I would highly recommend this hotel, we have just came home after spending 8 days here. We really had a great time, the apartman was very clean, and comfortable, the area was so beautiful with all the different plants and flowers. We had everything in the room, we needed and it was really quiet all the time - great for relaxing. We also rented a car via the hotel as bus schedule was not really reliable, with the car everything was fine, it was easy to explore the island. Each member of the staff were helpful and nice. The accomodation is a bit further away from the beach, but the shuttle takes you there in only a few minutes.

Wifi could have worked better, mobile lost the connection lot of times, but it was not a big deal.

I have mixed feelings. The hotel was spotless, the room spacious and lovely. Great shower and soft pillows. The breakfast was great. The pool and bar areas lovely with comfy sun beds and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But the area is strange and across a big road is a very noisy enormous hotel which keeps you from enjoying the tranquility at night. But that is not the fault of this hotel.

I just didn’t like the area. There’s nothing there really but it’s a twenty five minutes walk to Maspolomas beach and the hotel does provide a shuttle bus in the day but at night the few restaurants are not great

Lovely modern, clean hotel. Very relaxing, quiet atmosphere. Not a massive hotel which we liked. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. The location was nice. Loads within walking distance, or taxi rank literally outside to take you anywhere, reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Helpful staff, nice food and drinks. Small shop at reception for snacks if required.

Not much. Having to pay for the safe in you room ....in this day and age this should be a standard freebie / included

The staff was always helpful, especially the bar staff, who were always even anticipating my requests. They were really above expectations. Breakfast (included) was also really good.

It's the first time in a 4* hotel where I get asked for a deposit (€100,00), and the safe usage is paid extra (€2,00/day). Not very clear what was included and what was not. The bar, even if very well attended, was opened only after 12.00. No Amex cards were accepted, which made the check-in not very frictionless.

This hotel is lovely. Staff are so friendly, it’s clean, quiet and relaxing just a lovely hotel.

Our trip was for a special occasion and I asked hotel for anything extra they could do. They said they would, yet we were put in the worst room. Awful view which was obscured by trees but did just look at a car park. No help from staff at all like promised. Air con was terrible too, everyone has said this but the hotel haven’t done anything to fix it.

The hotel is so lovely! Having your own apartment right by the pool is amazing. Easy to get drinks and use your room when ever needed without much effort. Cleaners where fab, always cleaning the room, making it feel brand new every day. Breakfast was fab, lots of choice and set up for the day. Pool was really lovely. Spa area, lovely little touch to try out another area of the hotel. The shop at reception was really handy for water and cold drinks each day as they are cheap enough. Hotel is exactly what you want as it’s very quiet but 5 euro taxi away from some busy bars and restaurants if you fancy a trip out. Taxi rank, 2 minute walk from the hotel. Bus stop to airport was just the end of the road too. We had such a great time time here and would happily come back again. We really enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the pool too. Wasn’t every day which was great. Would highly recommend Sunday at holiday work/park which was 15mins walk. Spanish dancing, felt like a real local Spanish bar! Food was great there too.

Wasn’t a fan of the caged birds even though the staff really do look after them and try to keep them happy. The room could smell like drains at times! But not for long and the cleaners did keep them really clean.

Loved the pool area and comfortable sunbeds. Had a welcome drink on arrival which was nice. The bar had a good range of drinks and reasonable prices. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The rooms were cosy and we liked having our own balcony and terrace. Breakfast had a good range of choices, I liked that you could have freshly cooked eggs. It was handy they had a hotel shop too to pick up snacks and water etc.

These things weren't a big deal but - it would have been nice to have free tea and coffee in our room. Sometimes we had to wait a while at the bar because staff weren't always there, but this may be because it was a quieter season. The walk to the beach area was fine for us, probably about 20-25 mins, but some people may not wish to walk that far. It was easy enough to get taxis though. The hotel has very noisy parrots!

Very comfortable hotel suites set in a quiet part of Maspalomas. The hotel offers good facilities and a warm welcome. The buffet breakfast was very good with a wide range of hot and cold options to suit everyone.

Whilst the hotel is a little out of town, it does offer a shuttle service to and from the resort centre. My stay coincided with a heat wave. The aircon system was struggling a bit to keep the suite cool.

All your team deserve 5 stars as they looked after us really well , especially the evening manager. A special thank you for the lovely young man who served us all week in the bar and restaurant . We met him at the bus stop whilst we were waiting for the bus to the airport and he kept us in touch via his phone when the bus was coming. He also showed us where to go as we got off at the same stop. He went over and above and is a real credit to your company . Wish him good luck for him and his family from us .

Stayed before and couldn't fault anything. Breakfast is lovely and nice to be able to eat outside. Beautiful room looking over the pool. Staff friendly, location good about 25 minute walk to beach but there's a shuttle bus available to and from the beach outside hotel, can't comment on it didn't use it. Fabulous entertainment on the Tuesday night by Edgar, he is a lovely talented singer/entertainer, took time to sit down after and speak to my husband and I, he played longer than supposed to and got the crowd going. He is a great asset to the hotel.
