We loved the relaxed atmosphere, the beautiful zesty colours of the cute villas and beautiful plants and trees all around. The two pools were very big and perfect for a swim with more than enough loungers for all guests.it was great to have the option of a free bus to maspalomas and Play del Ingles. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our villa was very well presented with nice beds and televisions and good wifi. Everything we needed for self catering was available. It was fantastic to have an on-site mini market too. Overall we were very very pleased with our stay and would come back here. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The only thing we can think of what may have improved our stay would have been air conditioning. While ceiling fans were very good. This is the only thing that would have improved the experience of our stay.

Cleaners did a good job , pool always had free sun beds and space, relaxed and quiet by second pool.

Cockroaches and lack of air con (fan upstairs was about half as powerful as downstairs so was hot during the night so had to sleep cramp on sofa bed).

Excellent accommodation with 2 fantastic large swimming pools. There are plenty of sun loungers. Rooms were clean, spacious,and modern. Bungalows were cute and looked beautiful from the outside. One bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds along with another room upstairs with a huge king-size bed. The lounge also had a sofa bed if required. The buffet on the evening was great if you wanted to have it on the odd night. Free parking is available right outside, along with a huge overflow carpark over the road at the sister hotel. Lots of wardrobe space for clothes. We had room 128, which was great as it was fully shaded and protected the rooms slightly from the heat. Excellent facilities after check out, including a large shower, toilet, and dressing area to use with towles before leaving for the airport. Would definitely recommend.

Real shame that there is no air conditioning at this property as it does get VERY hot in the summer. Each room has a ceiling fan, but they don't do much at all. Would be great to see this installed as it's one of the only real negatives. The fridge was also not very cold, and there was no way to make it any colder. Drinks that were in there for days were still not ice cold.

Great place to stay, great staff, lovely quiet pool if you don't want to be at the entertainment pool which is a bit busier. Good WiFi as one of my friends had to work a few days while we were there. Very secure and safe with security working at night.

Cockroaches were in the rooms most nights when we got back to the room, maybe if anything could be done to keep them out. Service in the outdoor section of the restaurant was very slow at times. Other than that no complaint, thanks for a lovely stay

Lovely large complex, bungalow and pools. 2 big pools give enough space for people to swim and sunbath ( no sunbed wars here ) Very helpful desk staff and hard working cleaners.

The lack of air-conditioning was initially a problem as it was 40c in the day and 30c at midnight somedays. The location is a little bit out of the way of any night life/restaurants but cheap taxi's were plentiful (they park at the end of the road) and the hotel has a shuttle for the day

The Bungalows are well designed and very comfortable, fully equipped. The garden and pool are super nice, the staff at reception very polite.

The food at the restaurant is terrible avoid it 100%. I had three different meals and all of them very disappointing. I had no choice though as there's no restaurants nearby. They have a small supermarket the prices are extremely high.

Nice cosy bungalows, have everything in them, pretty modern, clean sheets, and cleaned daily. Breakfast was amazing, buffet style plenty choice mostly English breakfast with some continental choices worth getting in advance as restaurants in area quite far away and most usually just open for dinner, located in a good quiet area 10min on taxi away from faro lighthouse, and playa de ingles, taxi rank outside 1min walk with plenty taxis going round every few minutes, AVG cost 5e to mentioned locations, and close to dunes of maspalomas, big swimming pool, bar.

Depending on bungalow some don't get any sunlight, very thin walls so you can hear neighbours traffic, but nothing major, dinner costs 20e a person if buying in at buffet, though booklet said 15e, still good value, in comparison to any restaurants on island, where 20e will get you just basic main course at best for dinner. All in nothing that is a deal breaker, and Def worth it's value for families or couples, as you do feel at home.

Well where do I start, we were a family of 5 visiting from England and our stay was perfect from start to finish. Our girls 16, 15 & 12 enjoyed the large pool there were always sun beds available no matter what time of the day you wanted one. The only downfall was the lack of shade. There are no umbrellas you can use just fixed areas for shade, these areas were taken up everyday you need to be an early bird to get a shaded sunbed. (Reserve with a towel) We stayed b&b whilst the food was lovely it was all the same every morning. We ventured out most days for an evening meal, you don't have to as you have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you'd prefer. There are a couple of restaurants close by Chinese and Italian to the left and a steak house to the right (all 5 mins walk) all fantastic food served. The steak house is next door to a large supermarket where you can buy plenty of supplies. A bit further a field there are 2 centres Yumbos and Cita Center, there is a bus that takes you there in 5 mins or you could walk. We used the bus and got a taxi back (only costing £4 at a time) If you like a great night life and like a drag act Yumbos is the place to go. Our girls thought they were fantastic 😊. The Cita shopping centre is full of everything you need from essential supplies to gifts for home. We've just returned from a 10 day holiday and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who doesn't want to be tied to all inclusive and likes to venture out.

Loved the room and the pool. It was very clean and large. We really enjoyed our time.

The food was not great.
