This hotel was amazing! Our first family holiday abroad with children and we couldn’t have asked for anymore! The children’s pool was perfect and I felt so much more comfortable knowing there was life guards on duty throughout the day. All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. My eldest wee girl decided to show me up one night and became unwell at dinner and the staff couldn’t have been better, nothing was a problem. The entertainment team were fabulous my youngest wee girl lived for the entertainment each night. Very family friendly but not overly noisy, there was a good mix of guests.

Food was great, decent choice and always available. Pools - plentiful including a heated one which the kids loved. Water park also got a lot of love from the kids!

Lifeguards are very inconsistent with regards to inflatables & balls in the pool. There is no blanket rule for either being allowed, or not - but depending on the lifeguard and their intepretation of the size, you are told you can't use said items. The rules need to be black and white otherwise it feels unfair.

Really liked this hotel. Facilities for families were excellent. Food was good and varied each night. We were disappointed that we didn't get to eat in either the Italian or Asian, which was included, during our stay. We tried to book through the computer booking system but the only available time was 9.30pm. When we approached the restaurant we were advised to book the 9.30 slot and come whenever suited. However when we went to book again all slots, for the rest of our stay were booked up. We should have been informed about this by reception when we checked in. Location is a little isolated in that there isn't anything around within walking distance but it's €3.50 in a taxi to meloneras where there is a nice coastal walk, beach and loads of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends already.

Location could be better but the hotel has everything you could possibly need and cheap taxi to the beach / restaurants so it wouldn't put me off.

Food was superb the all inclusive deal was excellent value for money.the hotel was clean modern .

The bar closed every night at 11pm unfortunately with no bars around for miles a little bit disappointed. The entertainment can only be described as dreadful

Tasting eating for lunch and dinner. Food presentation is interesting. Food ingredients( especially seafood) is fresh. Relaxing resort. friendly staffs. Hotel let me check in early. Many choice of drinks.

1. All in inclusive is not real all inclusive. Some certain drinks, restaurants, WIFI charge extra. 2. WIFI is terrible. Guests always need to log in every 3 hours and always cant connect or connect without internet. When guests want to stable WIFI then need to pay extra. That is not really pleasant experience. 3. Room size is small, only about 20 square meters, not like the mention in booking.com 30 square meters. 4.Drinking-red wine is very cold and quality not good. That is not real red wine. 5. Resort is full guests and kids. Very few space between sunbed. Most time i stay in Adult area is more quiet. 6. Sometime seafood over cooked , too dry or not cook through. shrimp is not fresh.

Nothing we majorly didn't like. The typical get your towel on a sun bed at 6am to get a good spot was In full force but typical of this type of hotel.

Overall the hotel was great, very clean. The food was lovely everyday. We have 3 kids aged 6,9,11 and they all loved it. The place is really geared up for families, with many pools, mini water park for the kids and good evening entertainment. 7 nights of fun, food, swimming, sunshine and smiling kids, what more do you need from a holiday....

Great range of pools, wonderful kids club (the hotel one we didn't do Tui one) entertainment and beautiful hotel in general.

Our only slight issue was that vegetarian food was not very clearly labelled and there was a lack of meat/ fish alternatives such as beans, lentils and soy products. Lots of vegetable options though.

Fantastic hotel. Absolutely huge. The restaurant food and drinks at the bar was more than adequate, although the bar does close at 11p.m. immaculate hotel. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival. Brilliant holiday and service. Highly recommended.

Very good food, plenty of choice. Great splash area/waterpark for kids. Relaxing area & bar just for adults - great! Easy parking and good location. Evening shows were entertaining. Staff helpful. Would definetely book again.

Not a decent coffee in sight - sorry, but for a coffee lover these machine just don't cut it. I would have happily paid for a 'proper' coffee made by a barista. Everything else was excellent.
