host was most helpful in finding a solution, so a minimal disruption.

Location of this hotel/Apartments is without a doubt amazing, 2 seconds away from the marina - super ideal for girls/boys holidays. The only thing i would say that wasn't too much of an issue was the noise from the outside some mornings like bins been taking out or some late night revellers. But other than that the hotel was super clean and ideal for our girls holiday. And we felt very safe as there was security on the front door every night.

Little too noisy outside - we had a marina view. The drains started to stink a little on our last 2 days. There wasn't enough glasses or plates in our apartment. The internet didn't work very well - and that meant the smart Tv in the apartment didn't work for us so no Netflix.

It’s really close to the harbour but not too close to be noisy all the time. There was noise on occasion but bearable. The rooms are really spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and a separate toilet. The kitchen had a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and oven, not that we used them! Lots of wardrobe space snd a great balcony with sea view. Lovely big living room with comfy sofas. Great bar at the rooftop. Cleaners came every day and the reception staff were awesome. They were really helpful and friendly. The bar staff at Sky Lounge were great too. A really great place to stay at a reasonable price

No pool, but we knew this. Not many apartments with pool in the area. No mugs in the kitchen, only small tea cups. No bottle opener but the man on reception kindly brought one up when I asked. Small gripe really, wouldn’t stop us rebooking

close to all amenities, right on the harbour and perfect location for those wanting to be near the nightlife and restaurants very clean, maid came every day large spacious apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a single toilet staff absolutely fabulous, friendly and helpful

balcony was small with only one chair so we had to take dining table chairs outside. wasn’t a massive problem but four external chairs would’ve been better the front of the hotel was super clean but outside areas of the hotel coming out of the lifts leading to the street were dirty but not sure if the hotel owned this area or the subway on the street ?

Tends to be noisy at night when bars and club close as hotel is situated between two main walkways

location price and security you felt safe in the property and around it leant of places to go eat drink relax and sky bar was a nice place to start the eveinings

house keeping. bit loud at times and didnt really mind just walking in to your room whist your sleeping

Great position, just a short walk to the harbour at Puerto Banus. Reception staff were polite and helpful. We hired an apartment style room and it was useful to have a self service shop near reception for any essentials. The apartment was roomy, good size lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms.

Slight odour from the toilet area. Parking is just a little awkward to locate if you are not familiar with the area and cost an extra 20 euros for the night

the sky bar was lovely and our apartment was a great size. it had 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets which was ideal for 4 girls.

the outside of the hotel was a bit dated. the lift gave us a heart attack every time we went in it.

The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in had everything we needed and wanted. It was simply perfect! We had a lovely balcony with Harbour views of the yachts. Huge lounge / dining space. The location is central to absolutely everything you go for when staying in Puerto Banus…Perfect for Pangea, News Cafe, other restaurants, pubs, shops, fast cars, beautiful yachts etc. I must say that Huan Carlos is an absolute asset to Benabola Hotels. He is very welcoming, builds great rapport and offers help and advice with all your needs. Infact to even prove that Huan is so down to earth, genuine and truly does go above and beyond. When we left Benabola, went to start our family week at Dona Lola and I left my phone in the hotel. We called the hotel and he dropped it to us that very same day…Simply amazing apartment, location and service. Thank you Huan

Very large apartment, well equipped. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

There is a slight odor from the drains. This is common however. It didn’t spoil our stay
